    Disorganized and Unprofessional Experience: Wow, where do I begin? First off, the price of the car listed online was $24,500, but when I showed up in person, it mysteriously jumped to $26,999 with no clear explanation. I suspect they applied a state rebate without disclosing it but who really knows? The salesperson named Carlos had me walking the lot for nearly 10 minutes looking for the car because he couldn't find it and later took my keys and initiated a trade-in process without my full consent. I was there for over an hour, and 30 minutes before closing, Carlos returned my keys, saying the banks were taking too long. The next day (at 7pm keep in mind) I received texts and calls saying I was approved for zero down with the trade-in. But my gut feeling was off so I ignored him. On Wednesday Carlos and the assistant kept calling and texting me telling me that I was approved. The assistant made me feel better about the situation and was acting as a liaison. Carlos told me I was approved with Zero down and the Trade. He said to head over and to ask for Fernando, so I sent my ETA and I drove 40 minutes back to the dealership, only to find that no one named "Fernando" was there. I waited for 30 minutes without anybody approaching me, I had to chase down employees for help several times, and was finally informed that my approval was still in process. When I followed up the next day I was told that the salesperson had made a mistake, and I would need a co-signer. The amount of disorganization, lack of communication, and unprofessionalism was frustrating and a complete waste of my time and gas money. I had a terrible experience at this dealership and felt that I had to warn others. I suggest others avoid this dealership if they truly value their time and a straightforward car-buying experience!

    I bought my daughter a car 7+ months ago and now my 2nd daughter needs a new car. I immediately knew I needed to go to Legend Auto Sales. I came with my daughter and everything went so smoothly. As soon as we walked in we got acknowledged and most importantly we got an AMAZING price on my daughter's 2022 Toyota Corolla. Thank you.

So, I hung up with them and got a call back from Ethan at Paymax Car Buyers. He then told me that their computer showed a glitch and they do in fact have coverage in Fresno. COOL! He gave me a quote slightly higher than Cash for Cars but just the money alone wasn't what made me sell to them. It was the awesome customer service. Ethan was so nice and so apologetic when he had to put me on hold for a few minutes (I really didn't mind about being on hold). If I ever need to sell a clunker again I will FOR SURE deal with Paymax Car Buyers again. I will also recommend this company to anyone looking to get cash for their clunker!!

When I first called, I spoke with Corey, who was unwilling to help and simply directed me back to the online listing. It left me feeling discouraged and uncertain about moving forward with the purchase. Thankfully, I called back and was connected with Lubin. He took the time to answer my questions, address my concerns, and make me feel like a valued customer. My wife and I had just purchased a 2025 Porsche Macan from CarMax in Henderson, Nevada, and Lubin's professionalism, patience, and willingness to help truly reflected the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back to CarMax. That is also easy in/easy out. My spouse went in for an estimate a few days prior and then we took the car in to sell after that. Took maybe an hour total for BOTH appointments. The place was surprisingly gigantic inside and very quiet, with none of the constant sales-y buzz that usually inhabits dealerships. Staff was pleasant and efficient.

The location is in a hectic little corner of Georgetown, but the moment I walked into the lobby it was clear that this place made an effort to be clean, professional, and hospitable. The customer lounge is accommodating with plenty of power and usb outlets, snacks, water, coffee, and WiFi. As they worked on my vehicle they were up front and transparent about all pricing, pointed out other issues to bring to my attention, but were never pushy or up-selling about any of the additional maintenance recommended for my vehicle. A new battery for a BMW is not cheap. I knew this going in. But I felt good about my experience at Finesse and that my car was in expert hands. I did a brief search on my phone for a Mercedes shop and found Finesse. A quick call later and I had new lug nuts ordered. I was taken aback by how friendly the person was who helped me out and how easy they made it. Quite a relief. I received a call a week later to tell me the nuts were there and I made my new tires appointment, and throughout finesse made it easy. They told me I could come down anytime and they would put the new lug nuts on for me at no charge, which meant I could make the tires appointment any time. I can tell you this was a new experience for me - in the past I generally felt at the mercy of the shop and the particular folks who were working that day. At finesse I felt like I was in good hands. Their relaxed atmosphere, the amazing customer lounge with snacks and coffee - very welcoming. The communication was clear and helpful throughout. I will be taking my car to Finesse in the future, that is for certain. Had I known about Finesse, I could have called them first for the tires themselves and saved myself the trouble. A true gem in Georgetown, this should be your first call.

Here's the best part.. They won't hold the car for a few days for you to get that cashiers check. Wouldn't recommend wasting your time. Additionally, thinking back, while we were looking at cars, the one we were looking at didn't even have papers posted in any of the windows or anywhere else in or on the car. That should have been our first red flag.

    This dealership has a sell-it-and-ignore-it attitude. Be aware. Their sales also lack training for…read moreselling EVs (which is now a problem after Hertz announced dumping EVs for cheap). I purchased a Kia EV6 from here. After the purchase, no matter how many emails you write, they don't respond. You try to call, they will say they are busy. Washington state has a sales tax exemption act when buying used EVs under $30k. And the tax exemption process has to be initiated from dealers. My purchase is eligible for this tax exemption (I checked with DOL/DMV. They looked at this VIN in their system and told me that the dealer is supposed to refund the sales tax). I called and called and called the dealership. And they told me "we don't deal with that. You have to deal with it by yourself." which is different from what DOL and DOR told me. I checked online and Department of Revenue ALSO states clearly that dealers have to be the one who initiate this refund (attached images in this review). I know this not only because I asked DOL and did my homework, but also because I purchased another EV in WA before and I got the WA sales tax refund from another dealership. The process was directly from the dealership. Unlike what this location told me. Furthermore, the sales staff Kyle Gaylor lacks training even to their own company's policy on EV sales. I asked "what does your Hertz 12-month warranty covers on EV" and he said "well you know what, our 12-month warranty only covers mechanical breakdowns. EVs don't have engine nor mechanical components, so if you didn't buy our additional warranty package, your vehicle isn't covered by our included 12-month warranty". It was a shocking response. I then checked Hertz Car Sales company website and it clearly states "Hertz also covers EVs with their 12-month warranty. Not only covers the battery but also the motor and related components. WHAT? YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOUR COMPANY DOES and you are a sales? They are just NOT PREPARED and NOT EDUCATED to sell EVs. Perhaps because no EVs were under 30K for a long time so they just didn't care. But now with a lot of used EVs priced under $30K, PLUS that Hertz's new CEO strategy on dumping EVs, you can't just ignore all this and pretend you are selling traditional ICE cars like before. I am a local reviewer, and I cannot recommend buying cars from this business.
