I wish I could post a minus review. I requested a taxi to SeaTac on their website as required. Called them after no response (should have been a warning sign). Confirmed a time & rate. Was told a driver would reconfirm the evening before. He did call & reconfirmed the time but upped the rate by $17.00 & made sure I understood that was without the tip. I accepted the new rate as it was really too late to organize anything else at this point. Next morning we we're ready at our appointed 5:00am pickup. No sign of our driver. I called 3 separate numbers a total of 9 times. Finally left after 15 minutes waiting with no response. Still have yet to receive a response or an apology. Don't be fooled by their website. read more

This company is dishonest and unreliable, does not care about its customers and its own reputation, and does not deserve even a one star. I booked a ride to the SeaTac Airport on their website four days in advance. Called them the next day because of no response. The person who answered their official phone number that is posted on their website said that he was out of office (I guess there is actually no office) and would call me when he is back. Never did. I sent an email, and finally, somebody replied and confirmed my reservation. Just in case, I called again the day before my flight, and again, my reservation was confirmed. However, nobody showed up at the scheduled time of 7 AM next morning. I desperately called their number, but all calls went to the voice mail. Eventually, I called another taxi company and got to the airport. Nobody from this company ever called back to explain or apologize. Do not trust this fictional "company" with your transportation needs to the airport. read more

Today is Sunday, June 27, 2021 and I am writing this review have consumers be informed. I have nothing against this company and this was my very first AND LAST interaction with them. I scheduled service with them on a Tuesday for the upcoming Sunday (today) and never received a confirmation call the day prior, however someone called 20 minutes before they were to come at 6pm to let me know they were running 8 minutes late, that quickly turned into 20mins late so naturally I called the number/driver who called me only to find out he was no longer coming b/c he fell ill and he suggested I Uber and it would be "cheaper" so i asked for someone to speak with from their company and he provided me a phone number which I then called shortly after hanging up with the driver. Once the person from the "company" picked up he proceeded to tell me that the driver informed me that he could not make it and they only have one driver therefore I was to find other options. So I write all that to say this company seems to only be operating with one driver and since that's the case they should naturally have some kind of back up System or situation for people they've scheduled services with b/c things tend to happen last minute but as a company it is your responsibility to have backup support such instances. Needless to say I am highly disatisfied with this company, therefore I do not recommend them personally but to each it's own and hopefully this review found whoever is reading it helpful. read more

DO NOT HESITATE, call them and book! My friend stayed with me for a couple of weeks and we don't drive, so were dependent upon taxis. We were booked on tours and needed to be places at certain times, and had to book a day ahead. What a nightmare ... uber wouldn't guarantee pick up, flat rate taxi never, ever showed up on time and yellow cab drove like a crazy person (we kept our eyes shut and got out feeling sick). On last day we found BOTHELL TAXI what a great company! Fair prices and always a few minutes early. And the vehicles are sooo clean, and the driver smartly dressed. As I live here, it is now my go to taxi, and my friend will only use them upon her next visit. Call them! read more

We booked a van to carry ten of us to and from SeaTac airport. We had had a big snowfall, but the major arterials were clear. The van did not show up the next morning, and when I called, no one answered the phone, so we had to drive two cars and leave them at Master Park for ten days. When we returned from our trip, I called to find out why they hadn't shown up or at least notified us that they weren't coming. The owner, without apologizing, began a long litany of problems, first saying the van was in a wreck and had $1600 damage and then that it had to be towed and cost $600. He said so many people were calling for rides that he couldn't answer the phone. I asked him why the driver hadn't called us, and he said he was too shaken up. Then, I asked why he (the owner) hadn't called us to say they weren't coming, and he continued the litany of excuses of how hard things had been with the weather and the towing and the busy phones. I felt sorry for the troubles with what sounds like a fledgling business and I understand that the snow was a big problem, but I really don't think there is any excuse for not telling us we would not be picked up. I don't like writing a bad review, but I think it is important for people leaving on a trip to know that this is not a reliable form of transportation to the airport. read more
