When I brought it back, they claimed they did nothing wrong, but offered to replace the axle bearings and seals for free. When I picked up my car, they told me it wasn't safe to drive on the freeway--this was shocking considering the car had always been well-maintained and in great shape. I then took my Mustang to Central Automotive for a second opinion. Their inspection found internal scarring where the axle seals sit, plus significant metal fragments on the internal magnet. In the end, the entire rear end had to be rebuilt--an extremely expensive repair that should never have been necessary after a simple fluid change. Central Automotive did a fantastic job fixing it, but I will never return to Point S/Easthill Tire. What should have been routine maintenance turned into a costly and stressful ordeal.

There are a ton of pictures and articles that explain this online they even have state requirements. We had another vehicle that had a nail and it was well within the fixable area. Not dead in the middle but a lot closer than to the edge. I made an appointment and after waiting an hour I was told that it was too far and they needed to replace the tire. I asked where it was and he said he couldn't for sure see it but he saw bubbles towards the corner when he dunked it. I think I may have found the problem. It's almost comical, if bubbles coming from the bottom move around they go up! It may look like it's on the side but it's not. Needless to say I put a patch on my own tire and it's working great. No leaks anymore. I am unsure if this is bad training, struggle to find good employees or a strategy to sell more tires.

Jiffy Lube quoted me $89.99 plus tax on top of an hour wait. The owner was very nice and polite and gave me several updates during the course of my visit here. Apparently they thought they had the correct oil filter but the owner had to run to go buy one after realizing they didn't actually have the one I needed the mechanic also made sure to come in and tell me what was going on and thank me for my patience. I have a customer these little things make a big difference when you think about the service. So I was told 20 minutes which ended up being about 45 because the owner did have to leave to get the oil filter, but it was fine considering I was saving about 50 or so dollars with them versus Jiffy Lube. Plane to me what kind of oil was being put in my car as well as how long it would last or when I would need to return . As a woman, I totally appreciate that because the most I know is how to do is put gas in my car Once the car was complete the owner actually pulled it right up to the front for me and have the heat on because today is a cold rainy day. He charged me $40 drilled a hole put a plug in the hole and put the tire back on the vehicle. 10 days later my wife is driving at night and her tire goes from 40psi to 4psi in seconds. The tire was completely flat while she was on the arterial. When I called to tell them what happened they basically said it was her fault and they would now sell me a used tire for $120!!!

Once I dropped off, they called me shortly after and told me two TPMS sensors were broken and i should replace all four for $575 and that I needed alignment done for $179. I had new TPMS installed and the car aligned less than I year prior so I knew to reject this. They called back later to explain they must have looked at the wrong work order and everything was working properly. Now that's its light outside, I just realized they installed tires from 2021. To have one year old tires is normal, but four years is completely unacceptable. This place is scamming people are up charges and installing old stock tires. Avoid using them. I buy quality tires and am the fleet manager with over 100 vehicles for my company. It was a good price, but don't risk it by going here.
