What a stupid thing to say when all I'm asking is to be reasonable and not charge me for 12 hours of storage. Took my car to O-Reiley's for a new battery, which was $224, but needed to have it installed…read morebecause of the car's computer. They recommended Courtesy Automotive and I ended up being charged $388. The person checking me out accidentally handed me their invoice for my battery- which was $197. So..... it was easy for me to figure out that they made $191 on a battery install. ($51 charge for the computer reset which seemed reasonable.) The worse part for me is that they didn't have my battery in stock, so I waited to make sure they could get it. If they weren't able to get one same day, I was going to drive over to O-Reileys and pick it up........ wish that would have happened! The service was great there- such a shame that they tried to make such a crazy profit.
