IF YOU NEED WORK DONE, USE THIS SERVICE!! My parked car got hit by GHB window washers (don't ever ever work with them). After an unsuccessful back and forth where they never sent me pictures of the vehicle that hit my car I realized I would have to fix my car without being able to file an appropriate insurance claim. After transitioning from anger (at GHB), despair (at the cost of the fix in a traditional body shop, hope (that I could ask the normal guy who fixes my dents at a reasonable cost) to despair again (after said normal guy said I would need to go to a body shop for the fix) I thought I would call around and do more cost comparisons. AND I'm so GLAD I DID. Let's be clear, minor dents- like car doors hitting the side of your car, would cost $400-700 at a body shop. When some idiot parallel parks into your car and scratches the paint, that's in the $700-1000 range. I honestly didn't even call companies to confirm because I knew the estimate would give me a heart attack. I called Mobile Bumper Lee on Sat night, had an appointment for an estimate and some prep work at 10am on Monday in my home, then had the work done at 10am on Tuesday in my home. Jack was professional, quick, on time, and did such a great job!! He spent probably a total of 4-5 hours working on my car and I paid probably a fraction of the cost!! This service is super convenient and cost effective and I highly, highly recommend you use him to fix your scratches and dents. I'm not a cynical person but I had trouble believing all the glowing reviews for Mr. Lee. I figured, if he's not exceptional, I can at least ask how he managed to game the Yelp system. No such luck. He is exactly that exceptional!!! His price was very reasonable. But I don't recommend Mr. Lee for the price. I recommend him because of his integrity and results. Apparently, he learned his craft in Korea where autobody repair is considered an art. My cargo van looked so good that we asked him right back to fix our Prius. Now both look brand new. I would do business with Lee. He is definitely wants to find the first opportunity to up charge you. I had two scratches on the same side of the bumper and the pic I gave him showed only one. Three days before coming, o discovered the mistake and emailed him a new pic and asked to verify the estimate again. He simply ignored the email and came to the appointment. He wanted to charge extra for a scratch on the same side of the bumper. I said no. He complained to me about wasting his time. I shoes the email update he ignored. He said he never got the email. Mr Lee worked on two repairs on our car. One was very sharp deep dent which is very hard to reach, Lee worked on it hours and made it hardly noticeable. Another was dump repair and repaint, he did such good job that it looked like was never there. Lee gave very reasonable estimate and stay with it, we were very happy with his work.
