Seven months later, my red Chrysler (pictured) is running great. When I bought the car, there were a few things wrong with it, but they worked with me to get them fixed. Some things I had repaired were new tires and wheels, a new battery, and a new instrument panel, the backlighting of which is a common failure to this model. They had no way to know. Also I noticed a small hole in the floorboard between the seat and the brake pedal, not really a big deal. But for what I paid I think I got a bargain. The engine and transmission, which are most important, are like new (knocks on wood) and very strong, along with the brakes which were done just before I bought the car. read more

Just picked up a 2005 BMW convertible from here, and had a good experience. The owner and his son kept in contact with me during the week while we were trying to figure out financing and how and when I would be able to make it there, from two hours away. Once on the lot I was warmly greeted and shown the car. I was given as much time as I wanted to go through the car and test drive it, with no hassle. They were transparent about the car's small issues and worked with me to be able to buy new tires for the car. This is a small family owned business that sells used cars at affordable prices, what's not to like. Ignore the bad reviews. If you can't inspect a car yourself, have another shop do a PPI before purchase. No car lot can guarantee a 15 y/o used car, or fix every little thing and still keep it at a budget price. read more

They are the best used car dealership we've worked with! (We have 4 kids & this was our last one!) Brian & David are friendly, relaxed, non-pushy guys. Let us take the vehicle our daughter was interested in for a drive & even to a local brake & tire center to have them check it out. On returning they have her a great deal, saying they'd fix the brake issue the center had found. Not only did they fix the issue, they also have her a brand new tire jack, jumper cables, & multi purpose tool on top of it all! The mechanic heard it was for a new driver & wanted to make sure she'd have everything she may need. Definitely recommend these guys! I recently bought a 2003 Honda CR-V after weeks of searching for one with relatively low miles at a fair price. I'd give them 4.5 stars if I could. They were much better to deal with than a big dealership. They were honest, up front. Everything looked really good, it was super clean, clean title, etc. On the way home, the check engine light came on after the engine jerked and a code was given to me. Suffice it to say, I was extremely stressed and called them right away. To my relief, they responded sympathetically to my situation. They have been in business for a long time, and I get the impression that they have seen it all, and that my reactions were not a surprise to them. I believe we both had to deal with each other's understandable defensiveness about the situation, both being valid. They handled my intensity and assured me they would do a diagnostic and repair the issue. They did. The car is running perfect, as far as I can see, after driving it for a week. I'm keeping an eye on it and I learned a lot in this process, and actually feel lucky that my issue occurred when it did. The simple fact is that their reputation is important to them and they take actions to assure they have a good one. This is a family business, they all have a good range knowledge about cars and I believe they all feel passionate about cars. Brian, the owner, "The Old Man," told me everything he knew about my car's issues, and stopped himself before he said things he wasn't sure about. Helped my daughter buy a car here and had a nice experience. They let us take the car for a few hours to be checked out by our mechanic in Snohomish (all was well), and helped to navigate the loan process for an older car through Seattle Credit Union even though it was closing time for SCU. Only problem, and one maybe they will remember after this, is that we were trying to keep my daughter's payments for a three year loan to under $150 and that couldn't happen with the amount I put down. Had I been told I should only put a certain amount down in order to keep my payments low, that woudl have been very helpful. Not really the car dealer's problem, but when dealing with someone in the evening and they can't talk to the people offering the loan, it woudl be good for the dealer to know these little "tricks" of the trades. Doug is nice and all but no follow through. I went to check out a Wrangler, my dream car for $5650. I went to them bc of some setbacks I had last summer I took a hit to my credit. They advertise they can finance anyone with little money down. I test drove the Wrangler, AC doesn't work, cruise control neither, yet I was looking past that ready to buy. The dude turns me away, while simultaneously telling me he wants to sell me a car; that's what he's there for. So I ask Doug, "Are there any other Jeeps on the lot you can sell me?" He says no. As I'm leaving I walk past a Jeep for $1800. Wtf? He runs out to me, asks for my wife to co-sign, but says he'll call when he hears back on the loan. THEN NOTHING. 2 weeks later I found a Liberty & am approved for a loan at a big dealer for $8k. Don't tell me Doug couldn't have made it work. Crappy! read more

My husband and I have had such a horrible experience here. I first wrote a stellar review because they made some promises as we bought the car. However, those promises weren't kept and they haven't even followed up with us after we have called them twice since we bought the car. On top of that, it turns out there was a lot of tinkering with the speedometer which of course, the men at the dealership claim to not only had been "unaware" of but also state that they have no responsbility for the cars condition, they are just the middle guys selling the car. We've had to put $3K into the car since we bought it. It was a sign that I should have heeded, when we went and looked at the car and the windshield had a huge crack accross the front, the passenger side (automatic) window didn't work at all and two tires were nearly flat. They also gutted the interior, taking out the cargo cover in the back, which retials for over $300. We showed up with my newborn son, I was unable to pay close attention to the paper work and this was solely under my husbands name so I was flabbergasted to find out later that they financed him with a company called "Credit Concepts" which is a laon facilitator that works with "risky" credit situations. Interestingly enough, my Husbands credit is fantastic AND he had JUST paid off his last Subaru that he had been paying on a loan via Wells Fargo whom gave him 8%. This place totally jipped us, manipulated us at every turn and then ignored us when we finally woke up and realized what was happening. Avoid AVOID AVOID. Even if you're depserate and have bad credit, there are better places for you to take your business. read more

Let me start by saying, Wonderful customer service and great deals! I was in a car accident and needed to purchase a new vehicle pronto! My insurance covered my rental car for only a short period of time, and Christmas was right around the corner. Needless to say I was in a hurry and a little frantic! I did a test a couple drives with David who was very open and honest with me during the entire duration of my visit. I came back the next day to purchase a 2012 Hyundai Elantra. Everything went very quickly and smoothly and I was out in just a couple hours. Unfortunately I was driving home and.. a check engine light comes on! Of course i panic and call David with every possible bad thought rolling through my mind. He had me bring it back the very next morning, and it turned out to be only an old history code. For good measure, (he could see I was very skeptical) he sent it for a third party inspection and oil change, cleared the code, and had me back on the road before 1 o'clock. All free of charge. First off i think this place needs to have a parking lot...when you enter, Good luck finding a place to park your vehicle because it is so cluttered, more like a junk yard in the back and then a low quality sales in the front. We had come in here for a car that we can use for our selves as a second/third car. We went for an inspection and when we got the news, we decided to give them back the keys and look somewhere else. They sold me an Audi A4 Turbo just last week that I paid $6000 for. When I went to put new tiers on it they had three 17in tiers one it and one 16in. Not just that but two tiers had nails in them and the spare was popped as well. Then I went to get the car checked out, Leavitts told me they replaced an engine gasket just the other day, but my mechanic told me they just shaved it down and glued it back together.. I purchased a vehicle from them back in December of '15.. I drove about 50 miles to take a look at a lifted, tricked out K5 Blazer. Before I showed up, I called them and asked the associate if there were ANY defects with the car.. mechanical, cosmetic, anything.. I said I will obviously see them when I get there and I am okay with certain issues as long as you are up front and they aren't catastrophic, as I can fix a lot of things and some issues I might just not care about. I specifically told him that I don't want to waste their time or mine considering its 100 miles round trip.. He promised me there wasn't a scratch or dent on the car, the paint was in great condition and mechanically it ran great. Well, the thing was covered in tiny but noticeable scratches and dents. All 4 wheels were curb rashed worse than anything I'd ever seen. Door handle didn't work on one side, two windows including the rear tailgate window would not work (and you can't even OPEN the tailgate when the window is rolled up!), dome light and radio did not work, cigarette burns on the interior, 4wd did not work and that's the whole purpose of a three ton 4wd truck.. the steering box was sloppy as hell and after 24 hours of driving it (Yes, I decided to purchase it against my better judgment..) there were massive issues. Long story short, it ended up being some issue with fuel being cut off and the engine stalling. I called them the next day and they refused to help. This issue continued for 9 months as I spent over $500 in parts and 1k in labor, I replaced just about everything you could think of and the truck still would stall. Sure was fun having it stall on me multiple times with my toddler in the back, during the freezing winter months! I was promised a jack with the vehicle as well, these jacks cost about $500 as they are massive- it was never received. This dealership is shady shady SHADY... it's all in the name- "Leave it" Auto Sales. By the way, the person I dealt with was a 70-80 year old man, but all of the dealers I spoke to claimed the same promises and all that. read more

I had the same experience as maria.they knew something was wrong with the car and said they would fix it, once everything was done and signed they tried to blame me for what was wrong with the vehicle and wouldn't fix it. I would stay away from these guys at all cost. They don't care about giving you a good running car just about taking your money. I'm sure the person who gave them five stars works there. I bought a car from them and we agreed on a few fixes and they said they had fixed it and then two weeks later i took it to my mechanic because it was squeeling and they ended up putting 10 year old breaks on the rear when they said they put NEW. also they put old tires on the car and one popped on the road while driving.. I've ended up doing ALL the fixes they said they did. I wont ever buy from them again and they didn't have the key to unlock my doors. We had not even had the truck for 3 days when we heard a weird noise and took it to the a mecanic, they told us the transmission was going to go out antime soon. He was saying that maybe we had done that in the couple days we had it. There is no way that would of happen in the days we had it. The problem was so bad he had to of known. When i bought the car the salesman give me some paperwork to sign, in that paper work was a waiver to implied warranty i did not know that until i spoke to a lawyer because of that i am unable to get my money back. Went and purchased my 2003 Audi A4 3.0 in late January. The night I drove it off the lot I broke down due to an overheating issue. That issue lost me my job the next day not being able to go into work. Called Eddie and Brian and they came and towed the truck and took it to their "mechanics". Who found the problem that caused my overheating. During the process of "fixing" the solution....the mechanics bent valves while doing their job. Brian decided to order me a new motor because his "idiot mechanics" screwed up. So awesome....new motor. Well once it was swapped and I picked my car up, not even 5 miles down the road my car was making howling noises when I turned and my steering wheel became stiff. Immediately took it back due to the new issue of my power steering that never happened before the motor swap. For the last 2 and half months I have probably taken it back 7 times for them to fix this issue. Obviously their mechanics aren't certified to work on German cars. Not only that but they decided they were at a loss with my car and told me I am a prime example of buying a lemon car. Last thing they did for me is replace coils. Yesterday driving to Bellingham my power steering was completely gone! Called them up and told them what happened. They obviously didn't care. I told Eddie that Brian needed to fix this because none of this would be happening if his idiot mechanics didn't bend any valves and screw up in the first place. Brian explained he spent too much money trying to fix this car and he couldn't do any more. So thanks for leaving me with this car that I can barely steer but yet still have to drive it to work because I'm only 20 years old and can't just afford to go get it fixed. THANKS FOR SELLING ME MY FIRST CAR. And giving me the most stressful 3 months of my life. I had trust and my parents told me to take it back the day it broke down but I put trust in these guys who screwed me over. Just wanted a nice car after totaling my Mercedes. You guys are just great.
