Having recently graduated from school, I was in the market for a commuter car. I narrowed it down…read moreto the brand I wanted then did extensive research on years and models. One of top top cars, a Lexus ES350, came on the market at EZ Deals. It was 10 years old but only had 66k miles so I was interested. I reached out online and they promptly sent me the Carfax. The car had a clean title, extensive service history, and no accidents. It was time for a test drive! The car performed exceptionally well. After the test drive, Sam (the father) made a great deal even better by offering me the car for a lower price than was listed online. I decided to sleep on it. The next morning, I saw another 2013 ES350 online priced for $2k more WITH a rebuilt title, so I knew I couldn't pass up on the detail. I messaged Ari (the son) to let him know I'd be coming in the buy the car if the offer was still on the table. When I got there, Sam told me he was a man of his word and that he'd honor the killer deal he offered me the day before. As I was filling out the paperwork, Ari told me a local Lexus dealership had tried to buy the car from them that morning so they could get away with selling another 2013 ES350 with a clean title but more miles for $5k above EZ Deals' offer. I don't know how they do it, but Sam and Ari sell exceptional cars for unbeatable prices. Not only that, but they personally drive every car they sell for a few days each to make sure they live up to their standards. Sam previously owned an auto mechanic shop, and Ari worked for 12 years at Toyota, so they understand quality car mechanics and customer service. They won't sell a car they wouldn't trust their family members to drive. Can't wait to buy from them again!

Great people to work with when buying a car but definitely not great people after the deal,…read moreespecially if anything goes wrong. I bought a Volvo from them but 1 day later, it started misfiring. When I called, I was told that there was "nothing they could do" to help. Not even covering the cost of spark plugs, coil packs, etc. But I'll cover the other side of the story and explain. The car was listed for 8500 I think, but we negotiated down to 7500. Why? Because the sellers knew NOTHING about the car's history or even any of the problems. The sunroof was caulked up, seemingly because the sunroof drains got clogged up and fried some electronics. When asked about this, they didn't know about it and therefore wouldn't have told me if I didn't notice. Additionally, the condition the car was stated in was not accurate. While it was stated as "good", most damage was not shown in the listing online, and in person, there were many dents; the bumper was scratched pretty bad, the passenger side rear door was really dented, the frame-rail on the roof was dented, there was missing clear coat in numerous places and even a scratch down to bare metal in one spot. The interior panel of the hatch was falling off, not to mention numerous interior dents on metal pieces such as the dashboard infotainment center, a janky passenger seat that had a bad connection with the electronic controls, and a speaker that was raspy on the passenger side. There was also missing heat-shield in the engine bay, and the entire engine bay was covered in oil to make it "look good". This turned out to be the reason for my misfire; when they put oil on the engine cover, oil dripped down into a coil pack and broke it. All in all, I'd say it was definitely worth less than 8500, especially since the KBB value is 1k lower than what I even got it for, 7500. But I won't go into that because that's really my fault for buying it at that price. BTW, the paperwork completely forfeits ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, so do not expect to be legally able to force them to pay for any fixes. They won't. IF YOU'RE STILL SET ON THIS CAR LOT: Make sure you get a good deal and the car isn't hiding anything. Test drive for 30 minutes at the least; This lot will ERASE CODES so you can't see the problems. BRING AN OBD2 scanner, they are $40 for the cheapest one at O'Rielly's, and you'll need it anyway. Then, inspect the car WELL. Check all windows, engine idle sound, pull gently on all hoses to make sure they are attached. Mine weren't (vacuum line), but I only noticed AFTER I BOUGHT THE CAR. So don't make the same mistake. And definitely make a list of things that are wrong with the car. You won't get a deal if you don't do that. TL;DR: This is a wild card car lot. You could get something good, or something bad. You don't know, the sellers don't know either. Unless it's a good deal or you can strike up a warranty deal for cheap, I wouldn't recommend it unless you're fully committed. Be very careful if you buy something here, and check as much as you can to make sure it works.

I had just been to a Toyota dealer before this one, and got laughed at when I told them what car I wanted (assuming due to my young appearance) I left frustrated and went right to this dealer. I was met with no games, 100% respect, and understanding. They let me test drive the vehicle I was looking at, didn't try to pull me inside to sell it to me, and left me with information incase I wanted to move forward with them. Although I ended up grabbing a different vehicle, I still really appreciate and respect this dealership for listening to customer needs, and having great service. The guy I worked with was pretty young too I forget what his name was I think he was blond with a fauxhawk but I can't recall.

Had to get it towed literally right after they put on the plates. The mechanics we towed to don't even know how this could happen. The Toyota lake city service center also put the plates on wrong, straight up just drilled the plastic instead of setting them so they started to fall off too. Avoid at all costs. This would've killed us today if we were on the highway. Something this catastrophic should have been caught when they serviced and sold the vehicle. This is a catastrophic failure and it's illegal to sell a car that isn't road worthy. They also have been telling us they'll give us a call back and never did. We've called multiple times about this. Edit: currently talking with them about how to resolve

I made the initial visit alone, and among the questions I asked was about the 'reality' of their website's pricing estimates (we were considering leasing). I was assured the website was accurate. Then I took my wife there for a test drive, and she liked the car but wanted to think about it. After some emotional thrashing (she loves her old and very sick Subaru) we decided to go for the lease and returned to the stealership. Of course, now the numbers were higher - much higher, 30-40%. I asked why and the response was arm-waving, followed by, "Let me go see if my manager will let me do something better here." C'mon, guys, that's so classic, and so obvious! After two or three iterations of the above skit, I informed the salesworm, "We've decided to reconsider. Thank you for your time." After he refused to take that as an answer and kept talking, I stood up and repeated, this time in my Dad Voice, adding, "Have A Nice Day." We weren't 500 feet down the street and he called my wife's phone - we ignored it. He called again after we'd gotten home. I picked up the phone, answered it and said, "NOW I'm becoming annoyed." And hung up. OK, i understand that all living things must somehow meet their basic needs - the syphilis bacterium, creeping kudzu, the Conservative Republican politician. But I suspect that the car salesman thrives on the feeling, "Look what I got away with!" I don't think the phrase, "a satisfied customer" is in the lexicon of a car salesman. We're having the Subaru repaired.

We were dejectedly driving away from Bill Pierre Ford, where we had a cringeworthy experience with their accounting staff and some shady requests that I lie about my condition in order to get a loan, when I spotted what is now our beautiful Benz, a 2005 C230 Kompressor, sitting in the Prudent lot. We immediately went in and our negotiations lasted less than 15 minutes. Of course, the call to the loan people lasted much, much longer, and the whole time Toni patiently waited for us and provided us with every bit of information we needed. We even got an extra key (he ordered us the fancy new one!) and some touch-up paint for the scratches in the deal, and we walked away with the car of our dreams at the price we wanted. Toni and Prudent really put a smile on our faces and our butts back on the road. We appreciate it!

We already were thrown off when we called in to ask if we could test drive the car and the man who answered only mumbled "okay" and literally did not say another word. When we got there we were greeted by a younger man who was kind and friendly but the greeting was the last interaction we had with him. After driving the car, we went inside to ask questions and possibly negotiate, and were met by the man we had talked to on the phone. He was straight up unpleasant and appeared annoyed that we were there (2pm on a Friday, so not an end of the day issue). We asked about the car fax report and mentioned we saw it had been in an accident with moderate damage and a rebuilt title, and he acted like he was surprised to know it had been in an accident, "oh, I think it was". He was also annoyed about us asking for the report and about any info they had on the condition of the car. We asked if they would do a trade in and when he came in at about half of what the car is worth, we told him no thanks and we'd probably just sell it ourselves and he snapped at us, saying "well then why don't you just do that?!". At that point we were straight up uncomfortable. He told us they had bought it from the Toyota dealership and that they had looked at it/worked on it and said it was good to go. We said we would want to get it checked out before potentially buying, he said "fine go ask the dealership yourself but we aren't going to sell you a headache, you can ask if you want". - so that's exactly what we did. We walked right over and they said because of the previous damage, they had never even put it through their shop. I would not recommend this place

Sorry in advance for the essay review but I think it's important to share my experience with Sal at…read moreSNS Auto. I am based in California and purchased a 2006 Dodge Dakota SLT TRX4 with a 4.7 High Output engine in February of 2021 from SNS Auto. Communication- from start to finish Sal has been responsive, communicative and professional. He was open and honest with me regarding all issues, inspections and maintenance and very detailed when negotiating price. As a potential out-of-state customer, Sal also took the time to set up a virtual (FaceTime) to allow me the opportunity to thoroughly inspect the vehicle (as much as possible through FaceTime). It took roughly an hour and half but Sal showed me every single good and bad detail (scratches, paint condition, vehicle idle, engine compartment) about the truck and anything I asked him to show or hear he complied happily. He even crawled on his hands knees to show me the undercarriage of the vehicle for like 10 minutes while it was running so I can observe if any leaks, heavy rust, etc., etc. His level of honesty and overall communication has been amazing. Customer Service- Sal is a natural and humble servant to his customers. At no point did I ever feel uncomfortable or taken advantage of. I've worked in sales before and have had many interactions with car salesmen/saleswomen so I am quite familiar with sales techniques, language and practices. Sal is straight up and honest and sincerely wants to satisfy his clients. In some instances he went above and beyond what any sales person has ever done for me. Product- I purchased/shipped the vehicle and the price (plus shipping) was under KBB and I was satisfied. Sal worked out some magic to get me an incredible rate for shipping that was well under other estimates and shipping only took 2-3 days. (The delivery driver was also incredibly nice and communicative). Upon receiving the vehicle, it was apparent that there were many issues that were not observed during our virtual test drives. I took the car for a test drive and as mentioned, I observed some issues that I needed to address with Sal. Before I could reach out to Sal to discuss the issues, he was already calling/texting me to confirm that the vehicle had arrived and that I was satisfied. We had some lengthy conversations about the issues I observed but if you're still reading- THIS IS WHEN I WAS BLOWN AWAY WITH SAL'S EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE- Together we investigated and addressed every issue. We even spoke to the SNS in-house mechanic to iron out details of the issues. I also took the vehicle to my personal mechanic for diagnosis and to write up estimates as needed. Sal offered to help cover some of the expenses and even found parts needed and shipped them to me. I truly believe that if I lived closer to SNS auto, Sal and his team would have addressed all the issues for me but because I am an out-of-state buyer he worked with me in EVERY WAY POSSIBLE to make sure I was satisfied and that the vehicle was in the condition as advertised pre-purchase. It is important to note that I purchased the vehicle with an "AS IS WARRANTY" which typically means no warranty and the vehicle is sold as is- but Sal is a family oriented and honest professional and went the extra mile to ensure the vehicle met my standards. Overall Conclusion - it is now been about a month and half since I purchased the vehicle and I have finally completed all work needed to correct/fix issues. BUT I COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT SAL- He has been incredibly supportive and helpful to making sure the vehicle met my standards. As mentioned, sourcing parts and helping cover expenses while maintaining high levels of communication is more than I could have ever asked for. Some of you reading this might think that this should not be a 5 star review, but I am honestly incredibly happy and beyond impressed with Sal and SNS team for all they have done to make me a happy California client. Sonny and Caroline like to present the image of a family-run business, but it's all a façade. They'll say whatever they can to make a sale, and then renege on your agreements and leave you in a lurch. Do yourself a favor and go to a more reputable business. Here's my story: I went to Maharaja Motors and test drove a vehicle. During the drive, the car's check engine light came on. Sonny assured me that whatever the issue was, he'd pay for an inspection and any resultant repair costs. I purchased the car. On the drive home, the car broke down. Sonny sent me to his "mechanic," actually just a neighbor of his. That individual simply turned the check engine light off and sent me home. The car remained inoperable and Sonny stopped replying to my text messages. Finally, I took it to my own mechanic and told Sonny, who finally replied "great!" Unfortunately, the mechanic has been unable to fix the car. Sonny no longer replies to text messages, phone calls, or emails. He refuses to help get the car fixed or take it back. I'm suing them in small claims court for the cost of the car. Save yourself the trouble and avoid these liars and scammers.
