Not once, but TWICE, tow companies canceled on me claiming they "didn't have the proper equipment" to tow my car. All they did was waste my time while I sat there stressed, exhausted, overheated, and scared. My Porsche was damaged due to undercarriage impact damage and an oil leak, and apparently every other tow company acted like my car required some impossible fancy setup. I definitely ran it over and within seconds my car was alerting me "oil leak, pull over immediately!" I pulled into the parking lot of one of those motels, only to find out that whatever I hit slashed my oil pan and all of the oil was dumping out of my car. After I panicked and had a small melt down, I got out my phone and started Googling. Night Hawk Towing came up in my search and had good reviews, so I gave them a call. The person who answered the phone was friendly and asked for origin and destination address of the tow. I gave that to them, and they told me they'd have someone there in about 30 minutes and to wait in my car for safety purposes. They even told me they would send a copy of the tow bill to my insurance in case I had roadside assistance covered (which I did!) They arrived right around 30 minutes after I called and the driver Marcos was really nice. He quickly got my car on the tow truck and offered to stay with me until my uber driver arrived to take me the rest of the way to work. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. If anyone can make getting your car towed a "good" experience, it's these guys.
