They have helped with flat tire fixes, batteries and scheduled maintenance. Even when I dropped my washer fluid cap inside the engine! They got it out without any charge. They really care about their customers unlike the major car dealership in town. If you need your car taken care of, you can't go wrong with Point S East Hill Tire in Kent.

Shortly after the service, I noticed a loud whining noise coming from the rear end. When I brought it back, they claimed they did nothing wrong, but offered to replace the axle bearings and seals for free. When I picked up my car, they told me it wasn't safe to drive on the freeway--this was shocking considering the car had always been well-maintained and in great shape. I then took my Mustang to Central Automotive for a second opinion. Their inspection found internal scarring where the axle seals sit, plus significant metal fragments on the internal magnet. In the end, the entire rear end had to be rebuilt--an extremely expensive repair that should never have been necessary after a simple fluid change. Central Automotive did a fantastic job fixing it, but I will never return to Point S/Easthill Tire. What should have been routine maintenance turned into a costly and stressful ordeal.

I requested that my two tires be put in my trunk because one of them were actually brand new winter tires, a Pirelli $500 tire that I bought a few months earlier. They replaced my tire with a different used tire because I am a black woman and thought I wouldn't know the difference. When I called and confronted the store about it they tried to act as if they were not at fault and said they through my tire out. My opinion is they stole it and sold it. Do not trust this business. If you want to get ripped off go here, the prices seem attractive but in reality they are a slimely auto parts dealer that gives the business a bad name. Buyers beware especially of the manager KP, if that is even his name. He is a crook and a theif. Update 6/30 Instead of trinity trying to fix what they did to me, they reported me to Yelp. Showing even further they have no interest in addressing the huge deficiencies and crooked business practices that they have internally. That means these problems come from the top. I'm not spending my BROWN dollars here and I encourage anyone who reads this review to really evaluate if it's worth the risk for you too, especially when concerning your tires and safety. Pay a little more for better and honest service.

I had one in the back new but didn't ask yet at that point . She didn't know. Then I said I waited patiently you said you will have someone put air . Then she changed her mind and said she couldn't because my tire was too low and refused to help . It was more that she wanted to sell tires new when most of my tires were new, then when I asked her ok I have a new tire on back never installed before. She said I would have to wait a long time due to process. I just realized she was not happy with her job . You can tell when someone is there to work and keep customers happy. I have a customer these little things make a big difference when you think about the service. I had new TPMS installed and the car aligned less than I year prior so I knew to reject this. They called back later to explain they must have looked at the wrong work order and everything was working properly. Now that's its light outside, I just realized they installed tires from 2021.
