I would rate this place negative stars if possible. Most rude owners - towed my car illegally and wont let me take a look at it without paying. The price quoted was ridiculous!!! Sat waiting for 4 hours because they refused to even drop our car on the road because it's "illegal" even though every other towing place we called said that's bull. Was going to charge us 345 to drop it on the street if that was a possibility. Told is that they can't even tow it to our designated spot because they didn't want too?!? They refused to provide an invoice when requesting payment for a vehicle that was towed last night. After discussing the matter their employee shut the door and refused to return our vehicle. When does having a car towed ever leave a positive experience. Well I have had great experiences with Cross Roads . I have a very very nice Plymouth Satellite that needed towed and as I watched they carefully and cautiously load it onto there flatbed and strapped it down securely I was confident they were the ones to call if i ever needed that type of service again. On another occasion I was stuck with a vehicle that needed to be inside my garage but would not start and to complicate things it was on a hill. TJ happened to be in the area and without saying a word "serious" back his flat bed up to the car hooked on and with the precision of a surgeon "ok" but it was cool how he backed it right into a tight space in my shop with no effort. AVOID THIS SCAM TOWING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! The short version: The owners are rude, verbally abusive, and literally hold your car hostage while you're in a vulnerable situation post car accident. They do not show you your bill or what they are charging you until you pay it first. They're either racist or they have to be on drugs or something for the way they were acting and trying to instigate problems from the get go. You are literally forced to take on verbal abuse because they have your car. The long version: Fair warning, the behavior of the owners will boggle your mind. My husband got into an accident in Bellevue and the Bellevue Police Department called Crossroads Towing. They towed the car and took it to their lot as it was inoperable. Literally our biggest mistake, PLEASE just tow your car to your residence or to an auto shop!! That same night I was freaking out reading all these bad Yelp reviews and I got worried that the towing company wont give us our car back or they'll rip us off. I was hoping that maybe the reviews are just from people who were angry at getting towed or maybe they were rude first. Yeah no, the reviews all make sense now and they are 100% accurate. The next day, we go by and ask if we can get our belongings and right away the woman, Shelly, says no. We ask why and she said that we cant get our stuff unless the registered owner comes and pays the bill and get the car towed out. We asked what the charges will be for storing the vehicle per day and she refused to answer. We said okay and left. She was rude but we understood that we weren't the registered owner so decided to come back with my mom. We come the next day with my family and had to call them that we're here to pick up our car on the phone as they weren't there. As soon as they arrive, we can tell that they're in a stinky mood. Shelly tells us we cant even look at the bill or discuss anything related to the car until the other tow truck to remove the car arrives. WTF? At this point we were worried they were stalling to make it past 5pm so they can charge us more. Once our tow guy arrives, Shelly tells us she's bringing paperwork for my mom to sign. Me and my husband try to walk over to my mom so we can go over the paperwork and Shelly tells us that we cannot go stand next to her. First of all, we're all outside and none of this is taking place inside a small office or anything. Straight up power play. She yelled at us to stay away and that we need to stand at the end of the property. We tried explaining that my mom doesn't understand English and she kept yelling that we better not be anywhere near her and she doesn't care if she doesn't know English. At this point my mom was standing by herself in front of the office whereas the rest of us were at the end of the driveway and Shelly was between us. After some back and forth Shelly told us "I'll have the men in blue come and handle this if you gather together." She then goes inside and her husband (TJ?) comes outside after a couple minutes with the paperwork this time. Strange but thank god cause Shelly was a hot mess. He gives it to my mom and TJ tells us that if we touch that paper, he will rip it up in front of us LOL. It was just a form to read acknowledgements and fill out name/address/signature. Why all the fuss about isolating her??? Then we're told that our total is around $650 and he needs a payment and refused to show us an invoice or breakdown. He then took our credit card inside to process payment. We did not see the invoice until we paid and also had to pay extra for using a credit card. Honestly it was such a relief to finally get this over with and get our car back. The only reason why they act the way they do is because they have your car hostage and you don't want to leave your possessions with psychos. I read so many reviews about how Bellevue PD calls them after accidents. WHY??? Something is really off about this if so many people have complained to the BPD but they keep calling them to the accident scene. After an accident this is the last thing you want to deal with. I am actually surprised that we all kept our cool and got our car back. It felt like they wanted an argument so they can refuse to give you your car back and rack up more charges. read more

Such a fraud company this is, they charged $700 for towing my car from Mercer island to Bellevue which is just 12 miles. Which is $60/mile. The lady is very rude and arrogant. Wow, I am just amazed at the customer service from Crossroads! We had a nasty hit and run in our apartment complex leaving 3 cars smashed into each other. It was a mess. The officer called Crossroads Towing and the owner and her daughter came to pull apart the cars within about 20 minutes. The owner (Shelli?) pulled the cars apart for FREE. We were all so shocked that they were so kind and willing to help. They pulled the cars apart, gave us recommendations on which cars would be safe to drive and which ones need repair, and went on their way. Thank you!! read more

Was able to get a technician out right away to tow my car. Pricing was very competitive ($100 hook up fee+ $5/mile from Newcastle to Bellevue) and lower than what Lang towing quoted me. Crossroads signs were posted on the property for a long time. These signs and advance notifications were given to the tenants to move cars. So legally, we were covered. the day before we were going to be on-site, we added an approved "caller" to their towing list for this property. this added caller has nothing to do with notification to the tenants. then the morning of our work, crossroads initially said they were coming out, but then never called us to say they weren't. they stated the "added caller to their list" was less than 24 hours. We repeatedly told them that that had nothing to do with the notice to tenants-- but they refused to move the car. I talked to the property manager, and he also confirmed they were completely rude to them as well. read more
