This company is not only consistently late, (every single day so far this week) but they have also lied to me and others. They also change the times of pick ups and drop offs without notification, as well as the locations. I am disabled and as is my special needs child and trying to put the blame on us for being at the correct place and 5 minutes early is simply unacceptable when you change the time of pick up to over half an hour it earlier without notification. To top it all off I have another child who rides the bus that missed the stop so instead of the driver taking the time to drive the child back to the stop that was missed they allowed the child to get off of the bus at a different stop and walk on the sidewalk along the highway... this is a second grader that we are talking about... purely unacceptable.

Durham is the WORST! They are constantly late and often they don't show up at all. When I say…read more"constantly" I mean that at least once a week, something goes wrong. A driver doesn't show up, or is 45 minutes late, or gets lost from point A to point B. The Durham office is USELESS, and the staff sound, at best, bored. At worst, rude and mean. Phone messages are not returned. How are these people in charge of transporting children?! I wouldn't let these drivers dogsit for me.

Sam, the driver, also kept in excellent contact with me and was extremely understanding when the wait between the ride there and the ride back was much longer than expected. Tara and Sam made it so easy for my office to pay for the ride for our client online. The ride total was less expensive than other local cab companies too. I reserved a Mercedes sprinter van including the works(bar, tv, refrigerator, neon lights) for my father's 80th birthday. I prepaid the rental and tip as requested by the company (maybe this was my first mistake). Upon the day of the service, I was contacted by the driver that he would be late because the van had a flat tire. That was fine, things happen. However, when the driver finally arrived, he brought a standard white ford van with no extras. It was not what I paid for. As we had our family all waiting to take my dad on his birthday trip, I did not make a fuss and we made the best of it (including stopping at Walmart for a cooler and ice). The next day, I politely emailed the company and asked for a refund of the difference between the rental costs of the two vans (a reasonable ask and good business). No response. I emailed again, no response. I called and the person on the phone acknowledged getting the emails and the manager would call me. This is not a company you want to do business with. I question now if the vehicles pictured on their website even exist. You only get one 80th birthday (many won't even get that). Everett limo ruined it.
