This was my 1st international trip so I was completely inexperienced, but bold, as a female willing to travel alone. I needed a real expert to guide me. I was grateful to have found Nick! From help with selecting itinerary and handicap wheelchair assistance needs all the way to checking on me during actual layover times, assisting with boarding passes and seat selection and meal choices, let me say Nick was "spot-on"!!!! I cannot recommend his service any higher - top notch - A-1! His guidance and travel knowledge was invaluable and I will certainly seek him out again on my next trip to India or elsewhere! I asked them to clarify we were discussing the same tour as I took the dates directly from their site. Even snottier return email full of highlights and captilization that the dates I was requesting were wrong. I provided them a screen shot of their site with the dates I was requesting and told them the dates they kept highlighting for me for a trip three weeks earlier would not work. And, perhaps they should update their site. No response, no offer to help find another trip, just snarkiness. THIS agency exemplifies why I rarely use travel agencies! Had them in my sights for two seperate trips; their lack of professionalism steered me away.

This is the second time we've booked hotels and flights with them and we are thoroughly impressed!! Our first trip was to Las Vegas in December, and Sofia (the lovely, dedicated owner) managed to find a deal for the W in Vegas (a 5 star hotel) for three nights, a concert ticket, and flights to and back from Seattle for under a thousand dollars. Upon arrival, we were greeted with champagne and free appetizers because this was their opening weekend. Apparently, we had gotten a beautiful (new) suite with all the amenities and two coupons for cocktails as well. Not what we were expecting for $150 a night! It was a phenomenal trip, which could not have been possible without Sofia's help. We checked back later, and found that our room would have normally gone for $300 a night! Our second trip was to Cancun in January, and she managed to score another 5 star hotel (all-inclusive, with drinks) for five nights, flights, and two day tours for under two thousand dollars. We had a private beach, beautiful room, and amazing views--but no outrageous price tag! When you book with Go Travel, you eliminate the stress of traveling and just get to enjoy the experience. We simply told Sofia our budget, goals for the trip, and preferences for flight seating and hotel style. Within an hour we had our tickets booked, itinerary ready, and a list of useful suggestions on where to go/eat during our stay. She even sent us reminders, made sure everything was ready upon arrival, and checked in on us during the trip to make sure we had no concerns. We saved at least 50% on travel costs, and a priceless amount of time and energy in booking with her! Never booking without Go Travel again!! Thank you!!!

We travel a lot but have very rarely used a travel agent. This was going to be a more complicated trip, though, as my wife has difficulty walking and we really wanted something more in-depth than the big tour or cruise companies could offer. I researched a lot of travel agencies that specialize in Iceland and Scandanavia, had in-depth discussions with the four front runners. Nordic Saga was an excellent choice. After discussing what we wanted to see, date options and especially my wife's limitations, she put together the perfect itinerary. I don't think any tour could have given us a more in-depth and satisfying Iceland experience. I was thrilled with Nordic Saga's professionalism and reliability and with Dora's skill and responsiveness. We're especially thrilled to have been able to work with Kári, I can't imagine a better tour guide. His warmth and friendliness, his genuine drive to customize our experience to our liking, his flawless accommodation of my wife's limitations and his comprehensive knowledge of Iceland was far beyond anything that we expected. I would recommend Nordic Saga without reservation for anyone planning a northern European trip, and would give Kári my highest recommendation for anyone interested in a more personalized Iceland experience.

Our trip to discover my family in a small hamlet in Italy was magical. Mary was sensitive to our needs and chose an excellent driver who was prompt and courteous. We were not sure what to expect and when we got into this vintage 1600 town with just one commercial building; overwhelmed with the friendliness, and we ended up being there for almost 5 hours! When planning the trip, Mary listened to our needs and suggested 3-4 hotels at each place we stayed. As a hotel guest, I was gravely disappointed. There were no extra accommodations or amenities. There was not an easily accessible ice machine, you had to go into a restaurant flag down staff and have them fill up your ice bucket; but only available during business hours. Coffee and hot water were only available during a short time period in the morning, outside of that time period you had to go to a restaurant and purchase coffee or tea. The king sized bed room I stayed in had plenty of room to accommodate an in room coffee/ tea bar with hot kettle. On Friday and Saturday nights, be prepared to have non-hotel guests walking throughout the building in order to visit the hidden speakeasy "The Principals Office," which by the way would be a great spot for an ice machine and drinks or snacks for hotel guests. As a woman, staying in a room by myself, it was unnerving having the main doors open to any and all. Additionally, it was sad to see that the hotel market was filled more with knic knacks and McMenimens commercialized products rather than items a hotel guest would need. Would I stay at another McMenimens hotel? Only if it's convenient, sadly I would not go out of my way. The grounds and gardens are beautiful at this location and it is a great stop for wandering around or bar hopping.

There's a total of 6 zip lines. They start at shorter and easier and increase in difficulty. I wouldn't say it's a very extreme zip line, there were plenty of young children doing it as well. Fun fact: the longest zip line is slightly longer than the Space Needle in length! There were about 8 people on the tour with my husband and I (not including guides). I think the only con is having to wait for everyone at every canopy which is understandable for a safety point of view but can take some time and I'm a bit impatient. But you're quite high up so I took the time to enjoy the views, peace and quiet of being in the forest! Also, a good opportunity to strike up some conversation with everyone else. The staff helped us get into our gear, get in and out of every zip line and gave us a velocity push when we wanted extra speed very kindly. Halfway through the tour, you even get freshly made lavender lemonade which was delicious. I would try to book this in advance if you're trying to go on a weekend. I went on a Friday afternoon and was lucky enough to book same day. All in all, if you're looking for a fun day trip activity nearby Seattle - this was an hour and a half drive and just a lovely day!
