Took my 2021 Ranger 570 in for service, turned out the clutch bearing needed to be replaced. Technician was great, called me with info on a wiring harness issue with the OBD, etc. Would have taken a long time to troubleshoot / fix, a new wiring harness was really expensive (he tried to get Polaris to cover it, but no luck). Called to discuss options, costs, etc. I was initially worried about getting overcharged for unnecessary work, but totally not the case. Seems like a trustworthy place to get work done. I just picked up my new Polaris RMK 850 Pro Boost from Premier Polaris in Monroe, and I am absolutely stoked! I can't say enough about the incredible service from Linda (the owner) and her husband. They provided truly top-tier customer service that felt less like a dealership and more like going over to a good friend's house. They're genuine, friendly, and just awesome people. I was shopping for a side by side and the owner was helping me select one. At times the owner was very negative talking about features and different brands that they carried. I tried to negotiate price and they didn't budge on price. The owner was more concerned about watching YouTube videos at his desk than selling me a side by side. I was very motivated to buy one but the owner couldn't care less. I was not impressed with his customer service so I decided to go to a different dealer and purchase one. They lost my business and any future business based on my experience with them. read more

I'm confident I won't be buying anything from this place now or ever. It wasn't the selection, or the prices, it was Randy. Randy was our salesperson and claimed to be the owner too. He seemed pretty rude to on the techs we were talking with before he noticed us, and just wasn't that great at this job of sales. When he said "If you aren't a Republican, you're either a Democrat or a Communist and I'll damn well show you the door" and that was about all I needed to hear. Randy, I'd suggest to you to take a business ethics class, or atleast step off your podium and get your head out of your ass. The world does NOT indeed revolve around you and you should be a bit more customer oriented, and not so much "Randy" oriented. read more

I first purchased from Premier Polaris in 2009 in Issaquah. I have a ranger, a quad and a snowmobile. All Polaris. All sold by Randy. I won't go anywhere else. Nothing but friendly service from everyone there. I stop in to see the inventory and say hello whenever I go through Monroe. I recommend them to everyone who is looking for a quality piece of equipment from a great dealer. read more

Do yourself a favor and go to Pierre Polaris in Kenmore. Same products, willing to negotiate and nice. I was told to pound sand by the owner of Premier in Monroe trying to do a deal and walked out on the owner who is full of s$%t.. Went to Pierre got the same deal plus a 300 cover and 100 seat bag. Don't confuse the name. Premier Polaris Monroe bad. Pierre Polaris Kenmore good. read more

These guys are great!! I have an Arctic Cat snowmobile but anyone with one knows there are only 3 places to buy Arctic Cat specific parts these days. Once an a while I need snowmobile gear or generic parts, and this is where I go to get them. They're close, friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth. A lot of places selling expensive toys like snowmobiles, dirt bikes, or ATV's cater to the people they think usually buy them rather than the people who go broke and stay broke to ride. I first tried going to the Polaris place in Lynnwood but even though they had a lower price posted online, all of the additional services, shipping and extras ended up being quite a bit more. Almost $1,000 more! I spoke with AJ over the phone and he was very pleasant and straight forward, everything you could ever want from an informational call. The price is the price and that's pretty much it. They don't charge you a bunch of extra crap, they don't play any sort of games or charge you for all sorts of extra add-on fees. I am extremely satisfied with my experience. I never felt any pressure, there was no hype. They never pushed me to sign on the dotted line, they just were very cool. I like the machine, I made the decision without any pressure, and I bought it. I wish car dealers were this way. It would make it so much better. These guys deserve a good review. I also liked Randy the owner. He is a no nonsense guy and I appreciate it. Last of all, the young guys in the shop are really nice, very helpful, and skilled. They offer a great advice, so give them a listen. read more

To save time I will make my incredibly long story short. I have a GEM car that doesnt run. I dropped it of with Premier Polaris because they are the GEM car dealer for the northwest. They had it for 8 months an couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. They kept telling me that my motor controller was bad. I had replaced it a month before I brought it in. Then they told me my charger was bad which I had replaced a week prior to bringing it in to them. They told me the DC/DC converter was bad in the car, the extra one I supplied them was also bad. I bought a new one and guess what still didn't fix the car. When all said and done I just picked up the car and took it home. if they are just going to throw parts at it I can do that. They were nice enough to not hammer me on all the time they spend "diagnosing" the car. They between the parts they made me buy that didn't fix the car and the labor I was out $500. They are nice guys, customer service isn't the best, and they definitely don't know how to do anything fast. read more

I brought my rzr xp 900 to them after two other dealerships either wouldn't look at it or could not figure out my problem, including john Peterson at pierres of whom I bought it from and wouldn't even try to help me with my mechanical issues and these guys had it figured out in a half hour and fixed in another hour....rock stars in my book. read more

We purchased a 2020 CF Moto Zforce 800 Trail from Premier Polaris in Monroe. The only positive feedback I have, is that they had a machine in stock at the time. We have owned smaller dirt bikes/quads, but this was our first time purchase of a large UTV for our family. Directly after we bought it, we had to take it back in to get the winch and doors fixed. We are now just a little over 300 miles on it, and already experiencing major acceleration issues due to poor design with the air filter. After calling to ask about warranty, I was immediately dismissed and told there was only a one year warranty. I had done my research prior to calling and understood there was a known issue at the manufacturer level. I then had to advocate for the fix, and pressed about the extended warranty from the maker, but I was told I would need to bring it in to find out if it qualified for maintenance, and warned that wait times would be very lengthy as they are busy. Ultimately, after extensive research, I am going to buy an after market part an install it myself. I do not plan to buy from this shop again, I did not find them to be very helpful at any point in the process. read more

*Update* I wrote a review of this place on 9/15/14 and it is now "not recommended". This was an actual experience and I still have the parts, receipt , and Ranger 400 4X4 (with a total of 34.2 hrs now over a year later) to prove it. I suggest you read the review so you know what expect in the way of customer service if things don't work out.......... By the way the Ranger runs great now a year later. read more
