I have not yet received a tow on the car in question, I am currently in the process of pre-planning for "worst case scenario" when we go to move our broke down POS car to our new apartment (just in case we can't get it started, it is a BMW after all...) Today, I made four phone calls to get quotes for towing it - three other local tow companies and these guys, Payton Towing. Out of respect for Payton, I will not be providing any details on my experience with the other three tow companies. I did want to put in a review for Payton, however, to let people know of my "less than ideal" experience trying to contact them today. The issue is that when I called during normal business hours for a quote, they did not pick up my call. I left a message, expecting a call back within 20 minutes or so. No call back, and more than an hour has passed. Again, this review is based entirely on the lack of a call back. If anyone does manage to get ahold of these guys, perhaps they can leave a better review letting others know of their actual service and prices, but I would say that I won't be calling them when (or if) I do need a tow, since I cannot rely on prompt service from this company based on my experience today. We got a ride home A-1 said they would call us when driver leaving another tow and would be where car was. Driver appeared at holding gate at 11:30 pm, we have time dated photos of calls and pics of drivers arrival and leaving gate. I asked driver to open gate so i could get registration i asked him to come in he refused. Car was unlocked glove compartment was tussled. I opened my ray burn sun glasses and they were missing with a 100.00 bill i always kept in glass case.The glasses were collectable 1970s gold framed value 2,000$ plus.I have proof of ownership and damage to righr rear wheel i have pics time dated.
