Brought in my 2003 boxter S in for a 90,000k service. I knew it was going to be costly but since I drive this car a few times a week, I wanted everything done well and it was. They inspected everything and did quite a bit. Aside from the actual service I got new tires, new rear brakes, valve covers sealed, spark plugs, license plate tightened, repaired the rear trunk hinge, rear light bulb, and they even replaced the sticky radio knobs! Anastasia my service coordinator got me a beautiful Macan loaner while the work was being done which took 4 business days. She kept me in the loop and sent me a video made by the mechanic to show me what he needed to be fixed and what could wait until the next visit. I hate having to drop off cars so I asked them to do everything they suggested. My car was washed, vacuumed, wheels cleaned, even the tires were sprayed with a protectant. My car drives and looks perfect. When I saw it in the dealer lot I didn't even realize it was my car! It was a great experience. I will post a photo soon. read more

The Porsche name commands a higher price and this dealership understands that their customers also command a very high standard of service during sales and after sales! Both times I've brought the car in for warranty work under Porsche Vehicle Service Protection (VSP), the service advisors kept me informed and moved the process along as quickly as possible. Major repairs can take weeks due to VSP approval processes and parts shipping from Germany, but the team communicated throughout. Recently, after another dealership was unable to diagnose a drivetrain issue, Porsche Bellevue's technician identified a failing rear differential within an hour. A big thank you to my service advisor, Matt, for ordering the part from Germany before VSP had even given approval, ensuring I could get the car back before holiday travel. I had the most frustrating experience at this service center. My 2-month-old Macan EV showed signs of internal burning while driving it, with increasing amounts of black smoke and burning smell coming out of the passenger's side when I turned off the AC. When I brought it in for service I had the least helpful service rep I've seen, telling me that the best they could do was a visual inspection, that I had to go drive my car and make it start to burn again for them to investigate, and at best they could just read logs to look for errors. When I asked if they could guarantee it was safe to drive in this state, I was told 'I don't know what you want me to do, I can't guarantee anything'. It was ... off putting when the car is 2 months old, in warranty, and I just purchased an extended warranty from a Porsche dealership. The least I expect is helpful troubleshooting and genuine concern when an electric car suddenly starts lighting on fire. After I insisted, they did find an active bulletin and a faulty passenger side AC unit that they replaced at no cost. There was a half apology that I appreciated, but I really expect more from this brand. Service rep was not knowledgeable, not helpful, and I thought it was dangerous to tell someone to go drive their car until it starts burning before it can get serviced. The sales people at Porsche Bellevue are fine people, sharing information with potential customers and arranging test drives without being pushy. However, their finance department is the complete opposite. They try to push all the extra service plans to customers without giving all the details. In my case, they sold us Porsche Maintenance Package for our Macan EV without telling us upfront that it was not cancellable. When I later asked for cancellation, figuring EV maintenance cost should not be much higher than the package price, but they would not cancel it citing non-cancellable reason. I recently brought my car in for a check engine light issue and left it at this shop for two and a half weeks. When I picked it up today, I discovered that they had scratched my car and broken my keychain. The shop admitted to the scratches, as they have pictures showing the damage was not present before. However, they refused to replace the scratched part !!!!!! I plan to speak with the manager tomorrow and will provide an update. I'm not sure what's going wrong with their service team. I bought a Macan here 7 years ago. The salesman was nice and convincing. For the first time in my life, I purchased a brake service package besides a 4 year maintenance package. The Macan has been lightly used and has only a little over 30k miles so far. I didn't think I needed my brake service until now. When I called the service department a few weeks back, I was told they didn't have my brake service package record. It turned out that the brake service package was lumped together with the four year maintenance package and had already expired. However, I was told to check with the financial department to see if I did purchase a brake service package, giving me the impression that they would still honor it if I could confirm it. After many calls, I finally confirmed with the financial department that their records showed I did purchase the brake service package. With this confirmation, I called the service department again. The question this time was that did I ask the financial department if my package was still active/valid? If no they definitely could not do anything about it. Well, it was established at my first call that my brake service package was expired even though I didn't realize it. I didn't understand why they would put me through all the hassle of being bounced around the departments and eventually told me they didn't care a bit of how I felt. With this experience, I have some advice for any potential buyers: Try to stay away from this dealership, especially for non-savvy buyers like me; If you buy here, try buy as few service packages as possible to avoid falling into any traps; Set your expectation right and don't expect they care about how you feel. read more

I highly suggest avoiding the online scheduling system and to align expectations and availability with an employee directly. It appears the online system is not maintained by employees and the actual availability is vastly different. My check engine light went on in my vehicle and I called the dealership and they advised to stop in, then I received a mailer stating I was past due for a service appointment, so I phoned the number on the mailer where they stated to make an appointment online, so I scheduled the first available the following week. When I arrived, I was told there are no technicians available to service my vehicle today and to come back the following day. As a returning customer, my address of record shows I drove nearly two hours to be told this information and was never contacted to reschedule. Furthermore, I did not have availability in my schedule to make the drive the following morning, so I asked for a ride to public transportation, which was refused, rather they offered to extend their rental rate for a vehicle for me to pay out of pocket. The following morning I called to see when my vehicle will be ready so I can schedule when to pick up my car and no response, nor communication. I find it interesting appointments are not honored and need to be confirmed by customers, then vehicle pick up times need to be arranged and coordinated with repetitive phone calls, especially when using an online scheduling system. read more

The service department (run by Autonation) is one of the worst I've ever experienced. My 911 was there for insurance repairs. They contacted me stating there were $9k worth of additional repairs not covered by insurance. I am open to this, so let's talk about it as I do have questions. No return call from the service agent (Lee Van) who really had very little Porsche expertise to share. Weeks later I finally reach out and the excuses were feeble with a promise of a return call the next day (the very same promise I got before). No call. Nothing. I finally call the service manager Savanna Brown. She is apologetic and states she will find out what happened and get right back to me. Can you guess what happened? Correct. No call. Nothing. Out of convenience, I was quite willing to pay them money, but the car is back to me without any of the additional repairs. That's perfectly fine as either I or my independent mechanic can handle the repairs at half the price. Bellevue Porsche (and Autonation) is a terrible service organization and should be avoided whenever possible. A zero score should be available. Just to clarify: The mechanics that performed any work seem to have done just fine. The lack of competent customer service is my only issue. Good experience at Porsche Bellevue. My friend and I came here to shop for a new car, specifically for a Macan. As soon as we entered we were greeted by Stephen who asked what we were looking for and pointed to the Macans, and told us to come back if we needed more help and if we were ready to test drive. He also offered my friend and I bottled water. The show room is really nice, with different Porsche models, including a variety of Macans. They also have a lot of stock outside, in addition to used luxury brand cars for sale like BMW, Mercedes, Audi etc... I was able to test drive a 2018 Macan. Stephen allowed my friend and I to test drive it ourselves for 20 minutes, saying that they were short-staffed, which is why he couldn't come with. So, it's cool how trusting they are with customers. By the time we got back he was outside to greet us and asked me what my price range was and if I wanted a specific color. The next day he emailed me with some options that we had discussed. Though I didn't end up getting a Macan, I had a great experience shopping at Porsche Bellevue, especially compared to other dealerships I've visited. There was no pressure to sell, but staff was happy to answer questions and whatnot. read more

I ran into an issue with my Porsche Macan. It had a fuel leak and an oil leak. Both leaks ended up being pretty serious repairs. The tech who worked on my car and the service department were communicative, kind, and professional. I would like to extend my gratitude to Anastasia Morozov, Jordan Franklin, Simon Pope, Jamie Johannessen, & Jordan Franklin. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure that my Macan was up to CPO spec. I am thankful for the outcome and that I brought my Macan Turbo to them. I would have appreciated a hand wash at the end of the repair and a shorter repair time (as just the interior was cleaned) but I felt that I was very well taken care of given the severity of the problem and the circumstances. I was a customer here from 2006 - 2019 and until 2017 I was always pleased with the service. While it was dealership prices, it was always fix it once and never deal with it again. I did get annoyed with the fact that I seemed to never have any tire issues with my car, but I'd frequently find myself getting a call about nails in my tires (which cost $1800 to replace - even at using TireRack). However, I have no evidence that it was really them. I sold my 2006 997 C4s Cabriolet in 2019 and it was looking and running as great as the day I got it, so they did their job. My cost of ownership was 30% of what I paid for my Lexus service appointments over its lifetime, so I can't complain about the total cost either. From 2017 to 2019 they got rid of the good techs and replaced some of them with people who didn't know jack squat about cars which made some appointments less useful than they needed to be. As a result, I can't say I recommend it anymore, but I'd recommend going the dealership route over the other local alternatives as they private shops seem to have gotten just expensive and they won't be able to go to bat with Porsche USA if something comes up (as they did with me on two occasions - saving me thousands). read more

Landon (our Service Advisor) and Jamie (Service Manager) went out of their way to help my wife and I with a unique situation involving an infuriating extended warranty company...on top of providing us with excellent service at several previous routine maintenance visits. Our 2016 Macan S had a coolant line crack right as we were getting home one day, which spewed coolant everywhere in the engine bay. The pump just kept on pumping, so coolant was sprayed EVERYWHERE under the car. Even though the car would still "go", we knew engine damage would occur (due to overheating) if allowed to run for more than a few brief minutes without coolant circulating around the engine block, so we immediately parked it and had it towed-in to Porsche Bellevue the next morning. My wife and I had purchased a very comprehensive $4,500 third-party extended warranty (not from Porsche), when we bought the vehicle (slightly used). This is the top of the line offering from this warranty company and covers pretty much everything except for tires and brakes. Having had to use it on one previous occasion and having no issues with coverage that first time (work also performed here at Porsche Bellevue), we weren't too worried about this coolant line issue (besides the annoyance of it happening), because we knew our policy had us covered 100%, except for a $100 deductible. Turns out that this outfit, working directly with our Porsche Bellevue Service Advisor, was refusing to pay for the repair, because they didn't consider it to be a covered item since the coolant line that fractured happened to be manufactured out of plastic. The policy does state that certain plastic components weren't covered, but it also explicitly stated that "coolant lines" WOULD be covered (making no mention of the material that the lines had to be fabricated from, in order to be covered). Anyway, the third-party company just kept pushing back, likening this plastic "line" part (which is hard plastic and is BOLTED to the manifold) to something like a flexible rubber HOSE (hoses are not covered), but eventually, Landon and Jamie got them to understand and got it covered. Really appreciate their efforts on this and the general friendliness of them and everyone else we've encountered there. Porsches ain't cheap, but they sure are fun and our experiences at Porsche Bellevue have been great. read more

Sales: 1.5 Star Service: 4.5 Star First let me start with Sales. I spec'd one car with them and they were friendly. I liked the low-pressure approach of the salesperson and his general demeanor a lot, but their responsiveness didn't meet expectations. I assumed that wasn't always going to be the case but I was wrong when 10 months later I reached out to buy a 2nd car from them. I was hoping to build a relationship with this dealership but I've given up on them. After the last no-return call from Porsche Bellevue, I found a dealer that secured me an allocation. These cars sell themselves and the PB salespeople seem to know it, so don't expect any customer service. Although it's definitely not convenient, I have decided to take my long-term business to Bellingham Porsche because they are much more responsive and treat me like a customer that they'd like to work with long term. Now for service. I have found the service department to be honest, quick, transparent and responsive. I have no reservations about using them. The only reason I didn't give them a full 5 stars is I haven't had any significant repair needs, so I don't know how they'd handle more difficult situations. My recommendation is to purchase elsewhere. Porsche Bellevue has some really bad feedback on Rennlist for some questionable practices on GT3 allocations. Don't assume they will try to develop your loyalty over their ability to make short-term dollars. PB and Autonation don't seem to care about developing the long-term relationships with customers. read more

I had the unfortunate experience of buying an Audi S5 from Porsche of Bellevue. Going through the sales and finance aspect WHILE having $10k in cash wasn't a big deal. Porsche sold me one aftermarket warranty through Red Shield, sold me a service plan to cover all my oil changes for the duration of my loan (9 quarts of oil is kinda expensive & the prepaid ones were a better deal) and provided a complimentary warranty to bridge the gap between the day I took possession of the car & when the aftermarket would kick in. The vehicle had a synchro problem in 2-3 upshift. Fine, I can baby this until the aftermarket kicks in. A few weeks go by and now we have problems with going from neutral to reverse or neutral to first gear. FML, this is gonna be a rough wait. What forced me into the dealer was a check engine light. I threw a code for a misfire in almost every single cylinder. I ended up pulling the coilpacks out and found a severe oil leak in the left bank. Ok, fu*k this sh!t. I'm told to take the car to Audi of Bellevue. No big deal, Porsche had some "We owe" work to do and I have the 90 day warranty..right? This is where a fiery hot jalapeño taco Tuesday sh!t goes sideways. I wasn't worried because I was told I was getting a transmission from Germany that would take about a month due to customs bla, bla, blah and the drivetrain clause was going to cover it. My car sits at Audi of Bellevue for not one but THREE months. I get a phone call from Porsche informing me the transmission doesn't exist, or costs $17k and Porsche wants me to pick out a different car or they'd fix all my concerns less the transmission & release the car back to me. What in the actual cinnamon toast fu*k? I take a day to reflect. I call a different Audi dealer all together and pull parts for my VIN, there are four transmissions on the east coast available. I then call an indie shop ran by an old Audi co-worker who now owns his own shop to get labor costs. Boom. I got this. We good. I go in to talk shop & pick up my car. Not a single thing has been done. I don't get to leave with my car. Porsche refused all repairs even though they provided and in-house 90day warranty. Then I'm told to pick another car from any Autonation dealer in WA. I go home defeated, but this is where the real game begins. I look up prices on a couple cars, drive to the dealership where they are at and get a random salesmans card. I go over to Audi of Bellevue and I relinquish possession of the vehicle. Pull out the parts I put in the car and left. I take a day off work and head back to Porsche acting like I'm going to get a different car. The actual salesman who sold me the car at Porsche was a complete tool. Blew me off and said so and so is going to help you BUT he's conveniently not here. I politely informed him the GM at Audi returned the car and I was called in to pick up a check for my down payment to undo the whole deal. The look of panic on his face was worth it as I popped a Lifesavers wint-o-green mint into my mouth smiling. read more

Specifically, working with Justin Monson has made me a recent convert to taking my car to Porsche Bellevue which is why I'm increasing my rating to 5 stars. Justin is very easy to work with and doesn't use any pressure tactics to get you to spend money where you don't have to. He listened to every concern I had an addressed them all appropriately. I visited Porsche Bellevue multiple times over the last month for several different issues, and every time my car was completed before the committed completion time. All issues were addressed and well explained to me before my visit was complete, and I was in and out very quickly. They were responded by people test drive so there is little damaged but still new. The deal was $110,000 car, forced us to get back to the deal and they will change a new tire with higher value car. Just purchased my car from Porsche Bellevue and they are an absolute sit show. I show up with pre-approved financing with my own bank and they kept on telling me that because my bank "is partnered with them" they still have to run my credit. They did it in twice even after I repeatedly told them I already secured financing. My bank gave me an interest rate of 6% and the dealership kept saying there is no way that happened. Even after all of this I still purchased the car from them. Still haven't received a call or text for my plates. And my temporary registration is a month expired. When you call them for help you're automatically sent to robot calls because who doesn't wanna deal with a real person on the phone? Once you do get in contact with someone. The lady answering could care less. This dealership is full of liars and they will wait upstairs just to waste your time pretending to get a better price on your trade in. I know this is a business and they need to make money but this is outrageous. 1/10 take your money elsewhere.
