Big thanks to Mike from Superior Towing. He was the tow driver who responded to a major accident that I was involved in over the weekend. Really glad he was the guy who showed up. He got to work right away and cleared my car wreck from the busy highway. He kept me calm and made sure I got home safely. I even tried to tip him for his help, but he declined and said he was just doing his job. A few days later I came by Superior Towing to pick up my personal belongings from my car. Mike happened to be there and helped me get my belongings and went above and beyond to help make sure I got everything I needed. Again, I tried to tip him for his awesome service but he again declined and said he was just doing his job. To Mike's manager, I don't know what you're paying Mike, but consider giving this guy a raise. Seriously. Make sure you document everything. My car now has severe water damage interior, soaked floors, damage to my passenger door lock, speaker, and the door frame & weather seal. I came out to make a deal to drop my car and the driver had only just backed the ramp up to the front of my car, I ran with my keys and pressed the unlock button repeatedly and yelled dont break into my car please I have the keys!!! And hopped in. The driver preceded to jam his pry bar into my door frame and yanked it back shoving the rod down in my door panel vigorously trying to get the door to release. He threatened to call the cops on me and to get out of my car. I asked him how much it would be to drop my car and he laughed and said "you have money?" I told him I don't have cash, I have money on my card inside my apartment! Completely profiles me, insults me and commented that I don't have money. I begged him to please let me run inside to grab my wallet and assured that he could accept a debit or credit card . He agreed and told me to hurry up, and he will wait for me. So I sprinted in the house grabbed my phone and my wallet and right away heard his truck leaving. I chased him waving my arms and yelling for him to stop but he kept going... The owner JP runs a good business and is a stand up guy, i recommend his company for a tow. They will come tow your car, they'll be there faster then AAA. They came and towed me at 10 pm in the rain and were there in 15 minutes. I had an unlucky experience the driver who came slightly damaged my car while parking it. I spoke to the owner and he said he would fix the damage to the car no questions asked. It sucks when you have to get a tow. Alright I don't leave reviews, but this place is BS I had to wait 6 days after I had already released my car to my Insurance company to pick up but these clowns said I never showed up to release it even tho I showed up to grab things out of my totaled car in their storage the day after my collision. I am only giving it one star cause I can't give it zero. So my girlfriends car got towed for a dui. I stayed with the cops until the tow truck came. Concerned about some items I'm the car I called the tow yard and asked if the where a reputable towing company to which they replied "oh yes" when me and my girlfriend came to get the car, it had been ransacked. The manager said perhaps someone jumped the fence and stole from it. Couldn't have been the case, being the SEALED amazon packages in the trunk were opened and pilfered. A thief that jumped the gate would have taken the boxes. We called the police and Bellevue said they are putting detectives on this case. Bellevue police said almost every single car that gets towed there reports things stolen out the car. The cops said so many that it's obvious it's an inside job. DO NOT USE SUPERIOR TOWING. They are thieves and are being investigated for their long history of stealing from vehicles. read more

BEWARE I had the worst experience here. The staff was unprofessional, they charged beyond what is legal for towing expenses in the state of WA and gave me incorrect information to try to charge an extra $200 'after hours' fee. When I contacted the owner about the extra fees and incorrect charges the owner told me to "dispute it!! I know the judge! You will lose like the rest of them!". I have seriously never had such a terrible experience like the one I had here. STAY FAR AWAY!!! read more

If you don't have insurance cover your towing bill then I don't recommend this service. They charge for towing $285/hr and over $150 for getting on a scene when their towing trucks location was less than 15min away without traffic, and accident happened after midnight when there was no traffic on the road. I had to pay over $500 dollars bill for a 21min long drive to destination. Try to call a company you know and negotiate the bill before they arrive if you don't want to overpay. read more

I have never had much luck with a tow company and any tow drivers or tow managers being friendly at all. They usually are very rude, don't have any compassion or empathy for your situation as usually when getting a tow, it's not a great situation. In any case, that is NOT the case with Superior Towing. This tow company is amazing to work with and each driver I've worked (unfortunately, I have had to have several tows lately) is so nice, so friendly and are very empathetic. They are also reasonably priced and just made me feel tons better when my day had not been nice each time. I was in a small rear end accident this morning that barely affected my car. My car was picked up by Superior Towing who is a complete scam. The first person who came to the door was this lady who was very rude and arrogant. She did not ask for my insurance information, she asked for my vehicle info and told me it would be $380. After letting her know that I have to call my insurance company, she said they don't do any business through any insurance company and the car would not be released until someone paid $380. My insurance company said on the phone that the lady was wrong and they can get the car out for me Very unpleasant experience and I do not recommend anybody come here. read more

I parked my car on a small slope in front of my garage. They sent me a truck which CAN'T handle this case. Then they told me if I want, they can arrange another truck for me, but I need to pay for BOTH of them! Firstly, I provided all information in advance. No one likes to be stuck with a broken car in the middle of the city, so that being said, this was actually a very pleasant experience. My older Subaru broke down pretty close to Superior Towing, so I gave them a call and I'm sure glad I did! Awhile back my boyfriend and I needed a tow, stuck in downtown Bellevue with a truck that would't start. Of course, we didn't expect a chipper guy to come along to our rescue, guessing he had probably been dealing with similar situations to ours all day long. However, to our surprise, the guy who came out to help us was extremely friendly, down to earth, and just awesome. I wish I would remember his name to give him a public applaud, but he was a pretty young guy is all I remember. He worked very quickly and professionally and before we knew it we were talking story with him in the flatbed tow truck (yes the big one was needed to haul my boyfriend's beast of a vehicle -_-) on our way home. He was extremely personable and just really gave us an awesome impression of the company. The woman who was the dispatched my boyfriend had called was also very nice. Of course another great part about this company is their prices. Not only were they very affordable but their equipment is clean, well-maintained, and they just seemed very professional and friendly overall. Had several towing needs over the last week, and Superior towing lived up to their name in every way. From the first phone call through the last, communication was stellar. They were responsive and proactive, and much easier to talk to than some of the one-man shops with no phone manners. Their drivers were knowledgeable, punctual, talented, and efficient. At no point did I have any concern about my car or letting them handle it (and I typically get concerned whenever I'm out of earshot of my car). For one of my towing requests, they were unable to help due to their internal policies, which were totally understandable. However, I was disappointed that I had to go back to calling random drivers, hoping one of them could help. But to my surprise, they called back a bit later to recommend a company who could do the tow. They were great, too. I almost want more reasons to have my cars towed so I can patronize Superior Towing again. :) read more

No one wants a vehicle to breakdown, but if it does call Superior Towing. Fast response, and the right truck for the job. I drive a crew cab F350 with an 8ft bed so a small tow truck wouldn't cut it. The driver Jon was fantastic, he let me know the process, got straight to work and was gone before I knew it. I hope I never need to be towed again but if I do I will call Superior. Do not use this company for towing, if you have a choice. If you do, and are able, remove all items from your vehicle before allowing it to be towed away. Otherwise, like me, you may end up missing the majority of what was left in your car. Then, when you attempt to work with the company to recoup damages, including filing a police report and working with the BBB, you're likely to hit a dead end. You will have little to no luck having any communication with the company, and if you do, they will act like they have no clue what happened and possibly blame you for not removing your items sooner. Business ethics here, non-existent! In the end, you'll be out hundreds of dollars' worth of stuff, like flashlights and sunglasses, etc. and your only recourse will be small claims court, which they are counting on most of us not to pursue. Oh, and by-the-way, you may find your gas tank is also empty. If Superior Towing shows up after your accident and you are, hopefully unharmed, request another company with a solid reputation. read more

To the folks who do HR at Superior Towing: I really hope you're paying Crystal well. I came out to a flat front passenger tire and decided to just fill it back up with my compressor; turns out it sprung a leak. I got out my spare and tried to put it on, but had a flashback to the last time I changed to a spare tire and ended up driving down the highway with my car vibrating like a washing machine on spin cycle. I just don't have the upper body strength (or coordination) to tamp lug nuts down. Called 5 towing places in Bellevue, all of which had disconnected phone numbers. Buh? Superior was the one that finally answered, and the tech told me they'd send Crystal out to help. After a 10 hour work day I was pretty much done with being coherent so I just waited. Crystal arrived, was super friendly, and got the job done quickly. She even put up with my half-tired rambling and award-winning disorganization. She cracked a few jokes, reassured me that my trunk being a mess wasn't the worst thing she'd seen, and even took the time to make sure my spare tire was fully pressurized. She didn't leave the parking lot until I left, making sure I was good to go. Crystal, seriously, thank you for being so efficient and so patient. If my car ever poots out again I know who I'm requesting. I repeat: I hope you folks are paying Crystal well. read more

If I could rate this company less than one star I would. I called for a tow from Issaquah to Bellevue. They stated they would call me with the invoice after the car had been towed to the dealership. I'm in a dentist appointment and I had to stop the appointment to answer the call and they stated that the dealership they were delivery to was refusing to deliver. I had asked if they knew why? I heard a man in the background yelling "they know damn well why". No I did not know why. I was the one paying for the tow, not the own who was communicating with the dealership directly. The man was incredibly rude and when I asked to speak to whoever was yelling and being rude in the background, they refused to put him on the phone to address the issue and then inform me they would impound the car if I refused to pay for the return tow. Over $600 total with HORRID communication and customer service. I would rather push a damn car to Bellevue before ever using them again. read more

Thanks to the experts that work here, my 1988 Chevy Corsica was taken to a great shop where they fixed her right up. Each worker that I came in contact with was friendly, professional and kind. I didn't have to wait long for them to arrive ether. I was driving along, when POP went my back tire. I just didn't know what to do. I had Yelp downloaded on my Android. I searched for nearby toeing and Superior Towing Showed up in my search. I read a few reviews and called right away. It was a matter of minutes, and here they were. They kindly took my car to the shop. The best part about all of this, was payment! They were great, fast, friendly, and all for little cost! Thank you Superior! I was having enough issues already.
