The salesperson spun it like it's totally normal and reasonable. Baloney. Here's what's real: 1) Most motorcycle dealerships carry commercial demo insurance. It's standard industry practice. Their garage liability + dealer‑plate coverage insures the bike and the rider during a test ride. 2) It's highly unusual for a dealership to require you to buy your own motorcycle insurance before a test ride. Riders normally only need a motorcycle endorsement and a signed waiver. You've never had to get a personal policy before because dealers typically cover demo rides under their insurance. 3) If a dealer demands personal insurance, it usually means something is off. Either they don't carry demo insurance, had a recent claim that changed their rules, or they're shifting liability onto the customer.

But rightly so, considering no other options were open in the area. Even though it was busy, they greeted everyone and addressed their issues. We did have a short wait but considering the amount of people, I didn't feel like we had an extended wait time. He didn't even ask me to get my out my car when he changed my tire. He just popped me right on up. I was like okay then! Definitely recommend if you need a fix! They were friendly and able to assist!

I paid for the balancing and TPMS installation. Several times I asked if everything was okay with my wheels and tires, and I was told everything was good. I drove away and the vibration was still there exactly the same. The next day, I went to another tire shop -- and they literally laughed and asked if no one had mentioned the obvious problem: my rear wheel was badly bent. This is something that is clearly visible during balancing. They told me there is no way the technician here didn't see it -- they just chose not to mention it because there was a line of customers waiting. As a result, I had to pay again to replace the wheel and the tire. Only after that did the vibration finally go away. Additionally, the inside tread on my tire was completely bald -- and again, nobody here said a single word. They just mounted it and told me everything was "good" and asked me to pay. Very dishonest service and a complete lack of care for the customer's safety. Absolutely would not recommend.

He checked the air pressure and assured me all was well. 5 minutes, total confidence that my drive would be safe. Friendly, kind, and helpful.
