We were dejectedly driving away from Bill Pierre Ford, where we had a cringeworthy experience with their accounting staff and some shady requests that I lie about my condition in order to get a loan, when I spotted what is now our beautiful Benz, a 2005 C230 Kompressor, sitting in the Prudent lot. We immediately went in and our negotiations lasted less than 15 minutes. Of course, the call to the loan people lasted much, much longer, and the whole time Toni patiently waited for us and provided us with every bit of information we needed. We even got an extra key (he ordered us the fancy new one!) and some touch-up paint for the scratches in the deal, and we walked away with the car of our dreams at the price we wanted. They aren't going to sell you something that isn't exactly what they say it is. I had something that needed updating at the point of sale, and they were on it, updated at cost. Most used places will make you sign an "as is" sheet and not help after a sale has been made. You can tell they care about their customers and their name. Very easy to work with too!

I…read morepulled over to a small shoulder of grass just barely out of traffic, and tried a half dozen times to make the hill, but it lurched only about a foot at a time, every time I gave it gas, and died on me just as many times. I gave up about 75' short of the intersection. I was there for over 3 hrs. Large tow trucks capable of towing a 29' motorhome are hard to come by without paying up the ¿#@$ I guess, and after State Farm gave up, I chose to call some towing companies on my own. I found MV Towing by chance on Yelp, and gave them a call. Their minimum tow for a vehicle my size was half of what State Farm had been quoted, so I agreed to pay. They came out to my location, but because I was on a grassy shoulder, they couldn't get to me. I had to see if I could get onto the road. With them assisting with oncoming traffic, I moved fairly easily onto the road. We discussed where I'd wanted to be taken, which was only about a mile away, and when they said it was all downhill to the repair shop, could I make it in the rv, if I followed them? I was game! (I just had to make it the rest of the way up that hill, and could practically coast the entire way.) So I followed the guys down the hill to the DoRite Auto Repair parking lot where I am waiting for them to open on Monday morning! I couldn't have been treated better or more politely! And, because they didn't have to tow me, they only charged me for the show up time to the location! Bless those young men! They were a positive outcome to a negative situation, and I'm thankful! On seafair weekend in Seattle, we knew it wouldn't be immediate - no matter what we did - but we were pretty close to ditching our car in a not-so-safe spot overnight - or sleeping in it. So I had to try. While other towing companies had an estimated arrival of multiple hours into the future, Bellevue Towing (Richard) had our back. He said "I'll be there in 15 minutes" - his confidence & expedience absolutely shocked us. I said "are you able to quote me for a tow from Bellevue to Issaquah, because I have a maximum reimbursement rate with my insurance", and he told me. To be candid, I was skeptical that he'd hold to the rate. But this man was honest! Not only did he arrive less than 15 minutes later, have our car loaded in 5, and met us without issue at our mechanic - but he also e charged us exactly what he quoted. Richard was truly nothing but professional and friendly throughout the entire interaction. He was quick, did everything by the book, and honestly turned around a really crappy day just by being our friendly savior. I will be recommending Bellevue Towing (and Richard!) to everyone I know!
