I requested that my two tires be put in my trunk because one of them were actually brand new winter tires, a Pirelli $500 tire that I bought a few months earlier. They replaced my tire with a different used tire because I am a black woman and thought I wouldn't know the difference. When I called and confronted the store about it they tried to act as if they were not at fault and said they through my tire out. My opinion is they stole it and sold it. Do not trust this business. Buyers beware especially of the manager KP, if that is even his name. He is a crook and a theif. Update 6/30 Instead of trinity trying to fix what they did to me, they reported me to Yelp. Showing even further they have no interest in addressing the huge deficiencies and crooked business practices that they have internally. That means these problems come from the top. Jiffy Lube quoted me $89.99 plus tax on top of an hour wait. The owner was very nice and polite and gave me several updates during the course of my visit here. Apparently they thought they had the correct oil filter but the owner had to run to go buy one after realizing they didn't actually have the one I needed the mechanic also made sure to come in and tell me what was going on and thank me for my patience. I have a customer these little things make a big difference when you think about the service. So I was told 20 minutes which ended up being about 45 because the owner did have to leave to get the oil filter, but it was fine considering I was saving about 50 or so dollars with them versus Jiffy Lube. Plane to me what kind of oil was being put in my car as well as how long it would last or when I would need to return . As a woman, I totally appreciate that because the most I know is how to do is put gas in my car Once the car was complete the owner actually pulled it right up to the front for me and have the heat on because today is a cold rainy day. They're fairly new tires and only have about 1400 miles on them. When I got there, he totally recalled our conversation and was really personable and professional. After looking at my tires up and down, he offered me a price. I didn't really know what to expect as far as what they were worth. I have some relatives in town who have done business with him before so I trusted him to give me a good price. It's important to note that they are used tires and he has to sell them as used tires. So I definitely didn't get rich off them, but I don't have a big garage and frankly I was glad to get rid of them. While I was there, at least a few people pulled up for service, so it looks like they stay pretty busy . I would say my experience with Marty's tires was great. Plus, I feel good supporting a local business.

They found a nail in the old tire and offered to fix the old tire instead of giving me a good used one. I agreed. He charged me $40 drilled a hole put a plug in the hole and put the tire back on the vehicle. 10 days later my wife is driving at night and her tire goes from 40psi to 4psi in seconds. The tire was completely flat while she was on the arterial. When I called to tell them what happened they basically said it was her fault and they would now sell me a used tire for $120!!!
