I came out to look at a new Prius XLE that was advertised by this place and the advertisement was totally inaccurate because the car is not even for sale!! One of the sales guys said it is now on an auction block!?! On top of that, this new car (???) has an electrical system issue...

First off, the staff was nice. But as far as my purchase things couldnt go any worse. I purchased a Ram 1500 off of these guys in October/November of 2024. The truck barely made it a year and i put on less than 15k miles on it before throwing check engine codes. I have a cylinder misfire in my engine which is a costly fix. I re did spark plugs and ignition coils. In total about $4k out of pocket. Still no fix. Cut my losses and went to trade it in to a reputable dealership. This dealer uses AutoCheck for the history. The truck i purchased had derogatory marks on the title and the odometer (Not disclosed to me at purchase.) because of this, dealerships wont even accept the trade. So I have to go out of my way to the licensing agency just to see whats wrong with the title just to be able to trade in this piece of junk. On top of that, the battery died this morning and the doors were locked. Took the physical key out of the fob to find its completely smooth with no ridges so it wont even unlock the truck. Another out of pocket expense to get someone to unlock it. Think twice before purchasing a vehicle from Auto 206.

I went here with my friend to get a used Tesla Model S. Not one star because we did like the car enough to buy it, but every other part of the experience was ... challenging. The door handle on one of the doors doesn't work and we were promised they would fix it. They told us to wait a while because their shop was busy. When we called to make an apportionment a month later, they never made an apportionment and have still not fixed the car (at least 5 months later now). On top of that, they snuck in fees without telling us. We did buy an extended warranty and we did know about that fee, but they snuck in a $1,000 windshield warranty without telling us and we didn't find out until reviewing the paperwork later. The loan itself was obscure because we were not given a way to contact the loan issuer. And just to top it off, we were promised a charging cable for the car. We, of course never got the charging cable either. Overall, we just felt like we got ripped off in every single way they could try and rip us off. At this point, we will just fix the car on our own just not to have to come back. I really dislike leaving poor reviews, but we will never be back and strongly discourage others from having an experience like ours.

I went in about a year ago looking for a car. They were very helpful but ultimately I was not able to get a car from them at the time. This year I found myself needing another car. I remembered how helpful they were last year so I checked out their inventory again. I discovered they had my dream car on the lot. I went in to look at it and test drive. Gerald was incredibly helpful. I test drove the car and fell in love with it. I had some challenges with financing, so we were not sure I was going to be able to get it. They had me drive another car in the same family as the the first one. I liked it but it wasn't the dream car. They told me that they were going to check with a few more banks in the morning. After thinking about it overnight, I decided the #2 car just wouldn't meet my needs. When Gerald called me the next morning, he asked how I was and then said he could make my day better, HE DID!!! They were able to get me in the car with a little tinkering. I have now had the car for a little over month and I am so thankful they were able to work it out. I have and will continue to recommend Auto 206. Thank you all for making my dream come true!

Brandon and Robert were wonderful to deal with. They work well together as a team. They addressed my (very few) concerns satisfactorily, located competitive financing, and made the whole experience relatively easy. I am a guy who almost exclusively makes my car purchases online. But, for my next car purchase, I will go to them first, Seriously. My wife is going to love her TRD PRO. Thanks guys! Oh, and they have hands down, the largest wall art collection of any car dealer in the PNW!

I had to take two days off work and go to the DMV twice just to avoid driving illegally before visiting family for Christmas. Since the DMV had no record of my paperwork, I was forced to pay another $410 for a 90-day permit and registration--money I don't have as I'm getting married next year. While I was at the DMV, Justin Skoll (Walker's Renton Sales Manager) told me over the phone to pay the fee again and send him the receipt, and he committed to reimbursing me. After I sent the receipt, he reversed his position and said he now has to wait for confirmation from the DMV before reimbursing anything--even though they admitted they put a stop on the check they originally sent. By Oregon and Washington law, it is the dealer's responsibility to ensure a vehicle can be registered when they collect registration fees. Instead, the dealership failed to process my paperwork, kept the $687 I paid them, and left me to pay the DMV again. Leading up to Christmas and my wedding, I am now out $1,097 and only have a temporary 90-day permit. As someone who has worked in dealerships and OEM's, I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this dealership.

They had the exact vehicle we wanted and did not try to sell us something in a different color or a completely different vehicle, unlike one other dealership. Mike was upfront about what they were willing to offer on the vehicle and was not overly pushy with the sales process. Anna was very friendly and communicative and helped us by showing us the SUV and generally being awesome. Special shoutout to Joe. There was miscommunication during the paperwork, and something was added that we did not want. He did not try to force us to keep it and instead made the corrections, and everything worked out as initially agreed. Hopefully, when it comes time to service the vehicle, the service department is as good as the sales department.

When I realized this after signing, I was told it was too late and would sent to collections. If doing business with these guys be 100% vigil and read completely on what you are signing and don't make my mistake. Better yet, go to a more honorable dealership!!!

After waiting two weeks for a car to arrive, he spent two full days trying to pick it up, only to leave empty-handed due to "system errors." He waited two weeks for a car to be shipped, only for the "pickup" to turn into a multi-day disaster. And I promise, I'm not being dramatic ... Day 1: He spent hours at the dealership, only to be told at the end of the day that their system crashed and he couldn't take the car. He was understanding and rescheduled his work clients and a couple other appointments to return the next day. Day 2: Despite a sales rep promising him everything was "good to go," he arrived to find the system had locked him out due to a verification error. Instead of fixing it, the manager was completely lackadaisical, showing zero sense of urgency or hustle. Once my boyfriend finally had enough and asked for his cash down payment back, they told him the cash register was "locked" and tried to say they'd mail a check he'll receive in the next two weeks! It feels incredibly shady to hold onto his money for a deal they couldn't even fulfill... As of today, we are still trying to figure out if he's actually going to get a cash refund or not. The fact that he has to chase them down just to get his own money back for a car he doesn't even have is ridiculous. For a company that prides itself on being a "modern" way to buy a car, this was an archaic, disorganized, and disheartening experience. If you're looking to purchase a car, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere! Buying a car should be exciting, but CarMax made it a stressful, time-wasting ordeal. Extremely disappointed.

I have since replaced the 1 COIL PACK and my Armada runs good as gold again, kinda funny it didnt need a whole motor replacement. After speaking to the manager a couple days prior to taking it in to this mom and pop shop, he told me to bring my suv back so he could personally look at it. No apologies no nothing. This man, his employees and this Nissan dealership are crooked! They will 100% steal your money lie to you about whats wrong with your vehicle and show you pictures of something wrong on a completely different vehicle and claim its yours and then tell you to replace the motor for 22,000 plus dollars. Absolutely do not trust your vehicles here or at least get a second opinion before trusting them with your car. This place deserves absolutely 0 stars they are lying, conniving and manipulative. I took my 2017 Nissan Armada in to this dealership because my check engine light had just come on the week prior and when I ran the codes at O'Reilly it said to replace the cam shaft positioning sensor, so I took it in because after some research it look like a little bit more difficult of a job and figured the dealership could at least tell me the actually diagnosis as that code could mean a couple things. I took it in and dropped it off they called about 2 hours later saying that they couldnt diagnose the problem but that it would need a new engine more then likely. I asked them why they thought it needed a new engine if they couldnt diagnose the problem and they said they couldnt be for sure it needed one since they couldnt diagnose it but they were pretty sure that what it needs. I picked up my vehicle up within a few minutes and the service guy at the front showed me the picture I've posted above saying that there's a yellow film in my engines oil and thats never a good sign that this is why they think it needs a new motor. I asked them to email it to me (which they never did) this all happened end of March 25, 2026 Fast forward to this week 4/20/26 I pulled the engine cover off my vehicle so we could start to flush the engine (as we were advised) and I called the dealership today yo ask them to again send me the pictures of my engine that they took which after 10 mins on hold a different guy gets on and goes "oh yea you had the armada right, i dont have pictures?" Then after a minute goes "oh yea I do I'll send them again right now" as soon as looked at the pictures I knew these pictures were not of my truck as the last picture of the all black oil intake is the picture i took from the engine. They lied about diagnosing the problem then took a picture of a different vehicles oil intake and tried to pass it off as mine. Then charged me over 200 for the service of doing absolutely nothing. I will be filing a formal complaint with nissan! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE THEY ARE DIRTY LYING POS!
