prices are high, and I feel that they did not respect me as a potential customer because they did not listen to my price range needs.

My wife had a bad experience where she brought in a tire because it had a leak and they said they…read morecouldn't fix it by safety standards. I didn't get to see it but I do understand if it's within an area from the side they can't repair it. There are a ton of pictures and articles that explain this online they even have state requirements. We had another vehicle that had a nail and it was well within the fixable area. Not dead in the middle but a lot closer than to the edge. I made an appointment and after waiting an hour I was told that it was too far and they needed to replace the tire. I asked where it was and he said he couldn't for sure see it but he saw bubbles towards the corner when he dunked it. I think I may have found the problem. It's almost comical, if bubbles coming from the bottom move around they go up! It may look like it's on the side but it's not. Needless to say I put a patch on my own tire and it's working great. No leaks anymore. I am unsure if this is bad training, struggle to find good employees or a strategy to sell more tires.

I came by to have a tire patched up. I was told they couldn't patch it or rotate my tires because…read morethey were all at 4/32. Really after 6 months. Hmm. I don't think so. Here's the kicker. I watched the guy look at the tires and use his machine on them and he didn't even do it on the tire that was IN my car that needed to be fixed. But he did go ahead and tell me a tire that has less than 500 miles on it (full size spare) is at 4/32. LIES! I chose to leave Instead of arguing. Les Schwab patched the tire and I was on my way. Ive spent over $4,000 this year alone on tires between my 4 vehicles. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Whoever designed egress/ingress to the fueling station was definitely not an engineer, or someone…read morewho possesses even the slightest understanding of traffic flow. Left turns are a no-no! There must've been a hundred cars or more attempting to move in & out on Monday, April 6, 2026. The biggest problem are customers making left turns, all of which should be eliminated. At the traffic light intersection on Enchanted Park Hwy. cars making left turns towards the gas pumps cause a horrendous back-up as there's less than 100' or so from the traffic light. There should be cones/barriers & signage prohibiting left turns. Additionally, vehicles exiting the gas pumps should be prohibited from making left turns there as it creates a hazardous condition. As cars exit the main parking lot, while heading north, drivers attempt to make left hand turns to enter the traffic lane of vehicles already in line, causing additional headaches and frustration. Barriers/cones/curbing & signage should be installed to prevent left turns there. Many customers have already figured out it's safer & creates less congestion to take the lane of traffic off Enchanted Lake Hwy. (adjacent to Olive Garden Restaurant) which offers right hand turns into the lane proceeding to the gas pumps. Left hand turns are the bane of traffic flow. I'm not an engineer, but having retired from Law Enforcement after 30-years. My knowledge & experiences with traffic control would help the shopping experience at COSTCO Federal Way.
