My hybrid plug-in car had an engine light on so I schedule a month out which was their next availability. There weren't any loaner cars at the moment but they did give me the option to wait an hour since someone should have been returning their loaner by then. It worked out and I got a loaner. I am thankful I had that option since my engine needed 3 weeks to get it all fixed. Happy with the customer service with JP and Nick!

My husband and I have been looking at a specific car for months, Kia of Everett had it with 3 different tiers. When I called to get some information on the car I spoke with Cody, who I believe is a Customer Service Rep. He was very patient and explained the differences to us. Ultimately we waited too long to come buy it and they no longer had one on site. Jake, the sales rep, was able to take us on a test drive of a similar vehicle and helped us preorder the one we wanted. Jake made the whole experience easy and mostly painless. So far we are loving our Niro Plug In Hybrid.

Way to go Kia of Everett. I called and I asked about pricing. I went with your online quote from your website, not the Kia website. YOUR website. We did a test drive, and handed the paper to the sales person with FICO 8 scores from the three majors credit bureaus. All paperwork in order, etc. you came back with something so far off that it was laughable. Even though the paperwork says it was the deal and would expire in x days. Somehow you did not have "everything" included on the website and in the "transact deal". Dealer accessories were accounted for in the pricing and yet you still are trying to charge $150 per month more on some sort of hidden pricing structure. Thank you for easing my time.

Noelle quoted me a reasonable price over the phone and fit me in right away. Mike gave me info on a check engine issue, suggesting it be looked at in the future. No sales pressure, which was nice. I was very happy with the service. I'm hoping to move to the area and will be back if so. As an aside; I expected to see women working there (they emphasize they are female-owned), but there was only one, at the front desk. When I asked about it, I was told there aren't many women who are mechanically inclined. Wrong answer! I hope they make the effort to recruit female mechanics in the future; it would be well worth the effort!

For the vehicle safety inspection, I didn't have to make an appointment.  It was fine to do a walk-in. When I visited Emily's Garage, there was a customer who was pretty upset with the repairs and the cost.  I was able to hear what the customer had to go through but I would not comment on that as I have limited information. From my experience of getting my vehicle inspected, I was very surprised at how quickly they were able to complete the vehicle inspection.  It was done in less than 2 minutes, and I paid over $50 for that service.   For comparison, when I had my vehicle inspected at Les Schwab Tire Centers in Portland, they spent over 20 minutes to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and the cost for the inspection was only $20.   Will I re-visit Emily's Garage for the vehicle inspection?  Probably not but if the state requires me to get the vehicle inspection done, I will probably have no choice as there are not that many shops that offer the ASE-certified inspection.

So I heard about this place from Reddit as well as Facebook and they gave me the best quote over…read morethe phone before bringing my car in ($400) My concerns were needing an oil change and wanting my spacers taken off so that I didn't keep rubbing Everything seemed fine, but then they called me about 12 or 1pm and said that my lug bolts were broken and would need to be replaced and that I need new front brakes so they could also do those. I don't really have a choice about the lug bolts but he said he could just not charge for the labor for those if he's doing the brakes so I agreed We were now looking at about $700 They call me around 3ish maybe 4 and then they tell me they went to put my wheels on and realized the lug pattern didn't match my car and that they then realized that my spacers were actually wheel adjusters and that they had to be on in order to put the wheels on. So unfortunately they don't have smaller ones and they will have to put them back on So, the whole reason I came here was for the spacers. When they were taken off is when I'm assuming those lug bolts were broken, which is whatever. But once they were taken off, I'm wondering how nobody noticed that they weren't just spacers, especially being that this place has been around a long time and they seemed to have experienced mechanics. I also approved new pads, not new rotors, they threw those in there for over $200 plus the $70 for the pads, so maybe this is just their protocol but it would've been nice to have this explained. By the time I came to get my car, my bill was over $1000 but all I really ended up getting was an oil change and brakes. The rest was a waste of time On my way to my step mom's house, I noticed on the freeway, that not only was my car a lot more shaky, I felt scared so I pulled over, and it turns out that they rotated my tires, but my back rims have a bend on them, which is something I explained to them that the Toyota service department wouldn't do because they don't want the bent rim to be in the front and risk blowing while I'm on the freeway. So these people disregarded that. Not a huge deal, but just something I feel like was ignored Then on my way back from my step moms, I noticed that every time I was braking, my whole steering wheel was wobbling back and forth and there was smoke coming from what seemed to be my front tire area. I pulled over and I realized my brakes were smoking like crazy! I know there's a seal put on them before the box, so maybe that's why? Maybe it was melting so the pads were sticking? I got back in after 15 mins of cooling down and then tried to brake again and it was still happening. I needed to get home I was exhausted so I decided to just keep going . I ended up having to slam on my brakes (traffic) and then all of a sudden it was back to normal. However, then I started hearing a clicking noise. This noise has now happened all weekend but not consistently. I checked to make sure there's no nails or rocks in my tires, and there's not, so I called today (Monday) to let them know, and I will be bringing my car in tomorrow morning. Overall, I do not plan to return here, would not recommend this place, and feel like they saw the opportunity to rack up a bill because I'm a girl. Please take your $$ elsewhere.

I made an appointment to bring my father-in-laws Honda Accord in to change out the headlight lenses. They had fogged up. Yes I know there is a chemical you can use to un-fog them but it really doesn't last. So anyway this was his Christmas gift. I already had the parts since I got them on-line, and they didn't give me a hard time about it. So, I was just charged for labor. So, I pick up the car in Bothell and drive it to Fast Eddies in Everett. "Why did you take it to a place so far away Tony B?" Well believe me, I called around. But several places did not follow up with me, or said they would not install parts that I provided myself. Fast Eddie's was easy to deal with. And we made an appointment for 10AM today. They were ready for me at 10, just as they said. I was told it would take 2 or three hours, and they were done around 1:30. So, that's pretty close. Oh, and When I checked in on Yelp, I got a pop-up with a 10% discount on labor! Fast, honest, they keep their word, and for those reasons I am awarding 5 stars. Thanks Fast Eddie! He is professional, incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, ethical and honest, amazingly helpful, and has the utmost integrity.
