    06 Saab 9-3 convertible!
    C O.

My friends car broke down so we took it to Auto Connections Seattle to have it serviced. A friend of ours recommended them. When we went back to pick it up, I saw this little gray convertible sitting in the corner. They told me it had just come in on trade. I went home but couldn't get it out of my mind so after a couple days I went back to test drive it. I was in love. Their technicians went all through it and cleaned it up for me and had it ready a couple days after that. They set a time for me to come in and sign the papers and do a final look over. The whole experience was extremely easy, no hassle and took almost no time as they had all the paperwork ready and in order when I came to pick up the car. It's funny that I wasn't even in the market for a new car when I purchased this one but I will be sure to come to Auto Connection Seattle first for my next vehicle!

An amazing car below blue book value clean title! Service had flaws but made up with efforts to get me financed at a low rate.

We walked in knowing the vehicle we were interested in, and had a good grasp on the trade in value of our vehicle. As a dealership who doesn't negotiate their asking price, I found the vehicles priced appropriately for Seattle, and knew our negotiation would be on the trade. They initially offered the low end of the trade in value, but worked with me in negotiating up to almost top dollar on the trade. In hindsight, I probably could've gone higher on my trade with them but knew I was in the high range. I deeply appreciated the straightforward talk and the ease of process. It serves you well to know what you want and have paperwork in hand to show the value of your trade and that you mean business. And, they responded by getting us to a good final price. They made a profit and we got a good deal. We probably could've saved going out of the city but for convenience and ease of getting the deal done, it was totally worth it. FWIW- the lobby is clean and calm. There are little tables and chairs where folks can hang out and read or work while getting service or during downtime in the paperwork process of a purchase. Even though it was straightforward, they're still serving multiple customers at once and we were there several hours in total. The supervisor desks for sales are on the floor and visible to the buyer. When our sales person Evan needed to "talk with his manager Robert" we could see them talking. We weren't left waiting an hour while they were behind closed doors "shooting the shit to wear us down." I also mentioned to Evan that we weren't buying add-on's and when Evette from finance came over with paperwork drawn up, she knew and did not attempt to upsell. It was my first time purchasing a Toyota and I was impressed. Another regional Toyota dealership does not operate this way and I had red flags immediately, and did not do business with them. If you want straightforward and no nonsense dialogue, do your homework beforehand and walk in ready to say what you want and what you will pay. They're eager to make it happen without all of the rigmarole.

The location is in a hectic little corner of Georgetown, but the moment I walked into the lobby it was clear that this place made an effort to be clean, professional, and hospitable. I did a brief search on my phone for a Mercedes shop and found Finesse. A quick call later and I had new lug nuts ordered. I received a call a week later to tell me the nuts were there and I made my new tires appointment, and throughout finesse made it easy. They told me I could come down anytime and they would put the new lug nuts on for me at no charge, which meant I could make the tires appointment any time. I can tell you this was a new experience for me - in the past I generally felt at the mercy of the shop and the particular folks who were working that day. At finesse I felt like I was in good hands. Their relaxed atmosphere, the amazing customer lounge with snacks and coffee - very welcoming. The communication was clear and helpful throughout. I will be taking my car to Finesse in the future, that is for certain. Had I known about Finesse, I could have called them first for the tires themselves and saved myself the trouble. A true gem in Georgetown, this should be your first call.

I was met by a staff member when I parked my vehicle and was directed to a service rep (Mark) who checked me in, gave me an overview of what was included, asked me if there was anything else that I wanted them to check out, and then directed me to the waiting area while my vehicle was serviced. I also received a short video from the technician working on the vehicle during which he provided a detailed overview of its condition: tires, brake pads, fluids, etc. when the work was completed Mark went over the service report and signed me out. The experience was smooth, hassle free, friendly, and professional. The service itself was excellent. Five stars. For comparison, my previous vehicle was a luxury brand. While the service provided at that dealership was very good, there was definitely an attitude there from the customers that was reflected by the staff. The staff was professional and friendly, but there was a completely different vibe from what I experience at Lee Johnson Mazda. Perhaps that went with the branding. My Mazda experience at Lee Johnson has been more down to earth and personable.

However he drove it home (from Seattle to Port Townsend) without an actual bill of sale or purchase agreement. Me & my family head out there at 4:30pm and we take a test drive. During the test drive I gave an offer. The salesperson had a cutoff around 5pm so we decide we'll catch up online later. So we leave. Soon they accept my offer and send me the price printout at 5:30pm. I noticed in the printout - the mileage is noted as 32,000mi where in the listing in bmwseattle the mileage was 18,000mi. So i immediately let the salesperson know. He said he'll look into it next morning. The next morning the salesperson confirms and we negotiate on the price over text and we agree. Now at 11:15am - we just set a pickup time of 12-12:30pm today & we start heading out. Suddenly, I get a text back at 11:30am from my salesperson that there is another person in the dealership who is now out in a test drive with the car and they'll let me know if it doesn't go through. I'm like "wait! What?" the rep told me - another rep took the car on a test drive. I ask "why dont you tell them the car is sold?" They offer me "another car is coming in which we can offer you as backup". Then after I vent my frustration- the sales manager reaches out to explain that the second person was already on a test drive and they have the right to buy the car. Also tells me that the posted car photos have the mileage correct at 32,000 even though the listing says 18,000. I told him "the photos were not posted yesterday to the website". He tells me: "oh well, they are up now". Anyways - i hang up at this point realizing this is not a useful conversation. Absolutely unprofessional & definitely not something expected from a "premium" brand.
