Clarks towing should be "Clark Kent" towing, or even better, "Superman" or "Super People" towing. I've had the unfortunate introduction to Clarks due to a Head On collision on nearby I90. Although the accident was unfortunate, working with Clark's has been the most amazing and fortunate part of this tragedy. Clark's towing responded after hours and expeditiously to my totaled vehicle. The tow truck driver, Zack, miraculously loaded my large Mercedez Sprinter van from its side, loaded it onto there tow truck bed - placing it upright, then shored, shimmied and secured it onto there truck, safely hauling it away to there secure storage lot. Prior to leaving the scene, Zack cleaned the accident site free oil and gas at location where vehicle rested, all while working in tandem with State Patrol to ensure the safety of highway. While the vehicle was safely and securely within there possession, there office staff, Maddie in particular, was professional, friendly and clearly communicated with me and my insurance the process to remove my personnel property and next steps for insurance to schedule pick up. It's hard to find a reliable and honest company these days, let alone a tow truck company. Clark's did a great job through the entire process and I appreciate this. I've used Clark's East several times in the last couple years. I have a roadside assistance subscription & today I called again for a tow, the company said we'd have to wait almost two hours since the only tow company they had available was in North King Co & we were on SR 18. I called Clark's directly & the dispatcher told me they had plenty of drivers & they were willing to come get us. I called the roadside company & told them, and basically insisted that they call Clark's. We had a tow truck & our truck loaded up in less than an hour! As I said, Clark's employees are always professional, helpful, nice & take good care of my vehicles. There was another time that I'd called Clark's & they were swamped so the dispatcher gave me another company's phone number so that we weren't sitting out in 85+ degree weather. We were a couple hours into our family vacation when we had car trouble that left us on the side of the road, EB I-90 just outside of Issaquah. Our insurance company hooked us up with Clark's... the challenge turned out to be getting the entire family off of the side of the road as tow trucks can just take two passengers... and we learned, after numerous phone calls, that most transportation services won't stop on the side of the freeway to pick you up! Go figure ;-) Desiree was absolutely wonderful to work with and after hearing our dilemma, rerouted Colby and sent Kenny our way with a flat-bed so he could pick up our entire family. My daughter was sitting in a car on Snoqualmie Pass in a car that needed towing after it was hit by a semi in a snow storm. The car was in a precarious position - it had been swung around to facing oncoming night time traffic. The state patrol woman told her they would call a tow truck, but that it might be a long wait and she shouldn't leave until the tow truck came. After two hours in freezing temperatures with a window out in her car - no tow truck had come, they were all busy, and we suspect none was called. I call Wrysh and they called my daughter and asked where she was and they got there in 15 minutes. The woman on the phone was very kind and helpful, and the tow driver quickly and professionally got them into a warm truck cab and out of there. I am very grateful to them for rescuing her from a dangerous situation on a night when many there were many accidents. read more

My Toyota Camry was stuck down what I imagine was an incredibly tight road, almost fearing that I wouldn't be able to get out until the ice had melted. In spite of being incredibly busy with other tows, the Clark team was kind and courteous on the phone, elaborating clear time frames- and a proper place to meet (as I'm not familiar with the area.) I was then picked up by my tow truck driver to get to my vehicle I had left overnight. In spite of being with the company for a couple of months, he skillfully navigated his tow truck along a narrow and dangerous road to my vehicle. He then proceeded to skillfully get my vehicle out, and articulated clear instructions to myself to help facilitate a smooth process. At absolutely fair pricing- If you're ever in need... They rant and rave about Kenny's professionalism on the whole trip and his concern for my grandson, asking constantly if they needed him to pull over at rest stops to go to the bathroom or to change my grandson"s diaper or if they were hungry or thirsty. these folks saved me! after being left on the road by AAA the police called clarks. they showed up immediately, secured my vehicle as I could not roll my windows up or lock the doors and delivered me to the front door of the motel I found. the next morinig they picked me up on time, let me stop at a auto parts store on the way back to their establishment and gave me a place to sit while I waited for a AAA tow company to pick me up. total professionalism and friendly, personable service. And they trusted me that I would come back the next day and settle my bill. These guys are excellent. Not that I can recommend anyone breaking down on the I-90 and needing a tow, but if you do find yourself in such a situation, give these guys a call. Kenny went above and beyond for me. After my insurance company organised for me to be towed to a diesel mechanic (for my Kia Sportage??), he was able to recommend me and take my car and I to a nearby mechanic (who have also been absolutely fantastic), after which he was able to drop me back in town at a motel which he knew had vacancies. I cannot recommend Clark's highly enough. If they ever decide to franchise out to Australia, Kenny would be my go-to for all my future car-towing needs (not that I want to need to be towed again...). read more

On my way to work at the Gorge Amphitheater, my van stopped and I was stranded on the side of I 90, about 15 miles outside of North Bend. I was literally surrounded by mountains. No business' in sight. My insurance company sent Clarks. Kenny showed up. He went above and beyond--towed me to North Bend, where I purchased antifreeze. He helped me with the antifreeze, let the van run awhile, even checked my transmission fluid, and I was back on my way to the Gorge. I was able to make my 8 am training the next morning! 7-20-16. We where on our way to Crescent Bar from Covington. Went up and over Tiger Mountain to I 90. Got on to I 90 going east, when the transmission in my Diesel Truck went away, Towing my 5th Wheel. Now we are at exit 32 east bound, at 3:30 in the afternoon. I'm thining we are screwed. I called Clarks towing, explained the situation, they sent 2 tow Trucks. 1 for my 40' 5th Wheel, and 1 for my dead truck. Rob took my 5th Wheel, my wife and dog back to Covington. At a North Bend campsite with some friends, I stupidly locked my key in the trunk of my car shortly after arriving. I slept on it, but in the morning I couldn't handle the feeling so I frantically called AAA, which directed me to Wyrsch's Towing that I called without hesitation. The lady on the line notified me that Hiram, one of their drivers, would soon be on his way. Finally, my salvation! The man was prepared and used his tools to open my car straight away. I was traveling with my daughter and 4 grand daughtetrs. It was POURING rain and we locked the keys in the car. The gal at the service station where we stopped for gas called these folks and they were there within 15 minutes. Colby worked at our car for a while and I was ready to break a window. He said he considered it a personal challenge and to not break the window LOL. Just a few minutes later he got it. He was friendly, professional and sympathetic to our dilemma. STAY AWAY!!!! In addition to being the worst business I've ever worked with they are abusive. After I posted a negative review of their horrific business I was attacked on social media by an employee... a woman I fear is seriously mentally ill. It was so bad I had to remove my social media accounts. They are frankly criminal and I hope the authorities shut them down. This behavior is not just unethical - it is illegal. I've truly never seen anything like this in my life. I have kept records of everything they have done. If this review results in more attacks I will be taking this to my attorney. read more

Kenny is the man, and represented Clark's East Towing very professionally. My dad was driving us all out towards Seattle on I-90 East about 15 minutes away from North Bend when all hell broke loose. The front right tire on our SUV blew and at least more than 100+ cars and semis passed by us without even asking us for help. Once Kenny got there he threw the spare on real quick(my dad bought a used car with a spare tire but it came with no tools to throw it on) and we were back on the road within ten minutes. AMAZING!!!!!!!! Broke down on I-90 at 1:30am. The driver was there within a half hour. He let my dog in the truck. He was kind, respectful and immensely helpful. He dropped off my car at auto repair shop and took me to multiple motels. None with vacancies accepted dogs (even under 20 lbs). So, he took my dog till the auto shop opened. She came back so happy! There is no taxi in North Bend! The driver picked me up when the auto shop opened. What should have been a terrible situation, the drivers kindness surpassed it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! read more

We were stuck on the west side of Snoqualmie in the worst weather with icy road conditions and even though none of their trucks were immediately available, the dispatcher (Jenny) did a fantastic job coordinating help and problem solving so that we weren't waiting forever. When Colby arrived, he made sure we were safe and had the car loaded in a matter of minutes. I'm sure the other tow companies were just as busy that night, but Clark's went out of their way to take care of us and get us over the pass. They should be your first call, every time! read more

Very fast, quick, effective and friendly! Had a serious airhead moment and locked myself out of the car, WITH the car running and the keys in the ignition. Called my insurance company, which sent out Kenny from Clark's East Towing. Kenny was amazing, very personable, kind, and unlocked my car in less than a minute! My pickup started shuddering while driving and lost power, so I pulled to a side road - the engine died and wouldn't start up again. I also had a plow mounted on front, and a salt spreader on back. When I called, Maddie was very friendly and responsive! I lucked out with having their driver Zach only a few minutes away - but he was also able to quickly and safely wrangle my truck and plow onto the flatbed. Highly recommend! read more
