Last car they accept is at 4:30pm and they close at 6p. I called multiple times between 2-3pm and was disconnected/hung up on. Never found a human on the phone and since I was nearby I decided to drive in and see if I could do a walk-in appt. I arrived at 3:45pm! The guy at the desk was part of the other shop to the left, and told me the lady for my shop would be back in 30 minutes and she would help me then. Not sure how they can run services when phones are down / front desk person is gone for 1.5 hours or more. I left after 15 min more of waiting in person, and am taking my business elsewhere.

Jiffy Lube quoted me $89.99 plus tax on top of an hour wait. The owner was very nice and polite and gave me several updates during the course of my visit here. Apparently they thought they had the correct oil filter but the owner had to run to go buy one after realizing they didn't actually have the one I needed the mechanic also made sure to come in and tell me what was going on and thank me for my patience. I have a customer these little things make a big difference when you think about the service. So I was told 20 minutes which ended up being about 45 because the owner did have to leave to get the oil filter, but it was fine considering I was saving about 50 or so dollars with them versus Jiffy Lube. Plane to me what kind of oil was being put in my car as well as how long it would last or when I would need to return . As a woman, I totally appreciate that because the most I know is how to do is put gas in my car Once the car was complete the owner actually pulled it right up to the front for me and have the heat on because today is a cold rainy day. I decided to upgrade my tires on my truck and asked him if he was interested in purchasing from me. He said come on down and he would take a look. They're fairly new tires and only have about 1400 miles on them. When I got there, he totally recalled our conversation and was really personable and professional. After looking at my tires up and down, he offered me a price. I didn't really know what to expect as far as what they were worth. I have some relatives in town who have done business with him before so I trusted him to give me a good price. It's important to note that they are used tires and he has to sell them as used tires. So I definitely didn't get rich off them, but I don't have a big garage and frankly I was glad to get rid of them. While I was there, at least a few people pulled up for service, so it looks like they stay pretty busy . I would say my experience with Marty's tires was great. Plus, I feel good supporting a local business.

They found a nail in the old tire and offered to fix the old tire instead of giving me a good used one. I agreed. He charged me $40 drilled a hole put a plug in the hole and put the tire back on the vehicle. 10 days later my wife is driving at night and her tire goes from 40psi to 4psi in seconds. The tire was completely flat while she was on the arterial. When I called to tell them what happened they basically said it was her fault and they would now sell me a used tire for $120!!!
