This is going to be kind of an unusual review. I was thinking about getting a good used vehicle and saw a couple online that I really liked. I was contacted within 30 minutes of my initial inquiry and the young man that contacted me was polite and professional, without being pushy and obnoxious. I let him know that I would like to try to handle as much of the transaction as I could online and he completely understood. He worked very hard on my behalf to get me pretty qualified and even got his sales manager involved to accommodate several of my request requests. In the end, I did not end up getting a new vehicle because I did another breakdown of the cost/benefit and found that it was better to just keep driving what I was in until I paid it off in full Rest assured, when I'm in the market for another vehicle, I will not hesitate to reach out to this dealership. Had an appointment at 10am for an oil change, I made appointments later for dentist and my annual Dr. appt. I had to cancel both of them because of this visit. After 2 hrs I had to go to the rep and ask they said it was an oil spill. After 4hrs I'm told my car should be finished soon. It's now 5hrs it's not the rep fault but better communication would have helped I told him I want my car. Disappointed with the experience. In May 2025, my wife and I test-drove a 2025 Mach-E that she had pre-ordered a month earlier. After the test drive, we spent about 30 minutes discussing financing options. Went in for routine maintenance and update on a minor recall for software patch, and the service people crashed our truck. Went to get an oil change, the service Manager convinced me to let them fix the TPMS Sensor fault under warranty, even though another dealer agreed to fix it. I let them, that was a mistake. When I picked up the vehicle the service indicator light wasn't reset, a few miles from the dear my TPMS sensor acted up again. Basically nothing was done, they asked me to bring it back. I scheduled another appointment to get it repaired but also to get my tires rotated and balanced. They did NOT do the balance at all, TPMS is still not working, and they will not respond. This is the worst service department I've ever tried. I'll never go back. read more

Let me start by saying- the 5 star rating is for Rhonda specifically, not the dealership as a whole. Rhonda made a positive experience out of a really awful situation. I may not have made a purchase and left in the same bad situation, but she did not change her attitude or blow me off when a purchase didn't happen. She went above and beyond to try or suggest every possible solution to my problem. Unfortunately, the dealership seems to post poor quality pictures that conveniently hide cosmetic damage on cars and who I assume may have been the sales manager (?) had a questionable attitude at best. I had an extremely disappointing experience at AutoNation Ford Bellevue when I towed my car in for a simple key replacement. I dropped my vehicle off on December 9th, and it took an entire month to get it back. My Service Advisor was Jarys C., and for the first two weeks, I received no updates at all. With the holidays approaching, I made multiple attempts to reach Jarys, but he was completely unreachable. Every time I called, I was told they would leave him a note to call me back--but I never received a single call back. By the third week, I was beyond frustrated and finally asked to speak to a manager--who was the only person that actually helped me. That's when I learned my car wasn't even in their system yet, despite sitting there for 25 days. It took escalating to a manager just to get Jarys to process my vehicle. After finally getting my car back, I paid $800 (which is typical for Ford dealerships since they require programming at least two keys). When Jarys handed me my keys, he acted like everything was fine--but it absolutely was not. As soon as I got inside, I noticed: * A strong moldy smell, especially on the seatbelts * The door had been left open, and the floor inside was flooded with water * Water pooling under my display screen I immediately brought this up to Jarys, and he was fully aware of the situation--yet he never mentioned it before trying to send me on my way. This was complete neglect of my vehicle, and it's clear that had I not noticed, he wouldn't have said a word. To make matters worse, a week after I paid ($800 on January 7th), I was contacted on January 14th and asked to make the same payment again. Somehow, my payment "didn't go through"--but I was already given my keys, and the transaction clearly shows in my bank records. This seems highly suspicious, if not outright fraudulent. I want to clarify that this review reflects the service I personally received, not the dealership as a whole. The manager I spoke with was helpful, but the lack of communication, care, and professionalism from my assigned service advisor was unacceptable. If you need work done here, I strongly recommend avoiding Jarys C. and making sure your vehicle is actually being processed. read more

Adviser has no customers service skills He tried hustling me and after he thought he hung up he called me an idiot the Bellevue manager takes no responsibility, his role should be helping customers. The service is horrible they don't put your oils on level. They lied told me they had parts for repair left my truck for a day, got a call and told me they don't have parts that they would arrive tomorrow they did this three times in a row! they were fixing vct solenoids I imagine they did a bad job too I'm redoing this on my own, also took for a tail gate recall they supposedly fixed it, they didn't connect my trailer harness or license lights, also things with my interior were messed with the like my back up sensors for parking and my heated seats don't work either I gave this place a few tries because it's FORD... Beyond Unacceptable: A Nightmare Experience at AutoNation Ford Bellevue We recently had the most appalling experience at AutoNation Ford Bellevue. We purchased a vehicle at another AutoNation dealership in Florida, which agreed to transfer the car to Bellevue for our convenience. After a week, I started calling AutoNation Ford Bellevue to confirm the delivery. No one returned my calls, despite speaking to Rhonda Dorian twice and texting her as well. She promised to track down the car but never followed up. When the mobile app showed the car was at the dealership, my wife and a friend of ours went to pick it up. Rhonda refused to schedule an appointment, so they waited for about 40 minutes upon arrival. Despite being informed of their visit, Rhonda was conveniently "with another customer." The situation escalated to Chris, the General Manager. He and later Rhonda (who eventually decided to make herself available) refused to hand over the car keys, making a series of bizarre claims and behaving very unfriendly in general: * AutoNation Ford Bellevue wasn't affiliated with AutoNation at all and had nothing to do with another dealership the vehicle was purchased from (the other dealership *is* part of AutoNation) * AutoNation Ford Bellevue had never agreed to receive the car and had no responsibility for it, despite it being parked in their very own parking lot as the conversation was unfolding. * AutoNation Ford Bellevue didn't have the car keys and had nothing to do with them either. My wife and our friend requested a written statement from Chris confirming they didn't have the keys (assuming the transportation company could still hold them), which was denied adamantly. Eventually, the mention of involving the police miraculously led Chris to "find" the missing keys within minutes. This was a truly horrifying experience. We can only speculate why the staff behaved this way and why they tried to keep the extra set of keys to themselves so badly. *All they had to do was hand over the keys for a car delivered from another AutoNation dealership*. Instead, they created a scene, making numerous outlandish claims along the way. I strongly advise against doing any business with AutoNation Ford Bellevue. Their unprofessionalism and blatant disregard and disrespect for customer service are beyond unacceptable. read more

Matt and his manager refused to provide a book out on my vehicle and instead kept putting his arm up angled down telling me there is a graph they have to follow with "like 16 different things" and saying mine was "going down". Very condescending. Asked me questions and then kept talking over me when I'd answer saying "look I believe everything you're telling me". Also completely dishonest about the deal and what was going on. Refused to give me my keys the first few times I asked. His manager even told me he can't make it go faster and walked away from me while I was asking for my keys back the second time. I only started asking for my keys back because this manager had someone on speaker phone who was loudly saying he doesn't want to do my deal and doesn't care about my business. I purchased my car here in April 2021. I prepaid for oil change services for 6 years. Today, I brought my car in and experienced excellent customer service. Brad was the person who got my checked in and reviewed my service requirements. I was informed of the expected wait time, and he provided me with information on where I could spend my time at a nearby coffee shop and also directed me to a nearby shopping center. I came back shortly after I headed out walking and realized it was too warm for my coat. He took my coat and held it for me so I could enjoy my summer morning walk without it. Once my service was completed, I received a phone call to head back. He reviewed my services and gave me a heads up on a future service needed in 10k miles. Very Disappointing Experience with the Service Department I had a very disappointing experience with the service department. I made an appointment two months ago because the 110V AC outlets in my car were not working. My car was in the shop for two weeks before I received a voicemail informing me that the power inverter needed to be replaced. I called them back every day, leaving messages asking for a return call, but no one ever got back to me. After three weeks of no response, I went in person to find out what was going on. The service manager told me they had the parts and promised to call me back within two hours with an update. He never called. I continued to call his direct line daily, leaving messages, but still received no response. After four weeks, I visited the service center again, only to find that the repair was still not completed. Frustrated, I picked up my truck and decided I will never return. Wanted to buy a Ford Maverick in the Spring of 2024, knowing there was a waitlist. Went to AutoNation Bellevue, where they allowed me to check out one that had just been delivered. They showed me a couple other used non-Maverick trucks, but I was still set on ordering a Maverick. They took my order and told me it would be 7-9 months. Yikes, but okay. Within a few days, the sales guy called to say another non-Maverick was available. I declined. A few more days later and he had a top-of-the-line Maverick available. This was outside my price range, so I declined again. Didn't get any further calls. A month or so later, I decided to check with another dealer, just in case they had a shorter waitlist. Turns out, Evergreen Ford could get me one in 3-4 months. Just a few emails and calls, and my order was placed. I received an order confirmation from Ford and follow-up emails tracking my truck's progress. NONE of which I ever got from AutoNation. I started to suspect they never actually submitted my order to Ford. Three months later, I had my truck through Evergreen. I decided to see if AutoNation would ever call me back. The time frame they said it would take to get my truck came and went, but no call. I can't image how upset I would have been had I just stuck with my original "order" with AutoNation, only to wait most of a year then find out they never placed the order. I don't even know why they didn't place the order, since it was an easy guaranteed sale. I can only assume they were only interested in trying to sell me one of the trucks on their lot. And when I stuck to my original request, they decided they didn't want to do business with me. Oh well. Both a lost sale and a customer who will never give them his business again. read more

Bought a Subaru Forester here in Aug 2022. Was told it had new tires and brakes. I found out after the damage was done that the tires were the wrong size, which inflated my odometer by 12.7% and cut my warranty short (a warranty they had misled me to believe would cover more than it did). The wrong tires damaged my axles/wheel bearings and caused a noise that I wasted a ton of money trying to fix -- it went away when the correct tires were put on. Brakes were also not new as claimed. I've called and emailed for over a month with no resolution. Filed with BBB and WA Attorney General. read more

Don't buy extended warranty, you can get the same for a third of the cost through any number of providers including other ford dealerships. They kept myself and my family at the dealership for 10 hours, we walked out after 9:30pm having test driven at 11am. All so they could force a bunch of add ons, every time we said no they had to "rerun the numbers" which took another half hour. Then when we tried to cancel weeks in advance of the deadline they ignored communication until just before they closed on the day the policy needed to be cancelled, by telling us we needed to call a separate call center that was already closed. There was also not enough time to make it to the store. So we are stuck with their overpriced policies. read more

First time Ford owner. Bought a three year old F-150 with 49k miles on it from AutoNation Ford Bellevue, only to find out a couple years later that it needed $13,000 in repairs due to Service Bulletin 17-2077. After getting this truck back from the original lessee, AutoNation Ford Bellevue then sold this truck to me (second owner) without disclosing any info about what I consider to be a recall worthy issue. That's when my $13,000 nightmare began. Talk about feeling cheated and deceived. Things happen, I get it. When they do, take care of your customers. Work with them. Acknowledge a faulty product and help set it right. That's what really shows your true nature as a dealership. As a first time Ford owner, I wanted Ford to have an opportunity to support their customers when something big like this happens and build customer loyalty. Instead, they're loosing this customer. Either I spend $13k on repairing a broken truck or invest that in a different vehicle. So, I'm probably going electric for my next truck before EOY. Will I be buying a Ford? Nope. My 2020 Ford Explorer has been held hostage at Autonation Bellevue for over two months - it is under warranty and the transmission is shot - they have given excuse after excuse, blaming Ford for delays in approving work under the warranty, then blaming their workers for not being available to do the work. I have called repeatedly for status checks, but they never pick up their phone as it goes into an infinite loop recording before just hanging up on you. When I did get through, Donovan, my service rep, gave me his cell phone and told me to call him directly. However, I have left multiple messages with his cell phone for a status check, but he has never returned my calls - I literally had to call the sales side and have them walk over to service so I could get a status update. This is not a patient in a coma at a hospital after a tragic accident - why does it take over two months to fix a transmission? Why doesn't anyone return my calls including the service manager "Tommy"? The only saving grace is I have a rental that they have told me they are covering, but I should not be having to wait over two months for my vehicle and it is no excuse for their terrible customer service. Are they trying to hold onto my vehicle until my warranty expires? This is beyond ridiculous. I hope and expect that Autonation Bellevue will honor the extended warranty I paid extra for from Ford when I bought the vehicle and perform the repairs which they have already told me are covered by that warranty, but for whatever reason they are taking forever to perform the repairs and leaving me in the dark. Justice, Dmitry's immediate manager was more or less calling me a liar about the discount that HIS boss said I would get due to Dmitry's incompetence. They are still overcharging me. They are holding my car hostage from sending it to the collision center (it should have been there a week ago but was delayed due to their errors and lack of urgency) until I pay the INCORRECT invoice. Please pay attention to the one star reviews, it is a common theme. The service department has an abysmal system. The people are always nice, friendly, and always apologetic. They are always apologizing because they are always performing in a suboptimal way. This is my routine servicer because they are close to my home. But I am finally going to go way out of my way somewhere else for service. I have been going here for 5 years, and service has been steadily going in the same trajectory: worse. Like I mentioned, everyone is nice. But they are constantly understaffed, staff is always turning over, service is never complete to satisfaction (or completed at all sometimes). But for me the real problem is lack of communication. Several times I have experienced the same scenario: I drop off the vehicle for a scheduled appointment, I have to go to Enterprise to rent my own car at my own cost (they don't have loaners), I am told that someone will contact me, nobody contacts me while I continue to pay for a rental car through the weekend, I get a hurried call late at night with a lot of apologies, I pick up the car, and find that I need to schedule a service at a later time to deal with the issues that they couldn't get around to. Even Enterprise rental car guys will admit that Autonation "is a mess right now." (Off the record I'm sure, since they have a symbiotic relationship.) read more

This review is based on taking my 2023 Raptor into service for warranty repairs. The entire situation has been a disaster: I was sent around to three different rental car places and spent multiple hours of my morning trying to get a rental they should have had prepared. In the end I got a car that didn't even have working wipers. For service, I mentioned 5 things that needed repaired. Only two of those did get fixed and the major one causing powertrain malfunction and CEL parts are on indefinite backorder. I tried to get status updates while at Ford and I could rarely ever get ahold of the advisor and asked for the Service Manager many times to no avail. Moving FWD, I have called 5 times to Ford over the course of two weeks. My advisor has not answered, the service manager has not returned calls, and a $300 part is causing a nearly new $90k truck to have constant powertrain faults. These parts are readily available at OEM parts houses but they wont attempt to even look into that. Don't plan to take your rig here unless you are okay with minimal communication, constant excuses, mediocre service, and a giant waste of time. I've owned numerous vehicles across nearly ever major brand and this has been the worst service I've experienced. If you read other reviews you will see this sentiment many times overs, don't walk away run. read more

I've had a horrible time getting simple warranty fixes scheduled for my F-150. After the first visit, which went OK, they said one fix needed parts that would come next week, another fix required parts and timing was TBD. From there everything went downhill - not once has anybody contacted me for an update on parts or to schedule an appointment. I've had to make numerous calls, and I managed to finally get one part replaced. I was able to get an email address for my advisor and for the past week have been leaving voicemails, sending emails with no response. This morning I've made three calls trying to get in touch with the service director and so far have one bogus phone number for his direct line, another advisor says he has no direct line, and twice I've been transferred to a voice mail system to leave him a voice mail and the system drops my call. read more

She will even belittle you and tell you she made her millions, but then drop in her 27 years of experience. She will then belittle you some more and try to explain rudimentary loan practices to you. I wish I can give 0 star. In short, Jarys declined my ESP RentalCare coverage for a warranty repair that takes 2-3 days according to him. The same day, I spoke to ESP customer service and they stated that if the repair is either 1) covered Factory Warranty OR 2) by the ESP itself, the RentalCare is in effect. The problem Battery is covered by Factory warranty. However, Jarys told me if my car is in for factory backed warranty my ESP's RencalCare cannot be used. Jarys you were either lying or very badly misinformed. Please Educate yourself by reading Administration and Marketing material on page 10, column 2 - Section Rental, Towing assistance... Ford corp told me on the phone line this material is available for every ford dealer. ----- detailed review ----- I had pretty positive purchase experience with Tim a few years ago when I purchased my Mustang 19, had a few oil changes and warranty repairs all went fine. However I had a pretty bad experience today (11/16/2023) when bringing my vehicle for warranty repair/inspection. Context for the warranty repair: my wife's 2022 Ford Expedition constantly reminds her battery draining and going into deep sleep mode even after long drive and I am concerned that she may be stranded at some point due to battery so I brought it in for a checkup. Service advisor Jarys told me that they need to check all the wiring for possible short and need to keep the vehicle for 2-3 days. Come on, why not start with the battery?? He also told me there is no loaner car available. When I showed him that I have ESP with RentalCare that it has rental coverage. The ESP contract started in March 2022 (car purchase date). Also the car is under factory warranty. However he still insists that he cannot do anything about it and asked me to review the ESP terms which implies I misunderstood the terms. Because my vehicle still under factory warranty, he cannot do anything to get me a rental using ESP. Sorry, you are wrong. Thanks to you, I did go back and read my ESP terms and attached the terms at the end of the review. Jarys you might wanted to helpful but clearly either the service department or himself was misinformed about what ESP RentalCare is. If you do want to respect the ESP terms stand behind it, you would have demonstrated your willingness to help. "Hi, you misunderstood ESP before purchasing it, not our fault". This is not the right attitude to stand behind ESP or ford as a brand. This is such a disappointment. Jarys, please educate yourself by reading the terms below. I will escalate this to Ford. "We will reimburse You for the actual charges up to $60 per day (including tax) on Ford and Competitive Make vehicles and $60 per day (including tax) on Lincoln vehicles ($72 per day on Aviator, MKT, Navigator) that You incur to rent a motor vehicle for up to (3) days while Your Vehicle is being repaired as long as the service or repair is: (1) covered under the terms of this Agreement (2) covered by the New Vehicle Limited Warranty or (3) the result of a manufacturer's recall or customer satisfaction program and (4) the vehicle is rented" read more

They post stock photos of their used cars, so you think the car is straight and in good condition but then you get there and see it! They also post that their cars have been through an extended inspection process, but when you get there they say that actually that particular vehicle has not been inspected yet, so we can't sell it to you. I think they were going to try to get us to finance a $25,000 car instead of the $2995 car that was advertised online. If they lie about that, what else are they lying about?? read more

I had a great car buying experience here on Labor Day. Tim S. was an amazingly transparent and straightforward sales person to work with. He was upfront in pricing, applying all available incentives in the first quote and taking the time to walk us through available options. He was enthusiastic and polite. UPDATE: 11/8/21 (later in the day) FALSE ALARM, BUT NO HARM I had to drive to AutoNation Ford Bellevue to find out what happened. I spoke to Steve at the service desk, who told me that my truck is OK and that it takes 6 weeks for their system to stop sending texts, saying that their recall repair has not yet been done. Whoops! (my bad) It turns out service advisor Chad Dobbs left me a msg this morning (see photos), and said everything was OK. I just now returned his call with a msg. OK, but I wish they would fix their system so that this would not happen in the first place. Meanwhile, they could at least tell recipients of recall repairs to expect this so that they will not needlessly worry. Original 1* review follows below. (now rerated to 3*) TAKATA TAKEN CARE OF...NOT! On October 26, 2021, I took my Ford Ranger into AutoNation Ford (aka Ford of Bellevue) to have my driver side airbag inflator replaced. This went uneventful. Or so I thought. I have the paperwork (see photos) that says they replaced my Takata driver side inflator. But on November 1, 2021, I got a text from them saying that the repair was not made, and that I should contact them to set up a service appointment to get it fixed. It was as if nothing happened on October 26. Shortly after I got the text, I tried calling them to find out what's going on. But of course, I could not get a live person. But I may have called too late in the day for that. Anyway, I just now today (November 8, 2021) tried calling again. The best I could do was leave a message with their service department. SHRAPNEL IN MY FACE? As of this writing they have not responded yet. But I told them what I just said in the last paragraph. In addition, I said that until this is resolved, I cannot be satisfied that if I have an accident, I will not get shrapnel in my face. "DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO TURN A WRENCH" I have taken my Ford vehicles in from time to time to this dealer before without problems. But this incident reminds me of the time that I once took in another Ford product in for an elderly lady friend to this same dealership about 10 years ago. Long story short, the service advisor acknowledged to me that sometimes the dealership hires a mechanic who "doesn't know how to turn a wrench." The problem was resolved. But if I had not kept on top of things, things would have gone worse. Shouldn't one be able to trust the dealer to get the job done right the first time? NO MORE STEALERSHIPS! I think from now on I will take my vehicle into an independent shop for work they are qualified to do. Last year, I had to have my front brakes redone way too soon at another Ford dealer, which had previously been done at still another Ford dealer. I was run around and run around for a week and a half. I had financing arranged with my credit union and Autonation never sent necessary paperwork. They tried very hard to get me to finance with them. Their interest rates were 3.5 points higher than my credit union. I tried contacting several times with no responses from Chris, Balraj or Quan. I reserved my 2021 Bronco Sasquatch on July 13th, 2020, through AutoNation Ford Bellevue. During that time, I was in touch with the GM (Josh) and was later assigned to Chris Rollman in sales. From the beginning, Chris was super communicative during the entire sales process including status updates on my Bronco production. He was very transparent about the transaction and confirmed on multiple occasions that I would be receiving my vehicle at MSRP despite other dealerships adding market adjustment due to limited production. Which brings me to today as I've had my vehicle two days now and cannot say enough good things about my vehicle and the entire sales process. Once the vehicle arrived, I was in/out in roughly 2 hours which included the wait time to get the vehicle prepped and ready to go. Overall, I am very satisfied with the entire staff at AutoNation Ford Bellevue for making my purchase experience relatively easy and satisfactory. read more
