They also change the times of pick ups and drop offs without notification, as well as the locations. I am disabled and as is my special needs child and trying to put the blame on us for being at the correct place and 5 minutes early is simply unacceptable when you change the time of pick up to over half an hour it earlier without notification. To top it all off I have another child who rides the bus that missed the stop so instead of the driver taking the time to drive the child back to the stop that was missed they allowed the child to get off of the bus at a different stop and walk on the sidewalk along the highway... this is a second grader that we are talking about... purely unacceptable.

After several minutes past my scheduled 5:30 pick-up, I began to worry that time could end up tight heading to the airport. I was reaching a critical point, about ready to drive myself and end up paying for a week's parking. After telephoning the company, I was informed that a car would be there to pick me up in about fifteen minutes. For such a short ride, that was an uncomfortable delay. When I scheduled my outbound trip I asked if I could schedule my return trip (one week later) and was told to do that the day before I needed it, which I did. After most of my fellow passengers had already left the airport, I began to wonder where my scheduled ride was; at least fifteen minutes had passed, and there had been no phone call informing me of any delay. Upon calling the company, I found out that a car had been dispatched at the requested time the previous day (the day I called to make the reservation)! It took another fifteen minutes for a car to arrive. At least I didn't have a plane to catch. I do wonder, however, why I didn't receive a call the previous (wrong) day, inquiring why I wasn't present. If these had been my first experiences, I'd avoid this company for any future business, but my earlier experiences were positive, so I'll likely give them one more opportunity to do things right.

I reserved a Mercedes sprinter van including the works(bar, tv, refrigerator, neon lights) for my father's 80th birthday. I prepaid the rental and tip as requested by the company (maybe this was my first mistake). Upon the day of the service, I was contacted by the driver that he would be late because the van had a flat tire. That was fine, things happen. However, when the driver finally arrived, he brought a standard white ford van with no extras. It was not what I paid for. As we had our family all waiting to take my dad on his birthday trip, I did not make a fuss and we made the best of it (including stopping at Walmart for a cooler and ice). The next day, I politely emailed the company and asked for a refund of the difference between the rental costs of the two vans (a reasonable ask and good business). No response. I emailed again, no response. I called and the person on the phone acknowledged getting the emails and the manager would call me. This is not a company you want to do business with. I question now if the vehicles pictured on their website even exist. You only get one 80th birthday (many won't even get that). Everett limo ruined it.
