I called back and they said that the initial Tow company couldn't come so they called Urgent Tow, stating they would arrive within 2-3 hours. I was at a Gas Station and it was dark between the hours of 3am-6am. I decided to call the number that was texted to me and the Tow driver stated he would arrive within the next 30 minutes, it was after 7am at this point. He had forgotten to leave his car keys with us, so to no surprise, his car needed to be towed into the nearest service center (in South Seattle) to get his engine started again when he returned. It was due for a check up anyways. We had seen the actual shop on Hwy 99 (in Lynnwood) before, and remembered thinking how conveniently located it is. That's why we decided to give them a try, and they did not disappoint. It was by no means an emergency, but they were able to schedule same day pick up and drop off. Dad was thrilled.
