The damage to the car required a new back area, I don't understand why the car wasn't totaled out by my insurance company because they paid more than the car was worth for repairs, but I am not sure that has anything to do with Caliber Collision. It took a month for the repairs to be completed, there were issues with getting the hatchback to fit properly, and ended up having to get a whole new back area. I was finally told I could pick up the car, and then later that day told to wait because they wanted to wash it for me. When I got the car home I noticed the items from my trunk were tossed all over, some things were crushed and many items were covered with a slick, greasy liquid. in addition, the car was filthy on the outside and there was stuff smeared all over the inside window, which I still haven't gotten off the entire windshield. Why say the car would be washed when it obviously wasn't? Also, the cover to the trunk is broken when it wasn't before. When I picked up the car I looked at the rear and it looked ok, the other day I looked at the area where the rear meets the back, right door and there is a gap, which also wasn't there before. They are nice people but beyond that, I wasn't thrilled.

The inspection was fast and reasonably priced and revealed four fixes for an equally reasonable price, and that they understood my intent was to keep my 2008 Nissan Rogue going for as long as I could. I was able to get an appointment fairly soon after I agreed to the fixes. They also gave me a discount after I posted a review of the initial experience with the inspection.
