Over the last two+ years, the staff at Lynnwood Cycle Gear have been exceptional in their customer…read moreservice, knowledge and willingness to help me find what I need to ride. As a year-round rider, with daily 40+ mile commutes, regular weekend excursions, and week-long adventure rides in the Cascades and beyond, Cycle Gear Lynnwood is my go-to shop for in person gear advice and purchases. Employees that work here are great! Always friendly, make me feel like "the customer is always right", and are well informed of company promo sales and return policies. Thank you Andrew and everyone that has helped me over the years!! Bought first set of riding gear here in 2020 - I was a bit overwhelmed with so many brands and styles to choose from. The young lady that helped me out was a fellow rider who knew from experience what types of gear would suit my riding the best (wish I remembered her name). I tried on many helmets and there are tons of options to choose from to fit any budget. If they don't have it on the shelf, the online options are great and were received quickly, with free shipping to the store. Overall, Cycle Gear's return policy has been fantastic. Had an issue with Hotwired heated gloves twice - with the brand's warranty, the shop replaced them both times without question. This has saved me all the aggravation of having to go to the manufacturer to try to replace them. Every time I've called the store, someone answers and takes time to answer my questions, give me options and resolve issues without having to "come in and we'll see what we can do". Thank you Cycle Gear Lynnwood for making in-store and online transactions simple and efficient.

However, as soon as I walked in the store a guys just shook his head before I could even say anything. It's very odd for them to treat e-bike riders this way, especially as I assume my son will continue to want to ride even on to his adulthood, which would make him a prime candidate to be their target audience. The shaking of the head and the way I was spoke to, makes it so we will not ever be back. If they really want to take advantage of their future clientele, they should at least offer suggestions on where to get help with e-bikes. That did not happen at all!

Kevin the owner runs this local motorcycle repair and fabrication shop. He is a very knowledgeable…read moreand skilled mechanic a great fabricator and metalsmith a real professional hands-on small business owner who is a pleasure to deal with. What more could you want when dealing with somebody who's very fair honest and local and will work with you to meet your needs whatever they are related to getting your bike fixed up and running. He's always treated me fair and I would recommend him to any of my friends or anyone before some of the bigger nationwide shops that may not wanna work on a bike that's older than 10 or 15 years old. 5 star service all the way.

The guy was in such a crappy mood, I felt bad about bothering him to put tires on my scooter. Yeah…read morethe scoot it's ugly and a little rough around the corners, but I would expect a bike shop to use a set of tire irons to swap out tires. Instead I have bent rims from what looks like a screw driver. Seriously not a job well done. I don't suggest anyone to have this guy do tires cause he obviously doesn't carry the proper tools. Might be coincidence but shortly after the job, after my rear fender bracket broke off my muffler. Might have been from fatigue but hard to ignore that he had to remove the fender to change the rear tire.

On a whim, I called Trevor at SLT and he was BY FAR the most inexpensive!!! I was at first very skeptical of his shop, so I dropped in to check it out first. I don't like to take many risks, especially with my motorcycle. It's a small local racers shop. Trevor's a good guy with a lot of mechanical knowledge and he's supported by a lot of WMMR riders. I asked him how he could be so inexpensive compared to the other shops around and he broke it down pretty simply: Trevors the receptionist, accountant, mechanic, sales guy, delivery guy, janitor, etc. for his shop. He doesn't have a ton of expenses to cover like advertising, employee salaries, or a huge lease. His shop is small, but he's got all the tools he needs to get your motorcycle tuned up and running right. I dropped off my motorcycle and Trevor had a few projects to complete before he got to my bike. 6 days later (including Sunday and Monday when he's closed), he finished my bike and now it's running like new! He's a down to earth guy, local rider, and small time businessman that's honest. He did a great job on my bike and if I ever need any other service on my bike, I'm going back to see him for sure! Give him a call or drop by his shop if your skeptical and meet the guy. Good quality job for the money.
