06 Saab 9-3 convertible!
C O.

My friends car broke down so we took it to Auto Connections Seattle to have it serviced. A friend of ours recommended them. When we went back to pick it up, I saw this little gray convertible sitting in the corner. They told me it had just come in on trade. I went home but couldn't get it out of my mind so after a couple days I went back to test drive it. I was in love. Their technicians went all through it and cleaned it up for me and had it ready a couple days after that. They set a time for me to come in and sign the papers and do a final look over. The whole experience was extremely easy, no hassle and took almost no time as they had all the paperwork ready and in order when I came to pick up the car. It's funny that I wasn't even in the market for a new car when I purchased this one but I will be sure to come to Auto Connection Seattle first for my next vehicle!

An amazing car below blue book value clean title! Service had flaws but made up with efforts to get me financed at a low rate.

Beyond that, Erika was sitting at the front desk and was the first person I ran into. Which is wild to me, since most car dealership GMs aren't that easily accessible or reachable. I ended up working with Evan Olivier and I had one of the best car shopping experiences I've ever had. Evan was extremely personable and real with me. He mentioned the extended warranty one time, I mentioned I wasn't interested and that I had a bad experience with extended warranties in the past, and he didn't bring it up again. He didn't try to push unwanted services or products on me and respected my position on upsold products. I can't say the same for other dealerships... Otherwise, we were able to test drive 4Runners and Tacomas and I learned a ton about Toyota's the day that I visited. Evan was extremely knowledgeable about the different generations and capabilities they had and Evan being a Seattleite, knew what driving a Tacoma or 4Runner would be like in the city because he owned one, it wasn't just word vomit to be more agreeable with me. Instead of doing this crazy test drive, we parallel parked the Tacoma outside the dealership, we reversed into a parking spot, and we even focused on the turn radius like I'd experience in a Seattle parking garage, we almost took it to my apartment complex to check garage door heights to see if it would actually fit in my apartment complex, but phoned ahead and my apartment manager let me know it was a no-go for that specific 4Runner. Evan and I literally tested the exact things you need to check out when you live in Seattle and management was 100% okay with doing this odd check I had requested like taking it to my apartment complex. A+ for effort! The warranty transparency, pricing, knowledge, and information Evan shared with me and the experience overall was worth dropping a note here for others to review. I hope this has given you, the reader (yes you), reading this now the confidence in choosing Toyota of Seattle for your next vehicle and working with Evan Olivier to buy your next vehicle!

I recently purchased a 2026 Toyota Crown Signia and discovered that an $800 security add-on was slipped into my contract without my knowledge or consent. Additionally, I paid $1,999 for a ceramic coating package that failed in less than 30 days. Despite this being a brand-new flagship vehicle, the dealership has flatly refused to rectify the coating issue or address a manufacturing defect in the perforated leather upholstery. I am currently out $2,799 for unauthorized charges and failed services. I have already escalated this matter to the O'Brien Auto Group corporate office and the Washington State Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. Save yourself the headache and double-check every line of your contract if you choose to do business here.

From the very beginning, she was honest, transparent, patient, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. She never made me feel pressured and took the time to answer every question I had. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but Wineska made the experience smooth, comfortable, and exciting. Her communication, professionalism, and genuine care truly stood out. I also want to recognize Juan and William for being so helpful, welcoming, and professional during the process. The teamwork between all three of them made this one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. Thank you all for going above and beyond -- I absolutely love my Lexus RX 350 and truly appreciate the outstanding customer service!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this dealership…read more I traded in my GMC when I purchased a Ford F-350 from this dealership about two months ago. As part of the trade-in process, the dealership was supposed to pay off the financing/lien on my GMC. However, two months later, my GMC lender is still charging me every month. My GMC payment is $1,559 per month. That means I am being charged $1,559 every month for a vehicle I already traded in and no longer have, while I am also paying for the Ford F-350 I purchased from this dealership. This has caused me serious financial stress, real financial loss, and risk to my credit. Under Washington State law, RCW 46.70.180, when a dealership accepts a vehicle as a trade-in with an existing lien, the dealer must have proof that the lien was paid within two calendar days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays, after the sales contract is signed by all parties and all conditions are satisfied. This trade-in happened about two months ago, and my old lender is still charging me. That is completely unacceptable. I contacted the salesperson, Ezequiel Garcia Rivera, asking for answers and help with this situation. Instead of taking responsibility and helping me get this resolved, I feel like he is not willing to help me or provide a real solution. I asked for proof that the GMC loan was paid off, and I asked why I am still being charged by my old lender, but I have not received the help or urgency that this situation requires. This is not a small mistake. This is not just an inconvenience. I am being charged $1,559 per month for a truck that I no longer own because I traded it in to this dealership. The dealership took my trade-in, sold me another vehicle, and now I am the one stuck dealing with the bank, extra payments, stress, and the possibility of damage to my credit. I need the dealership to immediately provide written proof that the GMC loan was paid off, including the payoff amount, date sent, check number or wire confirmation, and confirmation from my lender that the lien has been satisfied. I also expect to be reimbursed for every payment I was charged after the trade-in, including the $1,559 monthly payment, plus any fees, interest, credit damage, or financial losses caused by this delay. Customers should not have to chase a dealership for basic responsibilities after a trade-in. A dealer should not take a customer's trade-in and leave them paying for a vehicle they no longer have. I trusted this dealership to handle the payoff properly, and now I am paying the price for their failure to resolve it. I strongly recommend that anyone doing a trade-in here verify directly with their old lender that the vehicle was actually paid off. Do not assume the dealership handled it just because they say they will. In my case, two months later, I am still being charged $1,559 per month for my old GMC, and the salesperson I contacted, Ezequiel Garcia Rivera, has not provided the help or answers I need.

I parked my rental motorcycle in the end tapered spot that doesn't have pavement markings but has a clear sign overlooking the area. That's mostly my fault for just winging it. Still, it wasn't busy and they should use consistent pavement markings for all curbs. My main complaint is how stringent their fine is and how snooty they come across in their letters. I even disputed the *gasp* $49(!) fine just to see if they'd reduce my fine by $1... that's it ---NOPE. How about offering a minor discount out of simple "good faith" for local business support? No? Something tells me they aren't quite friendly and accommodating. Even after years of the occasional parking ticket from SDOT, I've ALWAYS managed to get my fines reduced (no matter how small/large) after providing a clear & thoughtful dispute, regardless of violation weight. Ya'll can't spare a mere $1, huh, "Platinum"? Certainly not platinum for the people.

When we had ended our trip to Pike Place Market, we found a "ticket" for not paying their parking fees. It was our first time at that parking garage; there were plenty of signs, but nothing with instructions to pay. We guessed it would be addressed on the way out, like in Europe. Parking garages in Europe have cameras that record your entry time, compared to your exit time. That's it, simple. After finding the "ticket" on the windshield, I made a second trip through, no instructions were posted! A week later I was in the area for work. This time I walked through, taking pictures and video. As I turned to leave, I finally saw their instructions, which are IMPOSSIBLE to see from the driver's seat of a car. Yeah, this place is a scam.
