Before coming back here, I visited several other dealerships--and as a woman shopping for a luxury car, I unfortunately dealt with a lot of salesmen who either tried to take advantage of me or completely dismissed me. Pat was the complete opposite. He was incredibly patient, respectful, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right fit. He pulled up five different luxury cars for me to test-drive--back-to-back--never once rushing me, and did it all with a smile. At one point another customer came in who was looking at a more expensive vehicle, and even then, Pat stayed focused on me and made sure my experience stayed the priority. That meant a lot. Pat is knowledgeable, honest, and someone you can trust in an industry where that can be hard to find. There were crumbs and dust in the corners of some of the trays in the interior, the windshield had stuff stuck to it still, and paint job had places where stuff was stuck to it still, the side windows had very visible streaks from the cleaner, and the hood had waters spots which makes me think they let the vehicle air dry instead of hand drying it. I gave three stars because it wasn't a bad job. It just wasn't up to the standards I would expect for a professional detailing at the price.
