Ryan is very busy but worth the wait. He fixed a racketball sized dent on the trunk lid of my wife's vehicle. It was in a tricky spot, right on a body line. Additionally, the trunk lid on her vehicle is made out of aluminum. Amazing job. It really does look excellent. There is no way you would spot the repair if I didn't tell you exactly where to look. And the only reason you would see it at all is because the paint has a tiny mark which clearly Ryan is not responsible for and could not remove completely. I hope to never need Ryan's services again, but in the event that I do, I will absolutely give him a call. I recommend him 1000%. On top of all of this, he is super friendly, comes to you, and his prices are extremely reasonable. After a big parking lot ding on these lovely thin fenders, the tire caught the fender and did some kind of buckle forcing me to manually pull out the fender before more damage happened. Despite parking in the back 40 at Costco, with no cars within 100' of mine, some jerk parked right next to me, and threw his door open with abandon, leaving a quarter-sized ding smack in the middle of my door. My body shop recommended PDR. They requested a photo of the dent, and sent a very reasonable quote, which was FAR less that what a shop would charge. A few weeks later, he arrived at the house, and was done in about 30 minutes. I looked closely, and couldn't see where the ding used to be...like it never happened.
