The car I was interested in was advertised as being in "great condition," but once I looked closer, there were clear issues that hadn't been disclosed. Update: took car to third party to get it inspected. Turns out the sold me an illegal car. It doesn't have any catalytic converters. They were cut out and pipes welded in replacement. The driveshaft boot is missing, and it's misfiring like crazy. Driver front wheel is bent and wobbles like crazy. I have the video and pictures to prove it. I called Auto Quest, and like a coward Jason passed the phone to Craig before I could say anything further than just my name and the car. I told Craig the issue and he immediately said I did it. I just got the car back yesterday from being in their possession. The welds have rust. Just take a look for yourself and see if that looks new. I urge you to trust the bad reviews. We bought a car without price negotiations and within 24 hours we regretted any engagement with this business. The level of rudeness and disrespect we received from the owner and the salesman is indescribable. At first, the attention we received was friendly, chatty, responsive and caring, but when information was fuzzy, confusing or faulty (and they were confronted), a switch went off and the difference in how we were treated was shocking. There is a serious lack of attention to details, an ease of providing information that isn't quite accurate, and it's obvious now that the owner and salesman simply do not care about customer satisfaction. We were eventually told to go away and stop calling/emailing. Both the owner and salesman said "I don't need this today". With our unresolved issue, both the owner and salesman had similar language and responses - and both acted as if WE are the problem. Their practices for dealing with questioning customers or conflict (after the deal is done) are unsettling. I would bet money on the habits of communication being intentional and not just because someone is having a bad day. They are much too comfortable switching abruptly from being helpful, to being resistance, dismissive and rude, and their language is the same. I went to auto quest because it was a good deal on the a white F-150 about 17,000 for only having 70,000 miles on it! I took the deal and when I drove the truck for a few weeks random things started not working! It's a bad place to do business and I do not recommend them to anyone! Don't even get me started on the one female that works there she can't even speak the customers without being rude! Probably the worst experience I've ever had! One of the first things they asked from me was to leave a good review and I waited to see how it was going to play out before I would leave a review! Well I guess it was mistake on even considering them as a place to do business. January 23rd I bought the car from autoquest January 30th the day I went to bmw to get coolant refilled February 16th had to completely park the car February 18th the car was towed from my job February 21st car was towed to to the warranty company Spoke with Devin at approximately 1230pm February 17th about the issues with my car Devin stated that he would speak with and pass on my information and concerns with the owner Craig once he came into work at that time his ETA was 1-2hrs and said he would be in contact with me and I should expect a call back. Few hours pass by Didn't receive a call back from Craig or Devin like I was told. So at 04:45hrs I called back to follow up I was placed on hold and then hung up on I called back and spoke with Craig who answered the phone and he had no idea what was going on so I explained to him what was going on and he told me to get it towed to the dealership i asked him was there a specific time frame he preferred and he said "just get it towed to me" I called back and spoke with Vince after scheduling a tow thru my insurance roadside assistance and told him the ETA of my tow was been 90-120 mins .. he said I needed to have the car by 7pm and I said ok I do not know if that's going to work but I'll keep in contact with you..if Craig would've just said a time to have it in or the correct preference I wouldn't having a bad experience because I now have to cancel the tow and schedule another time because they close at 7pm and nobody wants to wait on my vehicle that they sold me less than 4 weeks ago that's having issues already So my car gets towed from autoquest without notifying me. I discovered that by following up with a call that I once again was promised a call back .. I spoke to a lady named Joey who explained to me that my car was just picked up by the warranty company and so I asked her how does this work this is my first time having to deal with a warranty claim and such things . She gave me the number to the warranty company she was at the time unaware who my service advisor was for the warranty.. I asked her about loaner assistance and she told me that I would have to talk to the warranty company about that... after our conversation I called the warranty company and I explained to them who I was at what was going on with my car and how long I've had it they told me that they wouldn't even be able to process a claim untill after me having the car for 31days and untill they process a warranty they can't even talk to me about a loaner and told Me that I would need to contact my dealership where I purchased the car from in regards to loaner car matters . I called and spoke to Devin (the guy who sold me the car) and I express to him what's going on and he said that once again he would have to contact the owner of the company about letting me get "the only car they have to rent out" and for me to call back in the morning so I give them a call in the morning after about a hour of opening hours I ask to speak to Devin and he gets on the phone with the same old story he's been telling me everytime I call ..he has to get ahold of his owner . The owner didn't show up .. can I call you back (and never call me back) then what's even crazier is he gets the phone and after i state my name he acts like he don't know why im calling .. like i shouldn't have to be blowing up you guys for my car back or to get information and be kept in the loop of what's going on or what's next with my car and I shouldn't have to be out here catching the public transportation city bus, bumming rides from co workers , spending money on Ubers...I just bought a 2017 bmw from you guys what do I look like riding a bus or spending money on a Uber I haven't even got to make my first payment yet i am a single dad I got two fucking daughters I gotta make sure to take and/or pick up from day care and school... I haven't even had the car for 31 days and When I am entitled to a loaner car in my warranty agreement and if that takes time if you guys truly care for a customer then you guys would communicate a lot better and accommodate a little more effectively and if you guys suck that much to where you guys can accommodate stop bullshitting the customer(ME) and be %100 transparent and quit putting me on the back burner I have yet to receive any equal amount of respect and transparency that I've showed you guys since the first day I stepped foot on you guys lot.. but for some reason I' continue to have nothing but horrible experiences with you guys. I live in California so the transaction was done by email/phone calls.Everything was ok at first. I had been to a couple other dealerships and test driven a few vehicles with intent to purchase, I told him of people/dealers trying to swindle me and I was assured that he/this business was nothing of the sort. 1.I guess there was a flag on the loan because my "signatures were not the same as on my license". Once this happened I started getting the runaround. He was not being forthcoming as to what the status of the shipment of my vehicle was. I hate getting the runaround. I was patient at first. Then I validated my identity further... Cool I got to move forward. 2.There was a mistake on the quote that I got from him via email to the documents that I signed . The long and the short is that the price was 300 higher on the base when I got the paperwork in the mail. I was assured by Scott (finance) that it would be taken care of and I even emailed Brandon about it. He asked what the problem was, I told him, thought it was all cool. Needless to say my issue isn't resolved if I'm writing this review. 3. When I was speaking to him as to my concerns about the quality of the vehicle, I told him about how a previous seller had assured me everything was ok with the vehicle when in actuality it was a mess AND was missing the spare tire. (Audi wheels are 7-900 depending on the rim, these are 20"wheels and michelins aren't cheap either) After dealing with a fiasco with the shipping company, I get the vehicle .....NO SPARE TIRE. (after being told by Brandon about their "reconditioning process", I was assured that the vehicle would have a spare tire as they are a luxury car dealership. It seemed that such a concern was a laughable matter , which made me feel more comfortable. )I called and was ticked for sure by this point. I was asking him for help with the shipping company as they damaged the vehicle in transit and were trying to scam me, no fault of Brandons ( I have to be fair). He was BEYOND done with me at this point, told me he was "really busy" after trying to help me for a while and it was basically my problem at this point. So I'm asking him what were going to do about my 300 dollar defecit and my spare tire. "You're just trying to bleed us for more money at this point." I lost my cool and cursed, which I should not have done. IN SUMMARY. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this business to anyone and especially don't deal with Brandon. As a customer, I would expect the sales manager to exhibit a higher caliber of moral standard, keep their word, and not be the epitome of what people make car salesman out to be as I have dealt with several honest car salesman. Im out a potentially 900 dollar wheel, the expensive rubber that goes around it, and I don't have resolve on my 300 dollar credit as promised (Scott seemed like a good guy, phone calls were direct and straight forward) I was taken advantage of and as a customer, this is exactly what we are looking out for with businesses. I had been researching Mustangs for over 6 months. Knew the year, model and price I wanted. Stepped on the Auto Quest lot and held my breath - I. WAS. SHOCKED. I am still waiting to wake up. No hard sells, no over zealous energy, no sexist behavior at ALL. They simply asked what I wanted and to let them know if I needed anything. Took the car for a lengthy test drive by my self. Brought it back: no tactics, no BS - I had to ask Dominique if we could get down to business! He gave me a very fair price. We went over what the financing and payments would be. When I went in for financing it was within pennies of what Dominique quoted me. I was in and out in under and hour. Truly, the quickest, most painless and even pleasant car buying experience of my life. Dominique and his staff are great; low key, respectful and dare I say of a car dealership: genuine. My husband and I recently decided to upgrade to a Prius because of our longer commute to work. I was surprised to find that even though Auto Quest is a luxury dealership they still have a large selection of modest cars as well. When I came in, everyone was extremely kind and welcoming. I worked with Dominic, even though he couldn't help me right away he offered me snacks and refreshments they had for their quests, in the waiting room. Their waiting room experience was pleasant, they have a big flat screen tv comfy couch and endless magazines. Other sales men walked by and greeted the guests in the lobby, adding to the welcomed experience. When Dominic was ready for me he made me feel like I was his only priority, he listened attentively to the things I wanted and my requirements for our future car. He let me test drive the Prius that they had available, Dominic explained me to how to use all the gadgets, what all the buttons meant and helped me along this new driving process. I loved this car right off the bat! Not to mention it was a great price! He definitely didn't push me to make any decisions right away, there wasn't a sleazy car salesman feel at all. I thought about it for a few days and decided I wanted to buy it! Dominic made the process so easy on my part! He had all the paperwork ready when I got there to trade in my old car and finance the new car, he explained to me what I was signing and all I had to do was sign the dotted line, no extra paperwork for me, he did it all! I had noticed a few smudges with the carpet and he had his guy clean the car inside and give it another bath before I left with it. It even had a full tank when I left! I always do a lot of research online before going out, so when I am at a dealership, I know exactly what I want, and all I do is basically fact-checking to see if what's advertised online is exactly what's on the car. I don't need any salesperson to either repeat me the facts that I already know or even worse, distort the facts. Auto Quest did just what I want. After showing us to the car we was looking for, making sure we didn't have further questions, they just walked away, leaving us alone with the car. We had plenty of time to compare our checklist and the car. Then they came at a right time asking if we need a test drive. After hearing yes, they prepared the car, did the paper work, and then again left us alone with the car, which was quite a surprise that I actually went to confirm that we were going to test drive alone. For all the test drives I've done, this was the first time we could actually feel the car without a salesperson talking all the way. After checking everything was as advertised, we decided to buy the car. The finance was trying to sell the extended warranty though. After I was firm that I was not going to buy extended warranty from them, the rest of the process went smoothly. At the time, they explained that the registration fee was just an estimate. I was thinking "yes, you will overcharge the fee and pocket the difference." To my surprise again, they sent me a check refunding the excess, the license plates and the registration in less than 2 weeks. What a efficient and honest business! read more

I Purchased a vehicle from them over a month ago. Some work had to get done and have had a horrible follow-up experience from the management team ever since. Had no issues before but seems like this is a completely new staff and can say that their follow up is left to be desired. I've had to have a trim piece ordered twice. The first time, they ordered the wrong trim, wasted trip from Sumner to Seattle. This time, after reassurance by their staff during the week that the part would be correct, painted and ready today..to my disappointment, the part wasn't there at their auto bodyshop, Arrows, but it also never got painted to match my vehicle!! To make matters worse, they "said" they would replace all 4 tires on my vehicle. Back to 1st instance with the wrong trim..the wheel lock key wasn't in the vehicle..so they said they'd order a key for it..fast forward two weeks and apparently, new management. They said earlier in the week that the wheel lock would be at Arrows for them to replace my tires..same result, wheel locks weren't there.. If you're gonna go somewhere, AutoQuest wouldn't be the choice, unless they fix their new issues. This wouldn't have been an issue with the previous management. Terrible customer service, no respect with your customers. staff unprepared, and disrespectful. this weekend (02/23/2019) I went to buy a nissan titan 2004 that was announced for 4900.00 (I'll put photos to prove what I'm talking about) I did the test drive, and I decided to buy the car. we did deal(shake hands) for 5200 with all the fees, licensing and car cleaning. Simply as that, the dishonest owner, RIPPED the document in front of several clients who were there and told me to leave his property. I had been researching and wanting to buy an electric car for months. I twice visited Paramount Motors and was unimpressed with their cars and salesman. AQ was like buying from a real dealership without the pressure and sales tactics. Salesman free test drive, beautiful cars and fair pricing. I asked for an alignment with my purchase and they use Arrows repair shop (5 star yelp business). I've never bought from an auto broker and was very happy with my experience. The showroom has arcade games and you can sit in all the cool expensive cars without anyone hovering. And the office area is nicer than my house. Huge TV and really nice furniture. ZERO STARS!! Shady Shady Shady!!! Bought a 2015 Jeep with just 47k miles on it in March. 38 Miles of driving later and the check engine light came on. Shop told me it had obviously been reset by the dealership. Had to have spark plugs replaced out of the gate, the navigation we paid for that they said was included had been completely discontinued on this model previously by manufacturer (known by them). It's now September, and we have had constant issues with drivability, check engine light coming on and off and now I am told it likely is a shit motor. It will be a month "or so" before I can get it out of the shop and I will need to rent a car. Logan was decent enough to at least OFFER to give me a loaner the first time I faced the issue hours after buying, but was told by Devin when I called today that he no longer works there. Devin was the most unhelpful, rude, condescending individual I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. How you treat people matters. You probably think you have to "mansplain" everything to all women. Yeah- I cussed him after the consistent "you bought it used" crap kept coming out of this mouth. I'm not stupid. Just ignorant for choosing you to be our dealership. Never again. Found out from a local that they buy auction cars and reset any "check engine" lights before test drives etc. Like I said- SHADY. Be wary about the cars at this dealership. Even though they say it has passed multiple inspections and 0 accidents on the car report there maybe still unreported damage. Be sure to check everywhere to make sure body panels gaps are even and that the paint color is matching between each panel. Another clue is overspray on the edges of each panel (especially the bumpers) that have been hastily repainted for a quick flip. There will be overspray near the bolts and edges. Open the hood trunk and look at the edges to make sure the paint has a smooth transition. I found this out after seeing great pictures online and wasting 3 hours of my day looking at one of their cars. Minor dents and chipped paint everywhere and the details noted above and worst. Although I didn't expect a perfect car, I was hoping for them to be more open about it until I found the clues myself. read more

I'm looking for a good 2-3 year old second hand Porsche Cayenne, and found a car with right characteristics and located not too far on cars.com. My wife and I went to this dealership, but after walking around the lot a bit we decided we are not going to buy 50K second hand car at this dealership. This Auto Quest place just does not feel like a normal car dealership - it does not have showroom, it does not have customer parking (!) and an employee told us to park on the street in front of some other business, all they have is a warehouse packed with second-hand but luxury cars. The area itself is more on the outskirts, with workshops, factories etc. around, and there is collision repair/body shop right across the road. ... Maybe cars at this place are OK - I don't know, but I just don't feel comfortable buying expensive used car there. And advertised prices are not much different than similar cars at official Porsche dealership, so it is not clear why should I take the risk. read more

Giving this place 3 stars because one is for the boss Craig, another one is for Scott, and finally the 3rd is for the variety of vehicles. I recently purchased a vehicle from them and I personally had a bad experience with the sales person who presented himself poorly, and was giving constant attitude when negotiating. And when I asked if we were given floor mats and fixing the scratches on the vehicle, and perhaps the shift knob, he yelled "you either get a discounted car or we fix the car, you can't have both!!!" But prior to any negotiations, he had stated that the company would fix the car. And the other issue I had with them was we were promised that the scratches and dings would be fixed but when we finished signing the papers, they did not do anything to the vehicle except for a wash. read more
