The second time I had to call Eagle Towing, I had locked my keys in my car at Discovery Beach. The sun was setting and my kids were with me. I was beginning to panic as it became cooler and the kids were getting restless. Yet again, Jim arrived in less than an hour of calling. He got to work right away and cleared my car wreck from the busy highway. He kept me calm and made sure I got home safely. Again, I tried to tip him for his awesome service but he again declined and said he was just doing his job. To Mike's manager, I don't know what you're paying Mike, but consider giving this guy a raise. Seriously. ABC picked up immediately and said they could send someone out in an hour but actually made it in about 30 minutes. I have a very low down sports car that could not be cranked or put into neutral towed from inside a parking garage with low clearance where it was parked up against a wall and another car. I honestly thought it might be impossible to actually get it out due to the angles involved and was worried I might get someone who didn't want the hassle. It was not easy and took some time but Curt got it out like a pro and was a pretty great guy as well. Through the process of getting the car out and the drive to the repair shop he was friendly and professional. It was a pretty tricky tow, i'm definitely impressed. I was surprised that the cost was actually pretty reasonable due to the nature of the tow. I'd definitely recommend them.

Despite ABCs claims of monitoring this lot 24/7, their service--and their attitude--is a total joke. When I called to report an unauthorized vehicle, the attendant was beyond rude. He flatly refused to help, claiming he "couldn't tow the vehicle by law" (which seems convenient for a towing company). His "solution" was for me to go find the owner (if I could find the owner, I wouldn't need a tow truck to move the car!) To top it off, he was extremely condescending, telling me to "just look around the parking lot" like I was the one being difficult. If you're looking for professional service or actual parking enforcement, look elsewhere. These guys are clearly more interested in making excuses than doing their jobs.
