He was very responsive with good communication and scheduled me quicker than I expected. Most importantly, he does high quality, detailed work at a competitive price. The whole process took 4 hours. By the way, the dent turned out to be a crack that was simply Bondo filled by the Lexus dealer before selling the car as a Certified Vehicle. I made a mistake coming out from a narrow alley way and accomplished a pretty deep scratch on my rear passenger door. I went straight to a reputable body shop in Seattle since I already had used their service previously. However, their estimation gave me a little heart attack when I heard them. I have a 2022 brand new LR Defender I took it to Bumperlee in Edmonds WA to have him fix the clear coat and paint issues and i believed he goes by the name of Jack he charged me $500 for a very minor job that turns into a nightmare. I trusted this man to put his hands on my SUV because of 5 stars ratings. He rush through his work and it was raining and after 2 1/2 hrs his done and took my money without saying a word, although, he tries to remove most of bubbles that he first created I guess due to weather but after I got home I noticed that there's more bubbles came out and not only that the paint did not match. He ignored my calls and messages he only answered me once via text message and seems he was the one who is mad. since then never heard from him. He did not offered me to bring back the vehicle so he can fix it I even ask to give it a good buff but he continue to ignore me. long story short if you guys don't care too much about your car and your hard earned money and the quality of work and just want a quick fix take your car to Bumperlee. I do not recommend him at all. I have few vehicle that he could potentially make money from me but he its Obvious he didn't care about his customer. Lee is insanely talented. I was driving our brand new car and long story short ended up with a really ugly looking scratch on the front bumper stretching over to the passenger wheel well. Due to the fact that I live on a hill and I have no garage, and the fix would need to be over two days because of the weather, we opted that he fix my car in Lynnwood.
