He's extremely knowledgeable and gave me many tips on how to avoid costly repairs/service. I will caution everyone that their AI-generated person that answers the Service Dept. calls is a pain! I hate it and I spoke with other customers that feel the same way. Why can't a "REAL" person help with scheduling service appointments?

I stopped by Lexus of Bellevue during the Lexus December to Remember sales event after seeing a car…read moreonline that I wanted to test drive. I had already done my homework and knew exactly what I wanted, the features that mattered, and the price range that made sense. I was not there to waste anyone's time, and I appreciated that they were not looking to waste mine either. Their one person one price approach creates a very straightforward and customer focused experience without any haggling or being passed around. Eric reached out to me right away after my online inquiry and gave me a call so we could set up a time for me to come in. Meeting him in person confirmed how great he is to work with. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping customers find the right fit. The car I test drove was nice, but it was missing a few must have features. Since I have had a long relationship with O'Brien Auto Group, I asked if they could locate a similar model in a different color. They found one, but it still did not have everything I was looking for. I was getting ready to wrap up when Eric suggested we take a look at the vehicles that were currently being shipped from Japan. Sedans are not in high demand these days, so only a few were coming in. Four total. Two had already been claimed. Out of the remaining two, one had every feature I wanted. That was the moment I knew it was the right choice. I asked how much I could put on a credit card because earning points is always a priority. I placed the deposit and waited for the car to arrive from the port. Once it arrived, the dealership handled everything including detailing, preparation, and paperwork. The signing process was quick, easy, and completely seamless. A huge thank you to Eric N, Andy, and the entire Lexus of Bellevue and O'Brien Auto Group team for helping me secure one of the last Lexus IS 350 F SPORT AWD Gen 3 models built and shipped from Japan in December 2025. I had been wanting a new car for a while. I hoped the next generation IS would go hybrid, but the redesign was not for me. I have always preferred the final generation of this model, and I am grateful they were able to track down one of the last ones produced. This team consistently delivers an exceptional experience, and this purchase was no different.

I am writing this review to warn other customers about my experience at Toyota of Renton…read more I went to Toyota of Renton for a routine visit, and during that time they told me they tested my car battery and said it was failing and needed immediate replacement. Based on their diagnosis, I was advised that the battery was at risk and should be replaced. Trusting their professional opinion, I immediately went to Costco and purchased a new battery. Since my original battery was still under warranty, I returned it to Costco for a refund. However, Costco tested my old battery in front of me, and the results showed the battery was in good condition. They tested it two more times, and all results confirmed the battery was good. To be absolutely sure, I also took the battery to a separate independent repair shop, and again, the battery tested normal with no issues. I later returned to Toyota of Renton to speak with the service manager. The only response I received was a printed battery test result from them. There was no explanation, no accountability, and no resolution, despite clear evidence from multiple independent tests showing the battery was fine. I have kept all printed test reports as documentation, which clearly show conflicting results between Toyota of Renton and multiple other professional testers. This experience caused me unnecessary stress and wasted time, and it seriously damaged my trust in this dealership's service department. I strongly advise other customers to be cautious and seek a second opinion before approving any repairs or replacements here. I will not return to Toyota of Renton in the future.

Seattle Mini is an excellent dealership and they're always friendly and treat customers like gold and would purchase another car from there if I were in the market for one. My issue is with the initial contact at the dealership that I will refer to as the phone receptionist. When I first called today, the phone was answered and then it was disconnected. I called a few days ago and left a message for the recent service advisor to call me back and never had a return call. Today I was put on hold for fifteen minutes by the receptionist and finally a staff member returned and indicated that I would receive a call back tomorrow. It's now been three days later and I have never received a call back from anyone at Seattle Mini. I have since replaced the 1 COIL PACK and my Armada runs good as gold again, kinda funny it didnt need a whole motor replacement. After speaking to the manager a couple days prior to taking it in to this mom and pop shop, he told me to bring my suv back so he could personally look at it. No apologies no nothing. This man, his employees and this Nissan dealership are crooked! They will 100% steal your money lie to you about whats wrong with your vehicle and show you pictures of something wrong on a completely different vehicle and claim its yours and then tell you to replace the motor for 22,000 plus dollars. Absolutely do not trust your vehicles here or at least get a second opinion before trusting them with your car. This place deserves absolutely 0 stars they are lying, conniving and manipulative. I took my 2017 Nissan Armada in to this dealership because my check engine light had just come on the week prior and when I ran the codes at O'Reilly it said to replace the cam shaft positioning sensor, so I took it in because after some research it look like a little bit more difficult of a job and figured the dealership could at least tell me the actually diagnosis as that code could mean a couple things. I took it in and dropped it off they called about 2 hours later saying that they couldnt diagnose the problem but that it would need a new engine more then likely. I asked them why they thought it needed a new engine if they couldnt diagnose the problem and they said they couldnt be for sure it needed one since they couldnt diagnose it but they were pretty sure that what it needs. I picked up my vehicle up within a few minutes and the service guy at the front showed me the picture I've posted above saying that there's a yellow film in my engines oil and thats never a good sign that this is why they think it needs a new motor. I asked them to email it to me (which they never did) this all happened end of March 25, 2026 Fast forward to this week 4/20/26 I pulled the engine cover off my vehicle so we could start to flush the engine (as we were advised) and I called the dealership today yo ask them to again send me the pictures of my engine that they took which after 10 mins on hold a different guy gets on and goes "oh yea you had the armada right, i dont have pictures?" Then after a minute goes "oh yea I do I'll send them again right now" as soon as looked at the pictures I knew these pictures were not of my truck as the last picture of the all black oil intake is the picture i took from the engine. They lied about diagnosing the problem then took a picture of a different vehicles oil intake and tried to pass it off as mine. Then charged me over 200 for the service of doing absolutely nothing. I will be filing a formal complaint with nissan! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE THEY ARE DIRTY LYING POS!
