They reached out to Easy Towing, who was there in about 15 minutes despite the app asserting it could be up to an hour. Art took lots of pictures, and was careful with our front bumper (it was pretty low and the flat didn't help) and got our front and back wheels off the ground and the car towed away to the dealer in about 15 minutes more. We heard from the dealer later that night, the flat was fixed by 10pm, and we picked up the car the next morning. Thanks, Art and Easy Towing for making a painful experience as painless as possible!

I called back and they said that the initial Tow company couldn't come so they called Urgent Tow, stating they would arrive within 2-3 hours. I was at a Gas Station and it was dark between the hours of 3am-6am. I decided to call the number that was texted to me and the Tow driver stated he would arrive within the next 30 minutes, it was after 7am at this point. Thank goodness I have a CPL and my BF was right by my side, JuicyJ my Glock19. The Tow driver was so nice upon arrival, he treated my car with such care. I have mixed feelings about this company. My car broke down at my apartment so I called to have…read moresomeone tow it to a shop. When I called, the woman was rude and really frustrating to talk to. On their web page they say that their service extends to Snohomish county, where I live. She made it seem like a huge hassle to go from Shoreline to Edmonds, even though she wasn't the one that would be driving. Then, I gave her my phone number so that the driver could call when he got here and she said, "K," offering no more explanation even though I had a few more questions, and hung up. For a stressful day, she made it much more stressful and sucky. Luckily, the driver showed up in about half an hour. I didn't think he was coming because she was so uncommunicative. But he was GREAT! His name is Ben and he was so helpful, kind and understanding. He made the last bit of the ordeal so much better. He even talked to the dealership for me. I can't express how much I appreciate his help. As for price, it was very reasonable. Overall, it was really just the receptionist that was frustrating. But it really set the tone for the rest of the day. Ben turned it right around though.

Thankfully, I managed to get one spare on and drove to O'Reilly's, where an amazing man named stepped in to help. He quickly called someone to bring an additional spare. Billy arrived made sure my daughter and I could get home without damaging my vehicle or putting anyone else on the road in danger. Billy's kindness and quick action were truly a blessing for my family. In a moment of stress and uncertainty, he showed up and made sure we were safe. I cannot thank him enough.
