Was told a driver would reconfirm the evening before. He did call & reconfirmed the time but upped the rate by $17.00 & made sure I understood that was without the tip. I accepted the new rate as it was really too late to organize anything else at this point. Next morning we we're ready at our appointed 5:00am pickup. No sign of our driver. I called 3 separate numbers a total of 9 times. Finally left after 15 minutes waiting with no response. Still have yet to receive a response or an apology. Don't be fooled by their website.

My experience: 1) Went to their website and filled out a…read morerequest 2) Called later to adjust pickup time, person answering phone confirmed the change (BTW, only time they ever picked up the phone) 3) Due to changed flights, need to change date & time for ride. Left 2 messages with them and asked them to call me to confirm. They never did. Should have been suspicious in that their answering machine didn't state name of business but simply said "Hi" 4) Next day, after I never heard back, call and left message to cancel. 5) That same day (day of original reservation) got a text FROM ANOTHER COMPANY confirming I wanted to be picked up at original time on web form request (not the changed time that had been verbally confirmed) 6) Declined stating I had tried several times to change and then canceled. This may have been a "business" previously, but now appears to be only a web site that redirects requests to another company and likely gets a referral fee. Avoid

Their drivers were professional and their vehicles were spotless, they even had little waters for us. Our tour group of almost 50 used them for motor coach service and we liked them so much we even booked a private day tour out to Mt. Rainier. My mother-in-law, has mobility issues, so the driver would pull as close as possible and even arranged wheelchair service for her when we arrived at Crystal Mountain! They had full knowledge of all the local Seattle neighborhoods, history and the flora and fauna. It was super interesting and the driver was friendly and so nice. One of the best parts was knowing that Quality Town Car can arrange our ground transportation around the world through their affiliate program. One phone call, email or website visit sets you up in style. Plus, it turns out it is a female veteran owned business! We had such an overall fantastic experience with QTC that we wanted to share it with our online friends and community.
