Kenmore--the lady behind the counter got mad because I interrupted her lunch, which she was eating in plain view. AVOID.

I paid for what they told me was new rotors, calipers, and brake pads - paid an excessive amount of money for it. Now a year later, they say I need that work again and that it has never been done. After being so frustrated with the shoddy work, I went to a different mechanic. He asked me where I got my brakes done. I told him Les Schwab. He laughed and said that they used Loctite on the bolts and he couldn't use the gun to get them off, and had to do it manually. I told him my horror stories and they said "yeah, we hear that a lot." He also confirmed my suspicions that I didn't need all of the work that Les Schwab said I did. He did actual quality work on my brakes, at a fraction of the cost Les Schwab quoted me, and I haven't had to go back every 3 months like I did with Les Schwab. Do yourself a favor- DO NOT GO TO LES SCHWAB. Find a mechanic instead. You'll save money and get quality work.
