It runs great no problems besides they didn't tell me about a crack in the trim on the back but it doesn't effect how the car drives so not worried about it. I purchased a used Audi from Auto 206, trusting their inspection and in-house shop to ensure it was in proper working condition. Shortly after taking ownership, electrical issues began. The dealership claimed to have completed repairs, but the problems were never resolved, and I never received any documentation of the work performed. They are also refusing to provide repair history or information to the Audi dealership handling ongoing repairs. After repeated and unresolved repairs, they informed me that they could not help further and instructed me not to contact them directly. They also insulted me as a paying customer by wishing bad karma on me for holding them accountable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Auto 206. Their lack of transparency, unresolved issues, and disrespectful treatment make them an untrustworthy dealership. read more

I went here with my friend to get a used Tesla Model S. Not one star because we did like the car enough to buy it, but every other part of the experience was ... challenging. The door handle on one of the doors doesn't work and we were promised they would fix it. They told us to wait a while because their shop was busy. When we called to make an apportionment a month later, they never made an apportionment and have still not fixed the car (at least 5 months later now). On top of that, they snuck in fees without telling us. We did buy an extended warranty and we did know about that fee, but they snuck in a $1,000 windshield warranty without telling us and we didn't find out until reviewing the paperwork later. The loan itself was obscure because we were not given a way to contact the loan issuer. And just to top it off, we were promised a charging cable for the car. We, of course never got the charging cable either. Overall, we just felt like we got ripped off in every single way they could try and rip us off. At this point, we will just fix the car on our own just not to have to come back. I really dislike leaving poor reviews, but we will never be back and strongly discourage others from having an experience like ours. read more

First off, the staff was nice. But as far as my purchase things couldnt go any worse. I purchased a Ram 1500 off of these guys in October/November of 2024. The truck barely made it a year and i put on less than 15k miles on it before throwing check engine codes. I have a cylinder misfire in my engine which is a costly fix. I re did spark plugs and ignition coils. In total about $4k out of pocket. Still no fix. Cut my losses and went to trade it in to a reputable dealership. This dealer uses AutoCheck for the history. The truck i purchased had derogatory marks on the title and the odometer (Not disclosed to me at purchase.) because of this, dealerships wont even accept the trade. So I have to go out of my way to the licensing agency just to see whats wrong with the title just to be able to trade in this piece of junk. On top of that, the battery died this morning and the doors were locked. Took the physical key out of the fob to find its completely smooth with no ridges so it wont even unlock the truck. Another out of pocket expense to get someone to unlock it. Think twice before purchasing a vehicle from Auto 206. read more

I am then advised by this sales person he needs my answer in 1 hr. this FRI AM as car going to auction to be sold. WHY on earth did the sales mgr agree with me and not tell me their sales plans the day before as I wouldnt have wasted his time or mine on a car I couldnt have bought that fast?!?!? VERY rude. They blew up my phone and NEVER left a voicemail on who was calling. My phone is set to if it doesn't recognize the number, it sends the caller to voicemail. No voicemail was ever left but then received a VERY rude email. "For some reason or another" we decided NOT to go through them for ANOTHER vehicle. Claimed to have sent an email prior to that rude one. Plus we bought a van from them LAST year, the mechanic is an idiot, we complained and kept bringing it back because it was losing coolant like no other and kept smoking really bad. I've been a mechanic in the military for 8 years and knew something wasn't right. I, myself, figured out the idiot put the thermostat in BACKWARDS. Like JAMMED it in backwards to where you needed to PRY it out of the housing. Guess what?! It stopped losing coolant and smoking. Man did these people throw some SERIOUS attitude and extremely RUDE when my husband and I kept telling them no there is something wrong with this van. Honeymoon period over and have had the car long enough to know more about it and give some advice for future buyers: have independent mechanic evaluate the vehicle, not just Arrows. I think they do a quick drivability check and a quick inspection, but not much more. As with any car purchase, you are taking a risk and may have quite a bit of work to do. For me, this meant the brakes were more worn than Arrows reported, the front and rear differential fluid was looking rough, and one of the brakes caliper pistons was seized up causing uneven wear of the pads. Additionally, the front CV axle boots were fairly torn up and I ended up having to replace the CV axles. I don't blame Auto 206 for this since they weren't the ones who did the inspection and I'm still happy with the car, but the $100-200 you pay your mechanic to do the inspection can go a long way. read more

I came in to look at a car that I saw online and it was at Audi dealership for work to get done, so I ended up looking at a similar car same type to get a feel for the platform after a good amount of research online. The car is an Audi A6 TDI. I came back in the next day when the car was back and I actually liked the first car I drove and checked out better. I worked with Brandon and Robert and they were nothing short of helpful and super accommodating. Very laid back and honest. We worked out a deal that worked for all of us and I got an extended warranty on the car as well. The positive vibe and honesty of the guys here is a rare thing to encounter in the auto sales world. Purchased a vehicle (cash) and it started having serious mechanical problems the first week. I took the vehicle to 2 reputable businesses (the original dealer and Coopers). Both of the these places came up with a average of well over $10,000. They provided me a litany of issues from PCV, manifold, 5 codes in the system, turbo charger blowoff valve failing, bad blow-off valve, fuel pressure too low, someone attempted to fix something in the compartment with glue, the vehicle has to have a new turbo, needs a new valve cover, engine has blow by and there is an issue with the piston rings, cam shafts are pitted. THERE IS A LACK OF OILING IN THE ENGINE. Oil that is there leaks within the engine. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF. GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY DON'T TRY AND SELL YOU GARBAGE! read more
