I reserved a Mercedes sprinter van including the works(bar, tv, refrigerator, neon lights) for my father's 80th birthday. I prepaid the rental and tip as requested by the company (maybe this was my first mistake). Upon the day of the service, I was contacted by the driver that he would be late because the van had a flat tire. That was fine, things happen. However, when the driver finally arrived, he brought a standard white ford van with no extras. It was not what I paid for. As we had our family all waiting to take my dad on his birthday trip, I did not make a fuss and we made the best of it (including stopping at Walmart for a cooler and ice). The next day, I politely emailed the company and asked for a refund of the difference between the rental costs of the two vans (a reasonable ask and good business). No response. I emailed again, no response. I called and the person on the phone acknowledged getting the emails and the manager would call me. This is not a company you want to do business with. I question now if the vehicles pictured on their website even exist. You only get one 80th birthday (many won't even get that). Everett limo ruined it.

Their drivers were professional and their vehicles were spotless, they even had little waters for us. Our tour group of almost 50 used them for motor coach service and we liked them so much we even booked a private day tour out to Mt. Rainier. My mother-in-law, has mobility issues, so the driver would pull as close as possible and even arranged wheelchair service for her when we arrived at Crystal Mountain! They had full knowledge of all the local Seattle neighborhoods, history and the flora and fauna. It was super interesting and the driver was friendly and so nice. One of the best parts was knowing that Quality Town Car can arrange our ground transportation around the world through their affiliate program. One phone call, email or website visit sets you up in style. Plus, it turns out it is a female veteran owned business! Over the course of four days, I was given four completely different SUV price quotes, each time blamed on a "system" or "technical" error. The rates changed repeatedly with no clear explanation or accountability. If a company cannot consistently generate an accurate quote, it raises serious concerns about their ability to deliver service on the day of travel. This process was disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I ultimately cancelled the reservation and would not trust this company for any future travel. I will be advising others to avoid them as well.

At home, putting all the bags in one place, I estimated all our bags would likely not fit and I would have to order a separate Uber to our hotel in South Lake Union. Got on our flight and as soon as we landed at 7:30pm on a 5/25/24 (Memorial Weekend), I took phone off airplane mode and immediately got a text from our driver, Francisco. I told him he was very early because we had just landed. He reassured me, it was no problem and that he would be at our baggage claim carousel. We arrived and he stood out as he was very well dressed. I approached him and told him we have a lot of bags and I may need a separate ride. We then gathered all the bags and he asked, "Is this all of it?", then, "This is no problem?" And help us roll away a few bags and led us to the parking lot. We approached a large Cadillac Escalade. Francisco opened the trunk and methodically took each bag and placed it in the trunk. When I thought he couldn't place anymore, he continued on to put in the rolling carryons. Did some repositioning of bags and closed the trunk. I was amazed everything fit back there! Francisco was very friendly, approachable, and nonchalant. Put me at ease as I am an anxious type. He kept conversation with us the entire trip to the hotel, which took about 20-25 mins. He unloaded all our luggage and graciously offered to help us into the hotel. Although very nice, we had it all handled. It was a very nice gesture. Excellent service and I would definitely book again!
