Out of all the times I rented cars this was the worse!!! Larry from sales left a voicemail "Abby from the Everett office said you be looking for a car in the future, I'd be happy to help you. We sell cars. He called a few times. DARIAN is a psycho stalker! She has left nearly 20 + voicemails on my phone... Even after I returned the car and talked to the office.. She still calls me!!! Two days ago I would have given the South Everett agency 2 stars. But because of a very good Assistant Manager named Hunter, it's a 5 star place! We have rented from a number of Enterprise agencies over the years and have always had 5 star service. This year was different at the beginning but Hunter absolutely came through and made it right. What a fantastic little bunch of barely educated liars we have working here -- DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR IN THEIR PARKING LOT OVER NIGHT. I parked my car in front of their business, picked up my rental and left. No problems. Then when I returned the next day, my car was broken into. I did not sign any liability waivers, nor did I see any signage posted about "the dangers of leaving your car" as a parked in a free spot in front of their business, so this company is completely responsible for what happened to my car under their care and jurisdiction. Private lot. Private Business. Taking them all to small claims and filing a police report tomorrow. Enterprise you suck -- adios. Never had this problem in over twenty years of using your rentals. Won't happen again, letting clients know. UPDATE: Police report filed. This company tried to claim they "talked to me " about leaving my car on their lot. This is a lie. I left the car on their lot. No one spoke to me. I only returned an hour later to remove items and lock the car when someone who didn't indentify themselves or leave a name "suggested" I move car. Our rental car was filthy. Car was "being cleaned" when we arrived, and therefore we were detained waiting for it. When they brought it around to us, sap and leaves were stuck all over, trunk had debris all around opening, front windshield had giant sap stains that impeded visibility, garbage was left under the seats, and to top it all off, we had to find a service station and inflate the front passenger tire, because the warning system came on showing it was only inflated about 50%. I would have returned and not extended my rental, except it was an emergency. I feel the rental car company should reimburse me for this rental. I have pictures to prove all claims. read more

I picked up my car via lyft on busy Saturday after finding out there was no pickup service from Paine Airport (bummer). Enterprise was packed people it appeared were mostly there to exchange cars because of low stock of the type of car they wanted. I also was unable to get the car I reserved because the navigation screen wasn't working. There were only two workers there and they were great, calm and trying to be helpful to everyone. Abbi (a manager) was apologetic and helpful. The car rental industry is crazy right now and there were so many things beyond their control but this Enterpise was really trying their best and even though it was chaotic I ultimately had a good experience. read more

I was in Nashville on vacation. Our flight got in late and since all rental car places were closed at the airport, I got a hotel close the airport and found an Enterprise within walking distance (Donelson Pike). I had the best car rental experience ever. I walked down to get the car, it was ready, the staff was super friendly, there were no hidden fees, everything was up front and as advertised, and the price was very reasonable and better than the other companies I checked. Enterprise Car Rental Charges approved due to inattentive person rear-ended me at a stop. Explained to a person at Enterprise, I'm 6'-3" 310lbs have limited move around currently, (did not say to him (Had lower back surgery) Male person asked What car do you drive) 2002 Saturn Vue, lots of head room, in out for me no problem I said. He replied he had no SUV's at the moment.. The male did a great job! found SUV, he contacted the rear-enders insurance.. they approved all rental costs.. Then a call to pick me up...they sent a minivan with a bench seat all the way back to the rear window (try bending over to then crawl in... no no no. Front passenger seat had no head room and my left shoulder hit the top of the roof at the windshield.. my left butt cheek was on the edge of the seat shoulder and head protruded above the roof of this particular minivan...Forgot mask, upon return driver ask me if I'd been vaccinated said no and not going too.. and I carry side arm(gun) also.. this ok? driver (much smaller male) can you go get something bigger... driver said he'll be back.. left me in front of my house 25 minutes no show. Now the enterprise rental office is 1/2-3/4 mile up from my home. Called spoke to female.. asked for male (by name), not here, went on break, can he call me...she refused to let me speak with initial male who was very helpful, explained to her...back and forth let me speak to male.. not here! on break!... how bout send the Suv (male found for me) with the driver who drove in the minivan? no against policy... I reiterated 2-3 times what I wrote about above with the male.. Can the male call me? no not here!, female made "some" impractical suggestions.. challenged my resolutions.. really I said. I said ok forget it, goodbye. FOOTNOTE- I felt good the male understood my situation, I being a big guy needing a lot of headroom, explained never been in an accident in 50 years shared the who what how's he asked what I drove and together HE deduced what I needed to drive a rental by what I drive daily, my size and general overall conversation with the male.. I am also reporting this to my insurance who is paying for this rental... how do you expect a car insurance company to give you car insurance on a car from a dealership Enterprise in Everett Washington who is giving their clients who have just had an accident a car with bald tires in Washington state in the pouring rain and then they tell you to take it to Firestone and then they don't want to pay for the tires..... Was very disrespected by e employees at this branch including the branch manager. I rented a vehicle from them under the impression that I was in current with the contract and because an employee did not carry my deposit over over the weekend of Labor Day weekend I was accused of being a car thief. I requested to extend my contract further and was told im no longer able to rent through them and that they called police on me because i still had possession of the vehicle although my card had been charged 3 times for the days over my week contract. If I could give this car rental 0 stars I would. I strongly advise for any client who is renting from this place to take before and after pictures!!!! I only had one of their rental car's for 2 days. Due to the stay at home order I only request a rental car in case of emergency while my own car was in the shop. I drove the rental car from the drop off location to my home. Back to drop off location. All located on Everett mall way. Probably less than 10 miles. Their front desk receptionist called me a few hours after I dropped the car saying the rental car was returned with a half tank of gas. She mention how She wanted to inform me before she processed any payment because it was their policy. After I mention to her I had before and after pictures of the car gas meter + mileage I offered to email the pictures to her.She then said I was going a little to far with that. After a few mins of back and forth arguing she offered to over write the payment. Luckily my friend warned me about this place. I took before and after pictures in case they pulled this trick on me. It honestly blows my mind how even in this covid-19 pandemic company's like this one only want to make extra money of you. Did not inform me that the minimum reimbursement from Safeco would not cover the cost of their rental. They put a 50.00 charge on my card and then a separate $42.00 charge and then credited me for $18.00.. When I called for an explanation they said that my insurance would only cover 22.00/day (which I knew already), but they never told me that THEIR minimum Safeco rate was 27.00. Ok, fine, but I had the car for 7 days, and that should only be around 35-40, including the taxes, or whatever, but certainly not 73!! He wouldn't give me an explanation of how it came to that amount. read more

Overall worst customer service experience from a company that claims to differentiate themselves from their competition with their service model? Which is a joke. 1) NEED YOUR DEPOSIT BACK SOON (less than three days)? TRY AGAIN. Their decietful sales tactics would lead you to believe that they would be putting the money right back into your account. You know how it works everywhere else when you make a return at the store it goes right through or at least shows the transaction to be pending. Not the case. The truth is that they hold it until it has time to process through their internal system. THE FUNNY PART (NOT REALLY) is that if you call and ask when to expect it, they read you this canned statement BLAMING IT ON THE BANKS. Which might have worked before people had access to their accounts 24 7 on smart phones. Saying "It usually takes 1 to 3 days depending on your bank" and then read it again if you ask something else. God forbid your on a tight budget and plan around what they initially depicted the process as, a return. Really pissed off about that^^^^^^^ 2) I had to spend $50 to get to their location, because when I called the guy sounded shocked that I wanted a ride so instead of argue I just called a cab. I mean isn't that your slogan? "We'll pick you up" ... it should be "We'll pick you up, IF WE REALLY HAVE TOO" 3) When I finally arrived, I had put less money into my checking account than was required for deposit (MY FAULT) but when I had expressed that I had to go deposit more money to the guy ringing me up, he then said "well see you when you get back" and then moved on to the next customer. Awful customer servicd you couldn't the bank was literally a 5 minute car ride up the road. Pissed off i call ANOTHER CAB to take me to the atm losing another $15. read more

Finally got charged over 14 days later, and more than what a one day rental. So I picked up the car at 6 pm and itn schedule to return on sunday by 6. Used a free rental day and paid for one. Charlatans inconveniencing their customers through lack of knowledge of their product offerings and poor excuses for customer service. "Elevating" the situation did not help, perhaps providing others with an account of my tremulous experience will help them to avoid the headaches of dealing with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I would highly recommend they find another vendor for a much better experience. Working with Geico, my daughter was hit by a hit and run driver that became a uninsured motorist shortly after the police located the offending driver. When the police provided a report, we called and filed. We were told that since we are Geico customers working with ARA Carstar in Everett, we could have Enterprise Rent-A-Car meet us there with a vehicle. I inquired if I could use my discount and rewards codes and they said that would not be a problem. Calling Enterprise Rent-A-Car, I was again assured it would not be a problem and transferred to another department to handle the transaction. Wonderful! She made contact with the local Enterprise Rent-A-Car location that provides the body shop services to confirm the cars availability, there was but in transferring back to complete the transaction, my call was dropped. I called back to complete it and was told I could complete the reservation online and to call back with the reservation number so the car could be waiting for my appointment. This is when things go awry, since I am having to pay for this out of pocket because my daughter was hit by a uninsured tweaker with expired plates, I am not able to use the normal Geico service and the car being at the shop is only available through the special Geico service...even though being told by both Geico and Enterprise Rent-A-Car representatives that it could, in fact, be done this way. What a crock! It's bad enough we have to pay for the collision when the other party is at fault, now we must be terribly inconvenienced and lied to by the people that are being paid to help us get through it. Liars and despots the lot of them! I should have given them one star, that is all they deserve, however, all but the last two people at least tried to help, so an extra start for effort. I have always used enterprise to rent a car for my vacations.This was the first time using this location.I ordered a mid priced car and when I went to pick it up the lady said they were upgrading me, ok they always do that and I always end up with a nice rental. Oh no not this time, I think they downgraded me. they gave me a Hyundai accent that was dirty and had stained seats. the car did ok on the first day, but by day two the transmission started slipping and fluids leaking out of the bottom.I called the 800 number and basically got a huge run around they gave me numbers of all the enterprises to call to see if I could trade in this car. Funny for a car rental company no one had any cars I could switch with! I had to go home the next day and was kind of worried about driving the rental.The customer service woman told me to take it to the nearest airport because they would have a car for me.This was ruining my vacation, the nearest airport was 2 hours away. Before I took that much time I called them to make sure they had a car, but they said they didnt until the next morning.The guy there told me to just drive the car and when it breaks down call the road side assistance. I could not believe the the horrible customer service I was getting.I ended up driving the crappy car home the next day, took it back and told the lady how much trouble I had and all she could say was "well people like to abuse those small cars" never again, sorry you lost a good customer read more

State Farm arranged a rental for me from this location. The car I recieved stunk so bad. Many stains all over the seats. I have rented from Enterprise at another lovation and the car was wonderful but I would npt recommend this location. The lady did however say she would call me in 5 days to confirm before charging my card the daily rate again and never did. When I called to speak to her she was unavailable and they took a message and would have her return my call. This crew has been great. They have always done their best to meet my expectations. They work with the fleet they have on hand in the most flexible way they can. Some of the issues they have is out of their control as with other locations. It is unfortunate the way many people treat rental cars, I am not referring to the way they drive them, but the way they treat the insides. Continuously people smoke and have their pets in these cars despite the "no pet, no smoking" policy. What they really need at this location is a professional detailing crew working to make the internal cabins of these cars more suitable. They also never put me in a car with mechanical issues.
