When I pulled in and saw how many vehicles were in the lot I wondered if they would be able to do the body and paint work on our Ariya. I met with Steve and he and two others from his team came out and looked at the damage. Steve explained to me that both doors would need to be painted so that the color would match correctly as my damage was close to the edge of the front door also. He walked me through the process, told me how much and how long it would take. We scheduled my drop-off and he communicated with me during the job. Car was delivered 100% looking great and absolutely on time. When I went to drop the car off, the same lot only had a few vehicles in it- they had fixed and completed the work on most all of them that week. AMAZING Steve saved me over $2,000 versus the bid I received close to home. It is/was worth the drive for sure, easy access off and on I-5 . Our paint is a tough color and they did it perfectly while saving me dollars. I can't recommend this business any higher. read more

NAC does a phenomenal job with your vehicle. They take such detailed and careful care -from the moment it arrives on their lot to when you pick it up and leave. I noticed some blemish when I went to pick up the car and they immediately looked to get it fixed and replaced on the spot even though the mark wasn't there an hour ago on their inspection. they thoroughly fixed the damage to the rear of the car, and even went above and beyond to buff out / detail some of my front that was unrelated to my original incident. super nice and thoughtful, I was blown away by the service and quality of work. they do have an account with Tesla so they order OEM (original parts direct from tesla), so you have peace of mind that your car is returned to its original state of quality. they also have 5yr warranty on their fixes so you can be assured the work is maintained or they'll help you fix until you're happy. read more

Returning customer here. Once again Steve and his crew at NAC did an amazing job fixing my Tesla Model S. (Yes, they also repair EV's!). The workmanship is top notch and my car was ready on the day it was promised. They even washed it inside and out! I live in north Seattle so this shop is bit out of my way but it's worth the trip and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! read more

A need for body work on your car is not typically a happy occasion - but after my recent experience with NAC, I would use them again, and I'd look forward to it! From the initial informative meeting with Steve, Sang's courteous and efficient scheduling, Alex's outstanding communication and work on our behalf with insurance - and other members of the team we didn't meet - the service was phenomenal. Every step of the process was clearly articulated, earning our trust along the way. The car was completed a few days ahead of schedule, and it looks better than new. These guys are the real deal: skilled, efficient, professional, and kind! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

Had my Tesla fixed here. Bumper mainly, but these guys also fixed my trunk for me for free! I had a gap and it wouldn't close correctly. They fixed it and now it closes perfectly. My bumper looks better than when I bought my car. On top of that these guys cleaned my car and vacuumed inside. Overall I had an amazing experience with National Auto Collision-they're professional, respectful and even offered to take my rental car back for me. Definitely come here and trust these guys with your car problems, they'll take care of you! read more

I am a long-time satisfied customer of Steve and the crew at National Auto Collision. They have worked on several cars of mine over the years, and often times on multiple occasions. I have also referred friends and associates over the years, and all have been satisfied with the work and service as well. Steve and crew are meticulous, detail-oriented , easy to work with and take pride in their work. read more

I broke my passenger side mirror foolishly in a parking lot. It was dangling pathetically. The side of the door had damaged as well. Like all Tesla cars, the rims on the car had been scraped too. I tried to book the Tesla recommended body shops but to no avail they were booked out months in advance and I didn't want to keep driving with the dangling mirror. I put in a Yelp request for bids. I got many interest. I chose 3 to get bids (to go in person and have them look at my car for the estimate) based on Yelp reviews and ratings. NAC was the last one I decided to get looked at and for them to give me an estimate cuz it was the furthest from my home. Well I chose them because the estimate was competitive but the real reason is that during that estimate visit, they took the time to zip tie and tape my dangling mirror so it wouldn't further damage and also mirror became functional again. Those little details really show cases that a company cares about the little things. No other bids even offered to do that. One bid came in at 4times higher for the rims. NAC did an excellent job on the repair and as they promised timelines. It looks brand new! The people are so nice and friendly. The follow ups are prompt. The quality of work is really nice. I have told all my friends to get any body repair to them. I plan to only use them in the future. Cheers! read more

Just picked up our vehicle. The folks here were kind, attentive, communicative, and the repair looks perfect to my eyes. I went through insurance, so I can't comment on their prices necessarily, since I was more concerned with the thoroughness and quality of the repair on my nearly new vehicle. But they did give me a nice discount on my deductible which I appreciated. I'll update my review if there are any issues down the road, but as of now I can highly recommend them. Note: the repair did take a bit longer than initially estimated, but they were responsive and explained that parts were on backorder. read more

Everything went so well! I am a very happy customer. I dropped my car few weeks ago for door and side mirror repair. The national auto collision did a fantastic job. I picked up my car today and it looks brand new again! From the start to the end, everything was smooth and they helped me through every single step even with rental car company and insurance. I am a very happy customer and wants to share this to fellow yelper right away! read more

What went well? Everything! From start to finish! I found this shop on yelp and read the great reviews so I decided to take my car there for repair instead of going to another shop that my insurance company suggested. I don't think I've ever been treated with such great customer service. Steve and Alex are great! They really do take care of their customers. They're honest and so accommodating. Honestly, they treat you like family. Will definitely refer them to people who need their service. read more

And as soon as I arrived Steve greeted me, I introduced myself and they went to work right away to fix my windshield rock chip repair. The work was done in about 45 mins. Steve was very considerate and addressed all of my concerns of working with them. Steve continued to keep me updated on the car proactively. If I ever need auto repair, I will definitely come back here as I know I will be taken care of. Additionally, I was pointed to lawyers and other connections by Steve that really helped me relieve myself from all the stress of being involved in an accident. Really appreciate his work. read more

I had my front bumper ruined and needed to find a reliable mechanic. Last time I had it done from a mechanic near me and they did a decent job but the bumper was slightly popped out and I didn't say anything because it wasn't a huge deal, but after an accident I had, the front bumper complete popped and luckily it was some dents and then the headlight system failed. Steve, the owner, did a wonderful job giving me some suggestions and was honest when inspecting the vehicle. After 2 weeks, my car came out brand new, and I was happy with the results. Even though the car had a hard time reading the anti-collision system and the headlight system, the system worked after driving it for 5 days. read more

I was skeptical of all the 5-star reviews, but this place is legit, and I'm glad I went with them even if they are a bit out of the way. I had a large scratch on my EV I wanted fixed, and they did a fantastic job and you could never tell it ever happened. They don't settle on the cheapest half-ass solution, and made it clear that they only do the proper solutions (at a very reasonable price), even if it isn't the cheapest option. I've never seen an automotive/body shop be as friendly and communicative as National Auto Collision, and I'd recommend them to anyone. read more

Highly recommend and definitely will be back in the future for any work I might need, they were knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. The paint matching they did on my spoiler is almost spot on to the OEM and the turn around time for it was super quick! read more

If you are a punk or a chump, pay special attention. If you wonder why women don't respect your role, it's because your car looks like you got your dads hand me down. This is roller #2 and Steve and Alex completed a full scale transformation that made my VW morph from a teenage dream to a cold machine. For anyone that didn't know the New Beetle was engineered by Porsche and is basically an Audi TT with a bubble body, NOW YOU KNOW! If you see me, honk, but be sure and honk long, cause chances are you'll be in my rear view and I'd hate to miss you introduction. Aftermarket is not National's specialty, but I suggest you check in with Steve and see what he can do for you. read more

I had a great experience working with National Auto Collision on a recent auto claim repair. They are the most helpful, honest, and reliable people to get the job taken care of! I brought my car here after being royally screwed over by Crash Champions in Burien. They took action immediately. Jane was extremely informative and knows how to get stuff rolling! I came in for an insurance claim from an accident. They helped me every step of the way and had amazing communication with Mercury Insurance. You know they truly care about good customer service and building rapport. I will 100% be coming to this place if I ever need something done quickly and with good quality! read more

We signed up with this company to replace a door on one of our cars even though this company is located further from us than other car repair companies. And it was so worth it! I dealt with two very nice, helpful and polite people there during the process of exchanging information, and that process went smoothly and quickly. All of my questions were answered pretty much immediately, and the answers were easy to understand. A huge bonus was their ability to transport my car to and from their workplace on days and at times convenient for us due to our location. And the work they did was just beautiful. The car came back squeaky clean and looking new even though it is 12 years old. The main person I dealt with, Alex, is a perfectionist and extremely personable. Plus the bid was reasonable. I cannot recommend this company enough. read more

Unparalleled customer service at NAC. Everyone is kind and friendly, and most importantly, understanding in a time where you're probably experiencing a lot of stress due to an auto collision. The knowledge they have to assist you is incomparable. The people are what make the experience memorable and we had a phenomenal experience working with everyone at NAC. The craftsmanship is top tier and OEM quality. Repairs are flawless and appear factory finished. In the unfortunate event of needing autobody work done, don't hesitate to reach out to NAC Autobody. Quality so good that we drove close to an hour to have our car repaired by the artisans at this shop. read more

National Auto Collision provided me with an honest assessment of the damage to my car, an accurate repair estimate compared to the four other shops I got estimates from, and repaired my car to good as new condition within the timeframe they said it would take! Add to that excellent customer service! I highly recommend National Auto Collision!! read more

I always recommend this shop to my friends. One often overlooked but important aspect of a body shop is their ability and willingness to go to bat against the insurance company for you. I've had friends go to other shops and end up with a bill from the shop for the items the insurance wouldn't pay. I've never had a bill from NAC over my deductible and Steve even got the insurance to pay for new parts when the insurance initially wanted to just pay for just a repair of the damaged part. Communication is A+, even on nights and weekends I would get a quick response to emails. read more

I spent hours searching online for a good repair shop. After sifting through many fake reviews and numerous negative comments, I found National Auto Collision. Their reviews appeared real and credible. I live in Seattle, and they are located in Kent, so it's a bit of a drive for me to reach them, but I can assure you they are worth the trip. Alex helped me get a free repair quote for damage caused to my Ioniq 5 by the dealership. Alex and the rest of the staff were friendly, very understanding of my situation, and eager to assist, even though the dealer chose to handle the repairs themselves. Because of this experience, when I tried to squeeze my car into a parking spot that was too tight and damaged my driver's side rearview mirror, I drove straight to them. Alex assessed the damage within an hour of it happening and helped me get a more than fair quote for the repair, explaining all my options and suggesting what he felt would be the best route to take. I paid for half of the repair that day to order the part. The office staff informed me about the part delivery and scheduled the repair for the same day they received it. They did such a fantastic job that I can't even tell there was ever an issue with my car. I will be bringing my vehicles to them for any future bodywork they may need, and I will also be recommending them to all of my family and friends. read more

This is a wonderful place if your car needs body work. I got estimates from other places in Kent but NAC was the best by far. I didn't need an appointment or to text a picture to get an estimate. I didn't have to rent a car while my car sat on the lot for two weeks waiting for the part. Steve's estimate was the significantly lower than the others. He just ordered the parts that day and he called me back in 10 days to do the repair while I waited. They even finished ahead of time! The work was perfect. The best part was that everyone at NAC was was friendly and kind. I would highly recommend them. read more

My car was damaged in a hit and run while parked in a parking garage. The person wasn't caught. I have a 2016 BMW 5-Series that I have kept in immaculate condition so I was very picky in what company I wanted to make the repairs. Like most of you, I turned to Yelp for auto body repair shops. National Auto Collision was at the top of Yelps listings. Over 120 5-star reviews. I read the reviews and looked at the pictures showcasing their work and I was set on having National Auto Collision perform the repairs. I sent a message to them through Yelp and the Owner, Steve, was very responsive. He messaged me back right away and explained that they are very busy and needed to make an appt to inspect the car. I was fine with that because "you get what you pay for" and I wanted the best. Steve gave me a "drop off date" and even though I was nervous because my insurance carrier gave me this ridiculous lowball estimate for the damages, Steve reassured me to not worry. That they would conduct the tear down and send a secondary estimate to my insurance. I dropped my car off and Steve told me not to worry. That he will take care of everything, and he absolutely did. He kept me updated with weekly text messages and phone calls. There was actually a delay in the repairs because one of the pieces need for repairs came in with damages and Steve refused it. That was amazing to me. It's like he was treating my car as if it was his own. And just like me, he wanted perfection. Steve sent me pictures after the repairs were made and I was completely satisfied. My car looks like new where it was damaged. I have a very special paint color on my car and Steve and his painters were able to match it perfectly. I'm very happy with the result and cannot give enough kudos to Steve and his team. If your car needs body work, don't just settle for the shop that can get you in the quickest. Be patient and wait for the BEST you can get, which is National Auto Collision. You will not regret it. read more
