Dave left quite an impression on me as he came on TIME (could not have done a better job) and was extremely efficient. He had an amazing attitude and kept apologizing that my day had to start so rough. From the time I called the mechanic until I was being hauled less than an hour had passed. Dave was prompt, courteous and professional. Dave treated my car gently and with respect and I really appreciated it. I've had previous experiences with other towing companies in the area that have been horrible to me and my car, so trust me when I say that Victory Towing provides amazing and prompt service. My car is a '94 Toyota Camry, and has been having overheating issues for the past 6 months. There was plenty of traffic and plenty of angry drivers didn't hide their discontent. I was also in the middle of the highway, really far out from the nearest exit. I called Victory Towing because of their good reviews, and they were the only towing company that didn't charge me an outrageous price. I was expecting to be sitting and waiting for at least 2-3 hours, and imagined the tow truck might have a hard time finding me since I was pretty vague with my location details. I was really surprised when Dave (the guy who towed my car) arrived in less than an hour! On top of that, not only did he do an efficient job at towing my car, he also offered to take a look at it and see what's wrong! It turned out the temperature gauge as well as a messed up hose was the culprit of my cars problems. Dave was such an angel and a huge help, I don't know what I would have done if anyone else but him showed up! I really recommend this towing company! Got pulled over, turns out my license had been suspended due to a ticket that I had forgotten to…read morepay. The officer didn't arrest me, but my vehicle was impounded. While I waited for my ride to show up, the officer allowed me to sit in my vehicle. The tow truck arrived before my friend did. There was NEVER a lapse in custody, from when the stop was initiated, until it was loaded up on the truck and hauled away. I locked all of my doors when I got out, except for the drivers door. The following evening, when I retrieved my vehicle, every door was unlocked, my entire car had been ransacked, and I was missing thousands of dollars worth of tools and safety equipment that I'm required to have for work every day. I am 100% certain that these things were in the car at the time of impound, because I had literally just swapped most of it out of my boyfriends trunk less than an hour prior to the impound. Also missing were a pair of prescription Tiffany & Co sunglasses, my iPad, and a $300 pair of headphones. There were also. several gift cards missing from my wallet, which had been LOCKED in the glovebox. There was absolutely no lapse in custody between when I was first pulled over, until the tow truck was driving off with my car. The guy working in the office the following day told me that my car had been stored overnight inside a locked garage, so it's not like someone hopped a fence at the yard & burgled cars that night-it was stored in a secured locked facility, so nobody except a Paulson's employee would've had access to my vehicle. So they were assigned to me, the driver jump started my car so I told him that I would drive it home where he proceeded to tell me that he wouldn't be paid so I felt bad and had him tow it anyways. Come to find out once talking to my agent he would have got paid it just would have been a different payment for the different service especially since it says roadside assistance on their website and their truck. Then on January 6th, 26 the driver said we had to push the car out of my driveway to get it on the flatbed which made no sense because it's all wheel drive and he could have easily pulled it up backwards. I helped push my Buick which was very heavy to get it onto the truck once it was on the truck the driver had me use the lever to move the Munch down as he hooked it up to the car had me use the level to pull the car back up onto the flatbed. Once it was on the flatbed at an angle he had me climb into the car to put it in park do the emergency brake and get my keys. Mind you it was slushy and snowing out I could have seriously got hurt and I don't know how to do the flatbed considering it's not mine and I'm not certified in anything. And then once the car was attached to the tow truck he proceed to ask me for 20 to $30 because the insurance company doesn't pay him to push the car out of the driveway and it was very hard work.
