2026 Tundra iforcemax platinum with the TRD off-road package in lunar rock.

Christina and Alex were great to work to get my 2026 Tundra iforcemax Platinum. Transparent and no-pressure environment with no vehicle add-ons. Friendly and quick experience finalizing the paperwork and taking delivery of the vehicle. Would highly recommend!

Took my Lexus RX350 in for a 10K service. Had an appointment in the morning. JuanCarlos was my service advisor and he provided fantastic service! He helped me decide what kind of service/diagnostic to do for a battery that I was having trouble with, and provided an accurate time frame for the service and battery diagnostic (~1.5 hrs). I waited in the reception area, and there was also a lovely lady who was overseeing the space and offered coffee and a biscotti right when I walked into the room. My car was ready in 1 hour, and JuanCarlos reviewed the battery results and gave me tips on how to improve the charge better. Super painless visit, and I'd come back here for my normal service next year.

Daryl was so helpful, calm, and informative when we were interested in buying a car. He wasn't pushy at all and gave us a lot of information which helped us make a decision on the best car for the best value. Thank you Daryl for making the car buying process easy and pleasant! Unfortunately, Darci in finance wasn't pleasant once we declined the extended warranty. Her attitude changed and signing the documents became very uncomfortable with her rudeness. I wish we could have done the paperwork with Daryl.

Christina Cross made the process quick, easy, and stress-free. No pressure, just helpful and friendly service. Brandon McEwen was pleasant to work with. Funny and easy to talk to ,also fast with the finance part of things. Toyota sells itself, they made the experience even better!

Had a fantastic experience with Daryl DoCarmo. He helped find the right car at the right price with a consultative, no pressure approach. If you need a new Toyota, Daryl is your guy.

Thank you so much to our wonderful car dealer Mrs. Christina Cross

Thank you so much to our wonderful car dealer Ms. Christina Cross! You are very helpful, patient and help us find the right vehicle. We love how you're very thorough and explained all the best packages that Rodland Toyota has to offer. See Christina on your next vehicle purchase. Thank you to their finance Ms. Darci as well! Explained every detail of the sale.

EXCELLENT BUYING EXPERIENCE. Salesman Daryl was absolutely fantastic. I say this as an experienced buyer and salesperson. went thru the sales contract with him and got a good understanding. After the finance person (who was nice) Daryl took us to our new car and expl the electronics. So much to learn for a couple ages 73 & 74. Daryl was very patient and connected our iPhones to Apple car play. Would like to recognize Ran who is one of the sales managers. Overall 5stars!! 2025 Toyota RAVA LIMITED. Thank you Steve

Ask the Community - Rodland Toyota of Everett

I'm taking my car in this weekend for an appraisal can anyone tell me how theirs went?

As a trade in the dealer's offer will always be lower than what you can sell as as a private party. I knew Kelly Blue Book value for both trade in and resale and received a final price in between. There is always some wiggle room as their first…

We were able to get a decent deal, but when they changed the numbers from a previously already agreed number (they went up) I tried to clarify and the manager just talked over me, would not listen and when I tried to very calmly explain what I had been told before he snapped and said "then have a good day because I'm not going to help you anymore." Our sales person Alex was very helpful at first but as soon as she had texted us the incorrect numbers, clarifying it was like pulling teeth and she got defensive and rude. The idea that I had to talk THEM off a ledge just to clarify something is pretty wild. Most likely would not shop here again and unless they're giving you a great deal it's not worth their attitude. Update: Even worse than originally thought, 3 weeks later and paperwork still not completed, we have filled out everything they sent us they had to resend paperwork 3 times, their manager called and said "fill out the paperwork or bring back the car" which we did, then they had the wrong info despite me sending it to them over and over again which prevented us from even being able to receive part of the paperwork. Worst dealership buying experience I have ever had by tenfold, buyer beware steer clear.

Excellent Choice Auto Sales - Damage to the driver's side door

Excellent Choice Auto Sales

This review is for my first interaction with this company :)…read more I have been through the ringer when it comes to me trying to purchase a car with the first problem being my credit is pretty much non-existent/a few collections and second being I'm a first time buyer. I've pretty much been told "we can get you into a new car, however, you're going to need an extravagent down payment and an even crazier monthly payment..." No one ever takes time to explain why or break things down. Well, I was at my wit's end yesterday and decided to reach out to Excellent Choice Auto Sales via their website. Immediately, I was called by Ross who asked a few questions about what I was looking for and about my situation. He invited me down to the lot to see what my options were and how he could help. On the phone he was really friendly and eager to help. I took a cab down to the lot and was greeted by Ross and another associate, with a handshake and a genuine smile. It was cold outside so they invited me in to their toasty and cozy office. Again, Ross asked/clairfied what I was trying to do car wise and what my experiences have been about. Never once did he give off a pushy or an eyeroll when I told him of my bad credit history. He said point blank that he's going to run a few checks and see what he can do... not what he CAN'T do. This put me at ease that he really wanted help. When he came back, he basically told, no take that back, showed me how the lenders come up with the decisions they come up with and why it's been so hard for me get a decent loan. He showed me the few collections that were hindering me and that I pretty much don't have a credit score, based on lending scores. He explained it in ways I understood and was comfortable with. But the awesomeness didn't end there. He told me how I can start to rebuild my credit and eventually get a car I wanted. He found me a car with low miles and a great price. He told me that I had a few days before I had to make a decision, which was awesome because he didn't pressure me into saying yes or no right on the spot. He knew it was a big decision and I appreciate him not pressuring me. After talking about it a few minutes, he offered me a ride home and a ride back to the dealership should I choose to wanna look at the car he was telling me about after it was back from being inspected and detailed. He was really nice and genuinely wanted me as a part of their family. What really stuck with me is that he said that most of their clientele are repeat customers. That says a lot to me. I'm not sure what happened with the other reviewers that gave negative remarks, but it sure doesn't sound like the same business that I went to. I look forward to working with them again!

Title:Avoid this dealership unless you're working directly with Kaelynn…read more I purchased a 2018 Cadillac XTS from Excellent Choice Auto on June 3rd. While Kaelynn was absolutely wonderful to work with, the rest of this experience was a complete mess. Kaelynn was the reason I chose to buy. She was upfront, respectful, and truly gave me confidence in the vehicle. She even worked out a solid deal for me. I trusted her so much that I sent the down payment before ever seeing the car in person. She is a preacher's daughter, and her integrity and professionalism reflect that. If this review were about her alone, I'd give 5 stars across the board. When I arrived to pick up the car, Kaelynn was off, and I was referred to a salesman named Sam. At first, he seemed cool. He picked me up in the Cadillac, and the car looked great -- but I now realize he never offered me a test drive. I was told the car went through a multipoint inspection and that I'd be provided with the paperwork. I did get a Carfax report, but no inspection documents were ever given. I waited a long time at the dealership while they worked on the paperwork. Sam showed me other cars -- probably to buy time -- but never once did a walkaround of the actual vehicle I was buying. I foolishly trusted his word. After I signed everything and took ownership, I went outside, opened the door, and saw what I thought was a spill on the driver's side lower door panel. I asked Sam for a cloth and spray, and when I looked closer, I realized it was chew marks -- likely from an animal. I immediately contacted Sam and asked if I could swap the car for the Audi I had also been interested in (priced similarly). His response? "That vehicle is yours now. We can take it in as a trade on the Audi, but we can't swap them. You signed the contract." So much for customer service. The moment the deal was done, he made it clear I was on my own. Fast forward just 10 days to June 13. The car had less than 500 miles driven since purchase, and it broke down. After filling up with gas, the gauge didn't reflect a full tank. Then the engine began sputtering. Stabilitrak and check engine lights came on. My speedometer stopped working entirely. I had the car scanned at AutoZone and it came back with several codes: U0073 - Control Module Communication Bus A Off U0100 - Lost Communication With Engine Control Module P0700 - Transmission Control System Error U0101 - Lost Communication With Transmission Control Module P0442 - Small EVAP leak And more This isn't wear and tear. This is major electrical and transmission communication failure -- days after I bought it. And I barely drove the car (just 400+ miles). I texted Sam and called him -- he never responded. Eventually, he started rejecting my calls entirely. Thankfully, Kaelynn stepped up again. She followed up with the mechanic, reassured me, and even apologized for referring Sam to me. She showed more professionalism in one call than he has this entire time. Now I'm stuck with a car that might not be safe to drive. The warranty they included forces me to pay for a tow back to the dealership (68 miles), and my insurance only covers 15 miles. That means I'd have to pay about $5-8 per mile out of pocket -- plus a $300 deductible -- just to get them to look at the car. I'm now exploring whether I qualify for the Carfax Buyback Guarantee, because this situation is completely unacceptable. This car clearly had issues before I bought it, and I was not told the truth. Kaelynn: 5 stars. Sam and the dealership's behavior after the sale: 0 stars. If you're buying from Excellent Choice Auto -- work only with Kaelynn. If she's not available, I suggest you look elsewhere.

The only snag was that I was supposed to receive a $300 refund after purchase and didn't get it for 6 weeks ( i had to wait 5 days or so after purchasing to get the color combination I wanted delivered to the dealership.) It took multiple conversations with the dealership to receive the funds. I was originally promised that it would be ready to pick up when I came to get the license plates-it wasn't. Then, more than one person over multiple weeks told me that the check was going to be signed on Wed and mailed to me. That didn't happen the first few times they said it either. No one ever said they weren't going to give it to me, so I don't know if they are super inefficient or were hoping I would forget about it. Eventually, my husband called and they sent the check out within a week. I would have been happy to refer them to others up until the sale closed. At this point, I would say go ahead and purchase from them but don't expect them to do anything they promise after the sale closes. It was not a huge amount relative to the purchase price of the car but it is always disappointing to me when a business doesn't follow through on what they promise.

Deplorable experience with this dealership. I caution anybody, particularly ,…read morewomen, who need help with any issues with their car. I own a 2020 Kia Telluride, and took it to a Kia dealership after my car would not start, basically due to a dead battery. Their customer service was horrendous.... and honestly that is a compliment.. They sat on my car for over three days, did nothing, (other than suggest nearly 3K in repairs and then, when I decided to have my car towed to a more reputable and trustworthy dealership,I get a call while I'm busy at work, from the tow truck driver saying they are refusing to release my car unless I pay them a over a $215 diagnostic fee) They ultimately did not charge me and "graciously" allowed the tow truck driver to release my car, but not without frustration, stress and hassle. 50% of these charges/repairs were confirmed by another dealership that did not need to be done. Then they refused to give me a rental car, after three days, without a vehicle, paying an uber to drive me to and back from work, then again, when I asked for a rental car, their customer service response (Betty I believe) was "well you can call enterprise if you want ". I have screenshots of the texts to prove it. I made the horrible mistake of thinking that if I took my own Kia to a Kia dealership, they would treat me and serve me fairly and ethically. . Long story short, they cost me hundreds of dollars in transportation fees, did absolutely nothing with my Vehicle, other than to give me a quote for repairs that were not necessary. I am a single mother, exclusively financially responsible for my child. I am not pretending to be unique in that category...Nonetheless, I felt as though they could not care less about my situation, my lack of transportation and tried to burn me on repairs that weren't essential/necessary.., Here is a free tip for Kia in everett... Follow the golden rule. I teach my son that on a daily basis, who is 17 years old. Perhaps it might behoove you to teach your employees and customer service dept there as well. Pretend every customer is your mother... or your daughter.... Would you do that to them? Lesson learned on my end..... A costly one, but now I know what kind of people I'm dealing with at these types of dealerships. Totally disgusting. Proceed with caution... go elsewhere, unless you wanna throw hundreds to thousands of dollars out in the street.
