UPDATED REVIEW: Burien Les Schwab still rocks!…read more Found a screw in my tire but close to the sidewall, so expected to have to replace vs patch. Also had alignment wear on all four. The sales associate was outstanding throughout the whole process of 4x tire replacement (+tire stiping) and alignment checks. They even contacted the OEM to verify a recommended alignment setting that they suspected was the source of the alignment wear, then called me to bring the vehicle back to get it adjusted. I appreciated the extra mile they went to check on that, even though it meant i had to bring the vehicle back. This team has repeatedly earned my trust throughout my interactions with them. I still highly recommend them.

I have been to Les Schwab 10 times in the last 2 years because I have had nothing but issue after…read moreissue with them and the work they've done on my brakes. I paid for what they told me was new rotors, calipers, and brake pads - paid an excessive amount of money for it. Now a year later, they say I need that work again and that it has never been done. After being so frustrated with the shoddy work, I went to a different mechanic. He asked me where I got my brakes done. I told him Les Schwab. He laughed and said that they used Loctite on the bolts and he couldn't use the gun to get them off, and had to do it manually. I told him my horror stories and they said "yeah, we hear that a lot." He also confirmed my suspicions that I didn't need all of the work that Les Schwab said I did. He did actual quality work on my brakes, at a fraction of the cost Les Schwab quoted me, and I haven't had to go back every 3 months like I did with Les Schwab. Do yourself a favor- DO NOT GO TO LES SCHWAB. Find a mechanic instead. You'll save money and get quality work.

I could see what tires they had in stock at this location and paid for what I wanted. When I arrived to drop off my car, Axel actually showed me a nail in a second tire that I had unknowingly been driving on. They were also so quick to replace my tires that I actually thought they had made a mistake calling me when they told me they were done. I think I was out of there in something like 32 minutes despite it being a Saturday morning! The new tires have been great and no scuffing on my rims, etc. I will definitely return to this location for any future tire needs. Thank you all for the great work!

I spent all morning pricing tires at Sam's Club, Costco, Discount Tires, Les Schwab, and a couple other local places. Firestone tied Discount Tires for the cheapest tire in my size much to my surprise. I called ahead to make sure they had the tires in stock and they did! Before I dropped the car off they did a visual inspection to check out my current tires. They confirmed that they were worn and that they had the tires I wanted in stock. I left the car with then for a few hours and waited for the call that the car was done. Saturday is a busy day at Firestone, and a shorter work day than the others. It took them 2 hours to get to my car, and a couple hours later my car was ready. The price was exactly what they had quoted me at the beginning. Nice! The new tires drive SO much better than the old. I can finally speed without my car shaking! I will be back in next week for an alignment. I would have done it today but I need to get some parts replaced before that can happen. PS- these guys do alignments for cheaper than Les Schwab.
