When I called and asked where the cab was, I had a guy who I could barely understand say he didn't know a cab was supposed to be at my address! So the neighbors were disturbed by the continuous honking in the early morning. Not only that, but when I called the main line to let them know that they were at the wrong house, the person who answered was not the driver and was EXTREMELY RUDE and hung up on me when I asked them to call their driver. He gave me the driver's number to do his job for him. Hello??? Why should I be doing your job? And to top it off, the driver was very late upon arrival and made excuses. He tried pointing out that a car on the highway being pulled over was his reason for being late but there was NO TRAFFIC on his side of the route. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN HELP IT. Try and get a ride from someone that you know because this company does not deserve even a penny for their services.
