Got pulled over, turns out my license had been suspended due to a ticket that I had forgotten to pay. The officer didn't arrest me, but my vehicle was impounded. While I waited for my ride to show up, the officer allowed me to sit in my vehicle. The tow truck arrived before my friend did. There was NEVER a lapse in custody, from when the stop was initiated, until it was loaded up on the truck and hauled away. I locked all of my doors when I got out, except for the drivers door. The following evening, when I retrieved my vehicle, every door was unlocked, my entire car had been ransacked, and I was missing thousands of dollars worth of tools and safety equipment that I'm required to have for work every day. I am 100% certain that these things were in the car at the time of impound, because I had literally just swapped most of it out of my boyfriends trunk less than an hour prior to the impound. Also missing were a pair of prescription Tiffany & Co sunglasses, my iPad, and a $300 pair of headphones. There were also. several gift cards missing from my wallet, which had been LOCKED in the glovebox. There was absolutely no lapse in custody between when I was first pulled over, until the tow truck was driving off with my car. The guy working in the office the following day told me that my car had been stored overnight inside a locked garage, so it's not like someone hopped a fence at the yard & burgled cars that night-it was stored in a secured locked facility, so nobody except a Paulson's employee would've had access to my vehicle. Friendly staff.. And accommodating. Yes. Cash only.. But.. Most tow companies are exactly that. Cash only.. We were stranded in Everett in December.around 9 pm.. Called Paulsons and someone came to get us within the hour.. Professional and reasonable. I've used them before when my 4 runner got totaled.. Before my car was towed by the police.. Paulsons came out at 7 am and saved the day.. They took care of everything and walked me through the process. The driver was patient and reassured me as I was incredibly upset.. Paulson's towing is a company I have known for years.. recently there was a change of ownership.. 2 days ago I met the new owner and was impressed that he was a driver in one of the trucks. When he came to pick up my automobile that I was sending to the scrap yard.. I offered him another hundred dollars to move my broken down motorhome from one spot on my property to another.. he informed me that his truck was not the right truck for the job. And he steered me in the direction of one of his competitors that could do the job for me.. he gave up on what could have been a lucrative endeavor for himself and stared me in a direction that was better for myself and for that I appreciate him and his business very much and I would recommend this business to anybody that wants to deal with an honest and fair individual. I needed my car towed to a shop this morning. I had a limited amount of time to get it there and get a rental car before a scheduled meeting. The driver (turned out to be the owner, Chris) was right on time. I get SEVERE motion sickness and explained this to the driver. He was patient, kind, understanding and drove like a grandpa so I'd feel safe. He is the new owner as of November. All new trucks, new staff with the goal of running a reputable company. Not that I hope to have my car towed again, but if I do, I'll call them! Highly recommended! read more

I had the driveshaft of my car break and I needed it towed. I had spent almost an hour talking with another service but they weren't doing anything to help. Finally I called Paulson's and within 15 minutes of dialing their number a tow truck was there. We got to the dealership and off loaded my car. He took my credit card and paid a good price and that was it. Way easier than I thought. I will go to them any time I need anything towed. read more

They were here to me and my car in less than half hour from time I called the Lynnwood office. My 2005 Ford Crown Vic. was stuck in snow on Feb 14, 2019 with one wheele in the roadside ditch. This morning I was almost hit by one of their tow truck flatbeds as it turned onto 196th from 50th making a left turn crossing several lanes of traffic while I was in the middle turn lane on 196th making a turn. Hello if you are crossing into my lane crossing 2 lanes of traffic and the turn lane while I am in the process of a turn I have the right of way. My car was seriously damaged in a recent accident four days ago. In all the confusion of police, aid cars, traffic and bystanders I don't know who called Paulson's Towing, but they appeared shortly after the police told me that my car could moved. The Paulson's tow truck driver, Andy, treated both me and my wife with great courtesy. He patiently helped me take materials out of my trunk and from within the car and transfer them to my wife's automobile. He carefully gave us directions to Paulson's auto storage area in Lynnwood, along with a company business card. Today my wife and I drove to Paulson's location to remove some other items from the car. The Paulson's receptionist showed us where the car was stowed, on an elevated lift rack in a well-kept and orderly storage area. The reception area, like the storage area was clean, tidy and efficient. She politely showed us to a seating area where we could wait for the few minutes it took to get another Paulson's employee to lower the car to the storage area floor where we could get into it. Before he came, we were also quite logically asked to provide identification and sign a form that confirmed we had authority to access the car, a very reasonable step to prevent theft of our property by any possible intruders. The man who operated the lift, was friendly and totally helpful.We were treated with friendly and helpful attention by everyone there. The accident was a disaster. As far as the quality and service of this towing company was concerned, I don't see how it could have been any better. read more
