I had to take two days off work and go to the DMV twice just to avoid driving illegally before visiting family for Christmas. Since the DMV had no record of my paperwork, I was forced to pay another $410 for a 90-day permit and registration--money I don't have as I'm getting married next year. While I was at the DMV, Justin Skoll (Walker's Renton Sales Manager) told me over the phone to pay the fee again and send him the receipt, and he committed to reimbursing me. After I sent the receipt, he reversed his position and said he now has to wait for confirmation from the DMV before reimbursing anything--even though they admitted they put a stop on the check they originally sent. By Oregon and Washington law, it is the dealer's responsibility to ensure a vehicle can be registered when they collect registration fees. Instead, the dealership failed to process my paperwork, kept the $687 I paid them, and left me to pay the DMV again. Leading up to Christmas and my wedding, I am now out $1,097 and only have a temporary 90-day permit. As someone who has worked in dealerships and OEM's, I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this dealership.

Even though…read moreSound Ford was the furthest away, they were the most responsive and the easiest to deal with. They had the exact vehicle we wanted and did not try to sell us something in a different color or a completely different vehicle, unlike one other dealership. Mike was upfront about what they were willing to offer on the vehicle and was not overly pushy with the sales process. Anna was very friendly and communicative and helped us by showing us the SUV and generally being awesome. Special shoutout to Joe. There was miscommunication during the paperwork, and something was added that we did not want. He did not try to force us to keep it and instead made the corrections, and everything worked out as initially agreed. Hopefully, when it comes time to service the vehicle, the service department is as good as the sales department.

When I realized this after signing, I was told it was too late and would sent to collections. If doing business with these guys be 100% vigil and read completely on what you are signing and don't make my mistake. Better yet, go to a more honorable dealership!!!

This week I witnessed my boyfriend have a HORRIBLE experience here. After waiting two weeks for a car to arrive, he spent two full days trying to pick it up, only to leave empty-handed due to "system errors." He waited two weeks for a car to be shipped, only for the "pickup" to turn into a multi-day disaster. And I promise, I'm not being dramatic ... Day 1: He spent hours at the dealership, only to be told at the end of the day that their system crashed and he couldn't take the car. He was understanding and rescheduled his work clients and a couple other appointments to return the next day. Day 2: Despite a sales rep promising him everything was "good to go," he arrived to find the system had locked him out due to a verification error. Instead of fixing it, the manager was completely lackadaisical, showing zero sense of urgency or hustle. Once my boyfriend finally had enough and asked for his cash down payment back, they told him the cash register was "locked" and tried to say they'd mail a check he'll receive in the next two weeks! It feels incredibly shady to hold onto his money for a deal they couldn't even fulfill... As of today, we are still trying to figure out if he's actually going to get a cash refund or not. The fact that he has to chase them down just to get his own money back for a car he doesn't even have is ridiculous. For a company that prides itself on being a "modern" way to buy a car, this was an archaic, disorganized, and disheartening experience. If you're looking to purchase a car, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere! Buying a car should be exciting, but CarMax made it a stressful, time-wasting ordeal. Extremely disappointed.

I have since replaced the 1 COIL PACK and my Armada runs good as gold again, kinda funny it didnt need a whole motor replacement. After speaking to the manager a couple days prior to taking it in to this mom and pop shop, he told me to bring my suv back so he could personally look at it. No apologies no nothing. This man, his employees and this Nissan dealership are crooked! They will 100% steal your money lie to you about whats wrong with your vehicle and show you pictures of something wrong on a completely different vehicle and claim its yours and then tell you to replace the motor for 22,000 plus dollars. Absolutely do not trust your vehicles here or at least get a second opinion before trusting them with your car. This place deserves absolutely 0 stars they are lying, conniving and manipulative. I took my 2017 Nissan Armada in to this dealership because my check engine light had just come on the week prior and when I ran the codes at O'Reilly it said to replace the cam shaft positioning sensor, so I took it in because after some research it look like a little bit more difficult of a job and figured the dealership could at least tell me the actually diagnosis as that code could mean a couple things. I took it in and dropped it off they called about 2 hours later saying that they couldnt diagnose the problem but that it would need a new engine more then likely. I asked them why they thought it needed a new engine if they couldnt diagnose the problem and they said they couldnt be for sure it needed one since they couldnt diagnose it but they were pretty sure that what it needs. I picked up my vehicle up within a few minutes and the service guy at the front showed me the picture I've posted above saying that there's a yellow film in my engines oil and thats never a good sign that this is why they think it needs a new motor. I asked them to email it to me (which they never did) this all happened end of March 25, 2026 Fast forward to this week 4/20/26 I pulled the engine cover off my vehicle so we could start to flush the engine (as we were advised) and I called the dealership today yo ask them to again send me the pictures of my engine that they took which after 10 mins on hold a different guy gets on and goes "oh yea you had the armada right, i dont have pictures?" Then after a minute goes "oh yea I do I'll send them again right now" as soon as looked at the pictures I knew these pictures were not of my truck as the last picture of the all black oil intake is the picture i took from the engine. They lied about diagnosing the problem then took a picture of a different vehicles oil intake and tried to pass it off as mine. Then charged me over 200 for the service of doing absolutely nothing. I will be filing a formal complaint with nissan! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE THEY ARE DIRTY LYING POS!
