Brought my lowered 2006 Silverado for alignment front and rear were tucking and had bad camber thy quoted me 260 for a 2 wheel alignment and when I recieved my truck back alignment was still really bad they told me they were only able to adjust toe aka my steering wheel and not my camber so they didn't do a full service and still charged me 260 + tax and didn't want to refund half cause he gave me discount already which was only like 20$ off worst shop dont recommend these guys at all. I'm still under warranty with BMW and do like BMW Seattle, however, chose to give my business to the "little guy"; meaning a local, small business. Korey is the owner and actively involved in day to day operations; however, he has a competent staff, someone always answers the phone, and when my female skeptical mind questioned something that really didn't warrant questioning, they were patient in answering my questions. BEWARE, DO NOT GO HERE! Called this place for a pre-purchase vehicle inspection. I paid $342.47 (includes tax and labor was $299.99). Because the cost was definitely on the higher end of a typical inspection cost, I thought I was paying for a really well done job and the place was well reviewed. I was obviously wrong. Long story short, they did not do a proper inspection and tried to even take advantage of me. Also highly advise everyone to keep receipts because this place can't be trusted. Keep reading for details. At the end of the inspection, they gave me a report on everything they checked and specific notes as well. They said everything looked good but I should probably get new tires and shocks eventually. So I purchased the vehicle the next day from the dealership. Within the first few weeks of having the car I rolled the windows down for the first time when it finally got warm in WA. I found that the back right window doesn't roll back up from the driver's control. I called Regal and explained that this should've been caught during the pre-purchase inspection and they said I could come in the following week so they can take a look. I'm assuming this is free because I paid A LOT for the pre-purchase inspection. Fast forward to the inspection day, drove 40 min to the place, I walk in and they casually slide a document for me to sign for $342.47 AGAIN for labor+tax to just take a look at the car--cute, but no . I explained FOR A WHILE that this should've been caught during the inspection and I was not going to be paying for labor again to do what they should've already done. The owner explained that they can't just check everything during a pre-purchase inspection and that checking all the windows were not a part of it. what? RED FLAG! I keep receipts and I showed him the report from them that explicitly says "windows work" lol. He then proceeds to tell me that things can go wrong in a day. I gave him a "I'm not stupid" look and I told him he can either take a look at my car without charge today or I'd leave. So Regal finally takes a look for free and said that the dealership I bought it from said to check the windows before they dropped it off for the pre-purchase inspection-- Regal said they did check (obviously not because he later showed me that the driver control button for the window was broken to begin with). I got 3 different explanations in my time here that all conflicted. These people are dishonest, period. Regal then gave me a quote of $300 and $700 to replace the window control piece (old or new part). Now I just feel like I don't trust any thing from the original inspection report which means the $300+ I paid for in the first place to have peace of mind of what I bought is useless and should really be reimbursed. At the end of the day I don't have peace of mind of my vehicle purchase and feel like I should have never done an inspection because I would've paid the same price to not get an inspection and just get the window control piece replaced. I feel like Regal took advantage of me and was lying to my face as soon as I walked in that door. Went in for warranty work and was diagnosed with a different issue that was non existent. Regal is a Napa parts shop, which means that they should warranty any Napa parts that are under warranty coming from any shop within the USA. I had my thermostat changed out in January 2025, which means it was under warranty. My mechanic from Texas called Regal specifically and informed Jared that they need to look at the thermostat because my car was overheating and that is was under warranty. Regal called my mechanic and told them it was not the thermostat, but that the coolant reservoir was cracked and leaking and quoted me close to $1000 to replace. My mechanic called me and told me that the price quoted was outrageous and not to do have Regal do the work. Fortunately my father was a mechanic back in the day, and we ordered the reservoir on Amazon for $42 and installed it in less then an hour. Well that was not the issue. The truck was still overheating. We then replaced the thermostat, which was the part we originally asked Regal to assess, and my car runs beautifully. So I was charged $267 for them to misdiagnose my car and was quoted $1000 to to fix a problem the never existed. read more

I went here to get my car realigned since one of my wheels was sticking out more than the other side after I went to a different shop. As you can see from the first sheet from Regal, they did fix a few tow issues from the right side but my rear driver wheel still stuck out. I ended up deciding to go somewhere else since they told me it might be an issue with my springs on my suspensions. But then I went to B-Line Automotive and you can see that the camber was way off on the rear driver wheel -2.7 compared to -3.1 on the left rear. B-Line Automotive matched the camber on both sides and now the car is much better. B-Line also told me there should be no reason the alignment I got from Regal should be in the green with that much camber in general. So, I'm not sure if Regal's alignment machine was reading off, or if they lied. The alignment sheets don't lie. read more

We use Regal for all our van repairs. Because it is a wheelchair van with a separate electrical system for the ramp the electric is complicated. We have used Regal three times and they have repaired every "strange" problem it has had. They are truthful and realistic. I had a long standing appointment I made for a day I had off of work. In the meantime my husband had died a week before the appointment. I was afraid to tell them because I thought they might come up with new ideas of what was wrong with the van. I couldn't not tell them because he usually was with me. They were very straight forward and treated me as though I totally understood the problem. I appreciate that. read more

Renegs on their warranties! Went to another shop to get other stuff done and they said my front brakes were looking not great and weren't greased when installed. Told him was done in Sept and had 3yr 30k warranty and he said these NEED TO BE TAKEN AND WARRANTED they were not done properly and shouldn't look like that already. Take it to regal and they say everything looks fine and that the pins were greased! On top of that they say we need new back breaks.... We had them done 2 DAYS BEFORE BROUGHT INTO their shop to look at the front brakes they had. So you did my front one wrong and your asking todo my back ones? To me it seems they didn't even look at the brakes and just wanna make extra money. On top of that their PRICES Are much higher than other local shops. Don't deal with this shop they take your money and laugh at you when they have messed up. Taking to a 3rd mechanic to get another opinion. If they say they aren't done right also we will be going to small claims court. Don't waste time, money, and energy here. Uggghh I hate writing negative reviews but car work is SOOOO expensive we can't afford to do brakes every yr (since started going to regal have had to redo yearly). Took my car in today for a quote and overview of some issues with how my car was running. One issue was the battery not charging well. The quote (which had other things on it related to another issue with the car) for the battery alone was $325.00, which is unreal. The battery was for a Corolla. I got it replaced elsewhere for $187.00. The shop rate for labor is also high at about $207/hour. I'd steer clear of this place; the prices are a highway robbery! read more

After several years of doing business and the thousands of dollars we have spent at Regal, we will not be back. I feel taken advantage of and that's not a very good feeling, especially because most people have a fear of that when they visit a mechanic. Recently, our car had an issue with the windshield wipers. We brought it in earlier in the year and some work was done on it, but the issue still existed when the car was retuned to us. I did some googling and the most common issue is the wiper motor, not the module that the technician first diagnosed as the issue (which, as I stated did not fix the issue). Finally, the motor was ordered but took several months to arrive, which was extremely inconvenient and frustrating since it was the rainy season. We finally get the issue resolved, only to be initially charged $3500 and was told it was because of the module (we were never given a price, Jared was all over the map). When the price challenged, some story was made up about returning the module and that the motor was the issue, dropping the price by half roughly $1800. That price didn't sit well with me, so I made a few calls and found out that we were overcharged and that your competitors would do the same work for an average of $800, including the diagnostic. Something that we were going to be charged $3500 for?? Really?! PLUS, we had to wait months for the motor to arrive. Your competitors stated that they could have the motor in within five (5) days!! The whole situation seems super suspicious and I really don't appreciate it. Especially when we have been loyal customers for several years. As I stated before, I feel taken advantage of and frankly pretty pissed off. My Mother, sister and both of our sons have done business at Regal. We always give recommendations to our friends, as we really trusted Regal for our auto care needs. Not anymore. read more

I requested a quote at 10am Saturday morning for a tire realignment. Corey got back to me in about 2 min telling me to come on by when we could and he would fit me in. Les Schwab and other centers didn't have appointments for three days. Come to find out I was driving on a very dangerous situation that Corey and his team took care of for me easily. We all wonder if we are getting screwed by the Auto industry when it comes to repairs and services, for once I trusted the information and I felt the price was right, especially for the convenience of a same day appointment. Corey even told us about how during this pandemic when Discount Tires closed down, his shop honored their warranties for people who needed services last minute. He offered free oil changes and other services for healthcare workers. Just an all around great human being and I'm sure his team is just as great. Called a bunch of places around my town and they either couldn't get me in for 4 days or were going to charge me an arm and a leg. I don't live in the Auburn area these days but used to go to Tire Pros and they were the best. Called up Larry there and he could get me in within an hour at way less cost than I had been quoted elsewhere. Threw in some fix-a-flat and got the car down there. I took my car in to have a head light wire replaced. They were under my hood for 40 minutes and charged me 255. I had already told them what was wrong with it. It was a fifteen minute fix. The man at the counter was friendly, courteous, and helpful but the owner Korey, was a jerk, condescending and rude. I'll never go back to them again. read more

Got my tires changed here. Customer service was decent. They have a traditional practice of finding everything wrong with you car and trying to convince you to have it all fixed. Though this practice is expected, the negative (-) 5 is for them charging a 2.5 percent service fee for using your credit card. If I had know this I would have just gone to Les Schwab 4 blocks away. Did not appreciate this and will never come back. Will recommend friends and family to stay clear of this place. I find this nickel and dime practice unacceptable, especially in our modern day where cash is becoming less of a king. read more

Awesome place! Initially a month or so back went in for an RV oil change that which they were very accommodating. Best thing is went back to have them do my 2015 Ford on a $29 oil change and auto inspection deal and they found a leak in my oil pan. The repair estimate was $700 and this is something no other shop found where they first recommend I call the dealership to see if still under warranty. Here two months before my original warranty ended Ford confirmed the problem and easily fixed no questions asked. Thumbs up here!!!! read more

My tire was going flat, and I wanted it fixed. It turned out to be punctured in the sidewall (but I don't know why they don't prove this). I knew then I'd need a new tire, but buying one is dumb, so I opted for two. But also knowing I'd need the other 2 pretty soon, I just opted for all 4. John, the service person had me in and out very fast. The service writer Jerod was very personable, and I enjoyed chatting. I did not know this business existed until it came recommended by many co-workers, so I gave it a chance. The only thing I would change is the $29 fee to repair a tire. I will recommend this shop to others, because they are full service, and by the sign outside, no one would know that. Brakes, oil change, tune-up, apparently they do it all, and then some. First of all, what brought me to this place, ofcourse was Yelp. I ALWAYS read reviews before anything. The reviews is what made me bring my car here. My experience here overall was more than amazing. I would like to thank the manager, Jay and all the staff who took care of me from the first day I dropped my car off. When I found out my car was a total mess and it wasn't going to be done on that same day, I didn't have a ride home. Either I walk or cab it. But Jay had one of his staff member take me home! And that says a lot about customer service. I was beyond happy that they would even do that. Now that I got my car back, my car has been riding so smooth! Felt like it's a new car again. I had to buy a used motor and the rest, they'll take care of. This place or I should say the staff really takes care of you, they were honest and caring and go over everything. When I found out how much everything would be, Jay knew I probably wasn't gonna be able to pay everything up front. The shop is willing to find ways so you can pay for your car to be serviced. On January 22nd, my wife broke down while driving our Ford Focus. The next morning, I was somehow able to get the car started, but on the way to Regal Auto Care it died twice. The second time I was stuck (with no one to jump the battery). The owner of Regal Auto Care picked me up and drove me to his auto repair shop. He had one of his mechanics pick up my car and gave me a loaner car to use -- for FREE. It turned out that the alternator was broken and needed to be replaced (during their free courtesy inspection, they also noticed a crack in the coolant that wasn't related to the current problem). Before the problem with the alternator, I had already planned to have Regal Auto Care do additional maintenance on my car (since my last oil change with them). I decided to have all of the repairs and maintenance done at the same time. The following services were performed: Courtesy inspection, battery replacement, coolant reservoir replacement (it's a dealer-only part and difficult to find locally), alternator replacement, valve cover gasket replacement, brake system flush and service, power steering service flush and service, and more. I expected these repairs to take at least a day or two (because of the coolant reservoir part) . My car was ready within 7 hours of leaving their auto repair shop! I take all of my cars for service to Regal Auto Care. They are a local business and have been in Auburn for over 20 years. They will treat your right! I heard about Dan from a business networking group that we are part of in Auburn. He comes highly recommend by other members of the group. I took my vehicle to Regal to replace a tire however they replaced the wrong tire. I drove home with the same bad tire. I called them and took my vehicle back to them (35miles) I was lucky they didn't throw away a perfectly good tire so I was able to get the bad tire replaced the second time.
