I was a very new rider who went here to buy my 2nd motorcycle, and they treated me very well. I purchased a 2018 Scrambler 1100 and traded in my 2017 KTM 390 Duke, and they treated me very fairly. Additionally, I was making the purchase late on a Saturday and my salesperson Cameron was kind enough to talk the service guys into prepping my bike so I could ride it home the same day. PS - I had gotten a flat tire a couple of weeks later and came back in, and though I thought o needed a new tire, and they had ordered one for me, they discovered that they could just patch the inner tube rather than replace the tire, so they did and saved me some money! PPS - When I came in with the flat, one of the mechanics discovered that I was a total newbie rider, and so he spent about 45 minutes just giving me advice on how to maintain my bike--like how to clean my chain without injuries like losing my fingers! read more

I recently had an Ohlins front fork rebuild, plus a few other items performed on my 2012 Multistrada by Robin & Gary. Of significant concern was the exhaust backfiring which Gary immediately diagnosed as a cracked header pipe. The Ducati Redmond service team did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem, (which another PNW area Ducati dealer failed to do despite being asked), and servicing my bike in record time, thus allowing me to take a scheduled long distance ride. I was traveling around the States and decided to stop in Seattle. I found an official Ducati dealer and asked for service. I made an oil service on my Streetfighter v4s and changed tires. DUCATI Redmond dealer damaged my rims when replacing the tires. Don't recommend this dealer! PS Ducati dealer please do not write that I am so inattentive and did not notice the damage. I've bought four bikes through this dealer since they changed owners and staff. It's been a pleasure to work with them as they are knowledgeable about the bikes and do not pressure on sales. I ordered a Multistrada Rally from them last Fall as soon as they were announced and they handled the order with no money down, in spite of me offering it. I was in the market for a 2009 Ducati 1198 S. I checked www.cycletrader.com and to my surprise Redmond Ducati had one in stock. I immediately called them and was put into contact with their sales manager James who told me that he did not know much about the bike because one of the employees who worked there owned it. I was transferred to Steve who owned the motorcycle (But did not register it, and it still belonged to the dealer from a dealer trade-in). I was told by Steve, who was very timid while speaking in the conversation, that the motorcycle was taken in on a trade by someone who barely rode the bike and the owner also took very good care of it. After some time speaking, I told Steve that I wanted to buy the motorcycle today and that I wanted to give a $3k deposit in order to buy it right away. Steve and I went back and forth on the price. I asked if he could sell the bike for $12k and he came back with the best he could do was $12,500. It was obvious with all of the questions I asked and time spent speaking with them that I wanted the motorcycle. Steve and I left off at call me back if $12,500 worked for me. Approximately One hour later, I get a missed call from James. He left a message stating give me a call back because Steve wanted me to reach out about buying the bike with no further details. Due to my work, I couldn't answer immediately. So I called back about an hour after. I leave a message and James did not even call back. After thirty minutes or so, I call back and again was sent to his voicemail. The next day, I still did not even get a call back from James. So, I wait until the middle of the day. I call James twice and he did not answer. So, I left another message. James finally calls me back to tell me that he's sorry that he missed several of my calls (as if he didn't know what I was calling about and negated the fact that I was in negotiations for the bike) but sold the bike from right underneath me after he and I last spoke. (yet he called me back to obviously work out a deal prior in his last message). Instead of saying hey it's my fault for selling it, I get a "I'm sorry Andrew but someone else pulled the trigger". I've dealt with several Ducati dealerships in the past and have never seen such unprofessionalism. You would think someone's word would mean something now a days especially with my consistency of communication with them and offering a $3k deposit on my FIRST contact with them. It's a shame because I would've done business with this dealer throughout as I'm a avid buyer of Ducati and would not allow someone business to work with me who does not respect me. I really wanted that motorcycle and I was upfront and transparent. Apparently, they are not that type of dealer and I don't think Ducati would even stand by such BS. *******Update******** I happened to check on 3/3/2022 cycletrader.com the above mentioned motorcycle was re-listed for sale by the dealership at a higher price of $14,500. So much for them being honest and truthful about the bike being sold when James called me back. This dealership is truly shady. Just by my interaction with these guys shows how untrustworthy and dishonest they are. I didn't get a call back or anything as well that it was back up for sale. They can keep their motorcycle. There's a ton of 1198's for sale on the market now at this point. Good luck selling it. read more

I can echo Justin and Robin's absurd pretentiousness of this store. My colleague is a HUGE Ducati fan. He has over ten of them. When I told him that I was eyeing a Ducati myself, he convinced me to buy it. I looked at the specific bike I wanted in the shop when they were closed a while ago. I went in the shop last Saturday with my girlfriend when they were open, looked at it, and got no help or offer from anyone. I saw it in the shop today, even, on Saturday, when they were... also open. But only kind of. I've now gone in there twice, looked at the bike, made eye contact with guys who seem to work there and are standing around having a conversation with some other guy in head-to-toe Dainese, and yet I can't get a damn soul to help me. What am I supposed to do? Butt in on some other customer? Break the conversation? Nah, I'll be patient. So I stood around, looking at the new Scramblers which I'm still a little mixed on. I didn't even get so much as a be with you in a sec. Just silence. Not one weekend, but two weekends in a row. Sure, I'm not the usual crowd that shows up in there. I'm not wearing a couple grand worth of Italian gear - I drove my hybrid to the mall for breakfast. I'm not a Boomer coming by to ogle Diavels. I'm just a guy who has owned three other motorcycles, put tens of thousands of miles on them, and thinks that maybe I've had the wrong impression of "Ducati people" all this time. I'm now convinced this brand lives up to its generally negative reputation. I am lucky to be able to afford pretty much any bike in this store. I don't need financing. I don't need trades. I came in there today with the desire to just buy the thing in cash this morning, and all I needed was someone to at least show some interest in selling me a motorcycle. I've decided to go elsewhere to buy my next bike. read more

Update: I sold my Ducati. I disliked this shop (and their Seattle location) so much that I never wanted to deal with the brand again... My experience was kind of lame. I am lucky enough to have the money to buy any bike in the shop, but I feel like I was treated like a lesser person since I have a Scrambler. The service was OK, but they did not really address my concern (since I got a flat on my way there, they focused on that) and I got the feeling that they did not care because they had plenty of work to do on other bikes. The sales people are not very friendly, even though I bought the bike for full price from them. The bike is very low mileage and is running rough, but I don't want to bring it to them because I think they will say it is fine and charge me $300 buck. I will probably give them one more chance when they are not as busy, but then again, virtually every bike I have ever owned (10+ now) has run better then the Ducati is currently running. Might even take it up to Canada to get it looked at there...The sad thing is I was planning on buying another more expensive Ducati, but unless something changes, I will look to another brand; there are so many great bikes out there. read more

Cameron worked with me to not only get me a good deal on the bike but also the best financing option. I'm very happy. In addition, Ducati Redmond is a very nice store. Great customer service from Cameron. Went to look at some bikes not knowing anything about the brand. Found the Panigale 959 Corse and was sold on it. I'm in sales so it was refreshing to have the process go smoothly. Already had my bike serviced there and it was excellent as well. Will definitely be buying all my Ducati's here. read more

Update: gave these guys another try because I was looking to get a fully charged battery from a local source. Mark took care of me, and he also hooked me up with the right crush washers for my bike. On top of that I got a discount on some gear I was interested in getting. I still think that it doesn't have that motorcycle shop feeling like Moto International, Triumph of Seattle or some other places I've been to. So, I'll give them 3 stars, mainly for Mark's great customer service and the fact that they had my part in stock. read more

Why do you have a service department if you don't call people back or respond to emails? I've tried to get my 2016 Ducati In For a service about five times now. I've called only to get the voice recorder, and have never gotten an email responded to. I'm not sure how these guys are in business if their customers can't even get ahold of them. I'm only writing this review from an initial standpoint as I was able to go up to the new shop there at their new location at Redmond Town Center. I can say without a doubt, I was impressed at how much an improvement this new location is as compared to their former location. The interior was inviting and there were bikes from all the main lines being offered by the brand, and the Desmosedici was a nice touch as well. It's nice having a closed off interior without having the wind etc. blow in your face while looking at the showroom floor etc. Perhaps at one point, I'll buy a bike from these guys as going to Redmond is not in my daily commute, but is a nice place nonetheless. I guess the guys at Jimmy John's like to send tuna sandwiches without tuna in them to the guys at Ducati Redmond, though I'm sure it was an honest mistake, but a funny one to witness. Anyways, I hope this shop thrives and sells bikes like crazy now that they have this new venue up and running. Passione Ducati! read more

I'd call this a Motorcycle Boutique not a Motorcycle shop. The vibe is so far away from any motorcycle dealership I've ever been in it's almost surreal. I've been at the town center a few times and stopped in. Not one single time was I greeted by any employee of this shop. In fact it seemed they were going out of their way to ignore me. Perhaps I don't dress in a fashion that would inspire them to think I can afford such a high end bike... serious eye roll. I've had 4 Ducati's so far. All purchased from Moto Corsa in Portland. A real Ducati Dealership and an awesome motorcycle shop. Ducati Redmond isn't even a pretender in that race. I own a Ducati now and live in Woodinville and will never bring my bike to this shop, I will never purchase so much as an oil filter from this shop, and I will never waste my time setting foot in this joke of a motorcycle shop again. Get your noses out of the air. It just makes you look ridiculous. read more
