While I waited for my ride to show up, the officer allowed me to sit in my vehicle. The tow truck arrived before my friend did. There was NEVER a lapse in custody, from when the stop was initiated, until it was loaded up on the truck and hauled away. I locked all of my doors when I got out, except for the drivers door. The following evening, when I retrieved my vehicle, every door was unlocked, my entire car had been ransacked, and I was missing thousands of dollars worth of tools and safety equipment that I'm required to have for work every day. I am 100% certain that these things were in the car at the time of impound, because I had literally just swapped most of it out of my boyfriends trunk less than an hour prior to the impound. Also missing were a pair of prescription Tiffany & Co sunglasses, my iPad, and a $300 pair of headphones. There were also. several gift cards missing from my wallet, which had been LOCKED in the glovebox. There was absolutely no lapse in custody between when I was first pulled over, until the tow truck was driving off with my car. The guy working in the office the following day told me that my car had been stored overnight inside a locked garage, so it's not like someone hopped a fence at the yard & burgled cars that night-it was stored in a secured locked facility, so nobody except a Paulson's employee would've had access to my vehicle. Fuck these clowns.

It was late at night, I was leaving a party and my car wouldn't start. I didn't have any jumper cables on me and most of my friends were busy or drinking. I was really concerned because I was alone and I didn't want to be stranded late at night. I called Roadside Express because they were the closest. The tow truck was quick to arrive! The driver Corbin was friendly, professional and hospitable. The prices were also fair and reasonable. I was honestly so happy that the process was so easy. On seafair weekend in Seattle, we knew it wouldn't be immediate - no matter what we did - but we were pretty close to ditching our car in a not-so-safe spot overnight - or sleeping in it. He said "I'll be there in 15 minutes" - his confidence & expedience absolutely shocked us. I said "are you able to quote me for a tow from Bellevue to Issaquah, because I have a maximum reimbursement rate with my insurance", and he told me. To be candid, I was skeptical that he'd hold to the rate. But this man was honest! Not only did he arrive less than 15 minutes later, have our car loaded in 5, and met us without issue at our mechanic - but he also e charged us exactly what he quoted. Richard was truly nothing but professional and friendly throughout the entire interaction.
