Thanks guys for helping me out. They are part of another company, but good, local people. I called them to unlock my car. They were amazing.

I hope this is the correct towing company that came to get us a couple of weeks ago. We broke down…read morein the IHOP parking lot in Tukwila/Southcenter. Luckily it was still daylight and we were able to comfortable hang out until the tow truck arrived (they made good time). The tow truck driver was incredibly helpful; before towing our car, he explored more than one reason the car might not be starting (trying to avoid a tow); he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He in fact correctly identified the problem within a couple of minutes (as we found out the next day from the mechanic). Once it was for sure that we could not get the car going, he obliged to tow the car to our chosen mechanic and once there, he even helped us park the car and fill out the overnight paperwork. Amazing service. The best I've ever had from a towing company. Highly recommend.

He said he had quite a bit of traffic in Seattle to wade through, as it took him over an hour to arrive. However, once he arrived, he figured out a solution to my problem. He efficiently changed my front tire to the back and vice versa so he could tow it to the tire store. He worked quickly and was very polite. (I had no spare tire, so it was a bit challenging.) I would call again if need be, but I hope I never have to do it again. Cost: $358.80, which I thought was a fair price.

The dispatcher called and said it would be at least 3 hours and tried to get me to wait until the morning which wasn't an option for me. Within 5-10 minutes of me recontacting roadside assistance and calling him back, he claimed that now there's another additional tow in front of me and couldn't give me an ETA. He was rude and was acting like I had inconvenienced him and didn't want the tow to begin with. At no time did I cancel the tow with him. I just wanted to check with roadside to see if I had any other options. I wasn't confident he was going to show up after our conversation. Luckily after over an hour of waiting and contacting another tow company, I was able to drive my vehicle to the dealership.

Then he wanted to charge me more for going to get a spare (he should've brought one with the images and phone chat we had). Basically wasted 2+ hours of my and his time but I had to play it cool because my child was around. He also said my spare was flat and never helped me try to put it on and test it out. It was partially flat, but still better than my actual tire. I put my spare on myself and drove it to a tire shop after he realized I wasn't going to pay him any more questionable work. Good swindling! Awful business.
