My first truck purchase at CarMax.

Buying a car was incredibly easy and enjoyable. The saleswoman was exceptional, making the whole experience seamless. I highly recommend everyone purchase their car from there!

Don't use Carmax for anything especially not towing, you'll be stranded

Finally got thru to these toxic trash dumpster of a company to respond After countless Attorney Generals Office complaints filed against them. Don't go there under any circumstances to purchase a vehicle. They are just as trash as autonation, check the reviews on facebook, yelp and even the better business bureau It's a real eye opener.

Being one of those who really reads these reviews, I thought I would share my experience. After chomping thru all the warnings and good reviews online, I took the plunge on a 2018. Ordered on 4/11/24 from a store in Costa Mesa, CA. Arrived here in Renton on 4/23/24. Ready to drive and purchased on 4/25/24. Staff was awesome, process super easy, great the whole way! And the care exceeded my expectations.

Unfortunately, the bad taste left by this experience was when we went to sign and were made aware there was a "non-optional" antitheft device at an additional cost. $895. I've experienced these sort of mandatory upcharges at dealerships before. It feels very predatory. Had we not had a long day and drive to get there, we would have walked away. It will definitely deter us from shopping here again sadly.

I had an offer from CarMax already, and since it's right across the street, it's no-harm, no-foul if this business didn't have the chops to compete. Well, they did; I got $2,000 USD more from here than I did at CarMax (which was already $4,000 USD higher than Vroom, $5,000 higher than Carvana, and $3,500 USD higher than Shift), in the same day, after arriving at 3:45pm, getting all of the paperwork signed, and getting my certified check in-hand by 4:20pm (nice). The business owner and check signers sit over in the Younker Nissan office down the street, and according to the sales staff, go home around 4pm, so make sure you arrive around 3pm to properly get your vehicle tested by their sales staff. If the business owner goes home (they can single-sign a business check), then two designated check signers have to sign off for the check to be considered valid; I deposited the check on a Friday, and by Saturday it cleared, so it's legit (They seem to bank through KeyBank, for what it's worth). Also - one thing I will say - they'll lowball the price you get from the Kelley Blue Book (KBB) offer. They initially offered me $3k less than what KBB's "instant cash offer" was (and only $500 more than CarMax), so make sure you know exactly what your car is worth. I still somehow gave them a $1500 discount from the instant cash offer that KBB had given me, but I was able to get them to pay me what I believed the car was worth at the time, and go home with more than what I would have gotten by going to CarMax. Basically: if you want less of a hassle, just go to CarMax. If you go here, DO NOT TELL THEM what your offers are, since they only seem to want to profit as much as they can off of you (and it's really slimy that they do - they sold my car for which is $8k more than I sold it to them for, so why do they care about a measly $1500?) If you sell your car here, you have to still file a "Bill of Sale" online on the Washington State Department of Licensing (WSDOL) website. If you already registered your car through License eXpress, then you can pay the fee online and report the sale that way. Also remember to de-register your car on the GoodToGo! Website (if you use a toll pass), as well as remove your car from any apps that reference your old plates (such as the PayByPhone app, the Parking Kitty app, or ChargePoint / EVGo).

I have since replaced the 1 COIL PACK and my Armada runs good as gold again, kinda funny it didnt need a whole motor replacement. After speaking to the manager a couple days prior to taking it in to this mom and pop shop, he told me to bring my suv back so he could personally look at it. No apologies no nothing. This man, his employees and this Nissan dealership are crooked! They will 100% steal your money lie to you about whats wrong with your vehicle and show you pictures of something wrong on a completely different vehicle and claim its yours and then tell you to replace the motor for 22,000 plus dollars. Absolutely do not trust your vehicles here or at least get a second opinion before trusting them with your car. This place deserves absolutely 0 stars they are lying, conniving and manipulative. I took my 2017 Nissan Armada in to this dealership because my check engine light had just come on the week prior and when I ran the codes at O'Reilly it said to replace the cam shaft positioning sensor, so I took it in because after some research it look like a little bit more difficult of a job and figured the dealership could at least tell me the actually diagnosis as that code could mean a couple things. I took it in and dropped it off they called about 2 hours later saying that they couldnt diagnose the problem but that it would need a new engine more then likely. I asked them why they thought it needed a new engine if they couldnt diagnose the problem and they said they couldnt be for sure it needed one since they couldnt diagnose it but they were pretty sure that what it needs. I picked up my vehicle up within a few minutes and the service guy at the front showed me the picture I've posted above saying that there's a yellow film in my engines oil and thats never a good sign that this is why they think it needs a new motor. I asked them to email it to me (which they never did) this all happened end of March 25, 2026 Fast forward to this week 4/20/26 I pulled the engine cover off my vehicle so we could start to flush the engine (as we were advised) and I called the dealership today yo ask them to again send me the pictures of my engine that they took which after 10 mins on hold a different guy gets on and goes "oh yea you had the armada right, i dont have pictures?" Then after a minute goes "oh yea I do I'll send them again right now" as soon as looked at the pictures I knew these pictures were not of my truck as the last picture of the all black oil intake is the picture i took from the engine. They lied about diagnosing the problem then took a picture of a different vehicles oil intake and tried to pass it off as mine. Then charged me over 200 for the service of doing absolutely nothing. I will be filing a formal complaint with nissan! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE THEY ARE DIRTY LYING POS!

I had to take two days off work and go to the DMV twice just to avoid driving illegally before visiting family for Christmas. Since the DMV had no record of my paperwork, I was forced to pay another $410 for a 90-day permit and registration--money I don't have as I'm getting married next year. While I was at the DMV, Justin Skoll (Walker's Renton Sales Manager) told me over the phone to pay the fee again and send him the receipt, and he committed to reimbursing me. After I sent the receipt, he reversed his position and said he now has to wait for confirmation from the DMV before reimbursing anything--even though they admitted they put a stop on the check they originally sent. By Oregon and Washington law, it is the dealer's responsibility to ensure a vehicle can be registered when they collect registration fees. Instead, the dealership failed to process my paperwork, kept the $687 I paid them, and left me to pay the DMV again. Leading up to Christmas and my wedding, I am now out $1,097 and only have a temporary 90-day permit. As someone who has worked in dealerships and OEM's, I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this dealership.
