Although the accident was unfortunate, working with Clark's has been the most amazing and fortunate part of this tragedy. Clark's towing responded after hours and expeditiously to my totaled vehicle. The tow truck driver, Zack, miraculously loaded my large Mercedez Sprinter van from its side, loaded it onto there tow truck bed - placing it upright, then shored, shimmied and secured it onto there truck, safely hauling it away to there secure storage lot. Prior to leaving the scene, Zack cleaned the accident site free oil and gas at location where vehicle rested, all while working in tandem with State Patrol to ensure the safety of highway. While the vehicle was safely and securely within there possession, there office staff, Maddie in particular, was professional, friendly and clearly communicated with me and my insurance the process to remove my personnel property and next steps for insurance to schedule pick up. It's hard to find a reliable and honest company these days, let alone a tow truck company. Clark's did a great job through the entire process and I appreciate this. Luckily it was still daylight and we were able to comfortable hang out until the tow truck arrived (they made good time). The tow truck driver was incredibly helpful; before towing our car, he explored more than one reason the car might not be starting (trying to avoid a tow); he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He in fact correctly identified the problem within a couple of minutes (as we found out the next day from the mechanic). Once it was for sure that we could not get the car going, he obliged to tow the car to our chosen mechanic and once there, he even helped us park the car and fill out the overnight paperwork. He said he had quite a bit of traffic in Seattle to wade through, as it took him over an hour to arrive. However, once he arrived, he figured out a solution to my problem. He efficiently changed my front tire to the back and vice versa so he could tow it to the tire store. He worked quickly and was very polite. (I had no spare tire, so it was a bit challenging.) They reached out to Easy Towing, who was there in about 15 minutes despite the app asserting it could be up to an hour. Art took lots of pictures, and was careful with our front bumper (it was pretty low and the flat didn't help) and got our front and back wheels off the ground and the car towed away to the dealer in about 15 minutes more.
